Fantastic that Norrie won, it's been a great couple of months for us British tennis fans. Norrie's career has been very different to Raducanu's, a slow rise up the rankings over the years... but he has had a fantastic 2021, and is closing on 50 victories for the year! He even has a chance now of making the tour finals at the end of the year, particularly with Rafa unlikely to take a spot. agree, British tennis had it this year, in both competitions also pleased that Norrie won, did not watched him earlier, but he has shown some good tennis on the tournament, and win was well earned this tournament also showed us that there is no "new big three", all these players that are trying to replace big trio, are far lower quality, and we will have probably four different winners on four grand slams in a year, as soon as Novak retires

This year his statistics are quite good, he has several chances to win more titles this year there are at least 4 defeats in final, so total he has made 6 finals and 2 becomes champions, can win master 1000 is a big win for him. SourceMaybe Norrie can make it to ATP Finals for this year? Yeah, seems to be that British tennis is riding on a momentum right now, eventhough that Raducanu was booted out in the first round, Norrie shows in the men side. I would say it is a very tough tournament, with almost all the top seed joining here. He lost the first set surprisingly, but made a comeback, made a few sats as well in him winning.

SourceNah I don't think he will win more titles, in fact I think this is his last title this year, he's good we all can agree to this but he got a little bit lucky to win Indian wells, it's better to not expect a lot from him in the next tournaments he plays in, just like Raducanu who won the US Open but lost right after that.

Definitely, it's the end of an era (or getting towards it). Those three are all-time greats, and it was bizarre to have them all playing at the same time. We've been waiting for years for the next big player to step up, but understandably no-one has been able to match these three so far. But at least it will be interesting having diferent winners all the time, with no-one really dominant.

Maybe when they really go out and say that they are retiring, we could see players becoming the next big 3. But Djokovic is still active, and Nadal trying as well and maybe we can still see Federer next year too. Perhaps after they 'officially' call it quits, Medvedev, Rublev and Tsitsipas can comfortably claim the next big 3. They just need to step up and starts to win Grand Slams.

First of all congrats to Norrie and all the British Tennis fans as they are on a honeymoon period recently . But overall a good show from both the players and specially Norrie. I love the thing about him is that he has slowly paced in the rankings and the tournaments and has done really well this year. We usually appreciate the top-ranked players only and born-stars but hardly appreciate players like Norrie who have tough times but still recover from them and train hard and at the end of the day the result is in front of us. Very well deserved to him.

Yes, the same thing is happening in men's tennis that we have been watching in the last few years in women's tennis, each tournament has a different winner. Given the years of Federer, Nadal and Djokovic, their injuries and fatigue, it was expected that the time of their great domination would come to an end. I think Nadal still has a chance to win the GS in Paris if he will be healthy and ready, and Djokovic could still win a few GS if he will be healthy and mentally ready. Other young tennis players are still relatively young and need more experience and psychological stability to surpass the old champions and it is really unlikely that anyone will ever surpass the big three.

I totally agree with you’ll the trio dominance looks very difficult to be matched with, and it’ll make wagering on tournaments even more riskier than it currently is. Also I’m hoping sooner or later someone steps up when these 3 finally step down, because there’s so much potential in these young player’s, but for some reason they fail when it matters the most.

Djokovic, Federer and Nadal are very different when they started. It seems that they really wanted to proved something and the motivation of their young version is very different from the young version of young players. Yeah, hopefully when they steps down, we can see another breed of big 3 that will dominate in the next 10-15 years.

@aoluain - I forgot about Zverev, but I still have doubts about Sinner, he seems to always fall short. Just like those other players you mentioned, if they started to win consistently and then winning a grand slam then maybe they can become a great players too like the Big 3.
@Timelord2067's bets look solid, thanks for sharing maybe I just have to pick up one bet though.

Zverev, Medvedev, and maybe 2 or 1 more players seem like a successor for the current big 3 but as you said, they somewhat lack the mentality to show the world and try to be the best. I don't know they are still young and things might change after this big 3 era finally ends - which might happen in the next 2 or highest 3 years. But one thing I like is the variety of players winning the tournaments. This is a sign that more players are wanting to get better. For example, a 26 ranked player won the recent Indian Wells.

There's also the Antwerp Belgium mens single? anyone betting? lots of familiar name as well and some of our favourites are in this tournament. Murray vs Schwartzman, weird it's Murray that is now the odds favourite to win @1.82 ML vs Diego's @1.95.

I'd have Schwartzmann as favourite. Murray has more talent and ability, but his injuries mean he's not the player he was, and he can't sustain top-level performance for the duration of a tournament. His first round match was long and draining (3h45m), so I would pick Schwartzmann to win this one. But then my record in tennis betting is awful.

Yea I have a small bet on Swartzman at 2.0 to win, he isnt favourite but I think that last match against Tiafoe was brutal on his body. So 0.01mbtc @ 2.0. My record in betting on Tennis goes from excellent pics to disastorous. - Anastasia Pavlyuchenkova @ 1.25 Taken Amount: 0.05 mBTC Possible Payout: 0.06 mBTC
- Aryna Sabalenka @ 1.23 - Taken Amount: 0.05 mBTC - Possible Payout: 0.06 mBTC
- Elena Rybakina @ 1.85 - Taken Amount: 0.05 mBTC - Possible Payout: 0.09 mBTC
- Anastasia Potapova @ 3.78 - Taken Amount: 0.05 mBTC - Possible Payout: 0.19 mBTC
- Ons Jabeur @ 1.31 - Taken Amount: 0.05 mBTC - Possible Payout: 0.07 mBTC - CANCELLED
- A. Kalinskaya/A. Potapova @ 1.65 - Taken Amount: 0.05 mBTC - Possible Payout: 0.08 mBTC

I'm nnot certain - was the Bernarda Pera - Anastasia Pavlyuchenkova match delayed? That game must have been cancelled, its being played now with Pavlyuchenkova taking the match 6-2, 7-5. That was a poty about Potapova losing to Halep, it was a good gamble because Halep has had a mixed season really.

His first round match was long and draining (3h45m), so I would pick Schwartzmann to win this one. But then my record in tennis betting is awful. I'm looking at how Murray become the favourite against the #2 seed in Schwartzman. I was because of the strength of his win against Tiafoe, it was a marathon match three hours and 45. Which means every set is like 1 hour or more to finished. So let's see if the match has sap Murray's energy on he still has some in his tank against Schwartzman. So with that said, I will bet for Murray to win ML.

Maybe Norrie can make it to ATP Finals for this year?
Maybe if he can get more points it will be very possible to atp finals, before november. Waiting for Sakkari vs Kalinskaya match because the result will determine my multibet, Sakkari to win. I will bet for Murray to win ML.
Do the same for you, only placing a few satoshis at 1.74 odds for Murray
