They have missed their promised delivery dates AND the product is faulty and doesn't meet advertised specs.
I'm too lazy to search for the posts where you shill for KnC, but it's funny to read this from you. I'm no KNC shill. I bought a Titan and I am pissed. You can laugh all you like until your Spondoolies boat anchors ROI amiga. ~L)L~

Not realizing they wanted a screenshot of BFGMiner, ... How can I show up the BFGMiner stats? The one I was overclocking was soldered directly to the Titan cube using TWO high quality 6x PCI-E connections (NOT the cheap square pins with the split down the middle).
2 PCI-E 6 pin connections for 1 cube? Yep. My first try ended with melting connectors. Luckily I was home and smelled it burning before who knows what... How did you do that? With a Y cable? Best pool to use for me is ghash. Flawless so far, and they support merged mining. 300+ MH/s speeds even with 1 dead die.
At multi.ghash.io:3333 or ltc.ghash.io:3333?

All the problems seem to go back to issues with DC/DC subsystem stability, SPI and firmware. Look at the notes in the changelog for bfgminer

Cash flow from mining/cloud < operating costs and no customers for products … kaput

They have big business to screw over now. I don't think so. They had a $14M series A round: http://www.coindesk.com/kncminer-series-a-funding-round/The $100M rumors are related to how much someone estimated their earnings are this year based on mining/cloud/hardware. I'm betting a good portion of that is invested in the DC, ASIC development, and in the pockets of shareholders. They are a high operating cost company going through a cash flow squeeze.

If you have a Titan and are having issues, try turning on debug level logging in the display menu for more detailed diagnostic information.

So why did you buy a "no refunds" product in the first place? By that time KNC had a good history of failing to deliver. No one should be surprised they didn't deliver again.

I agree in retrospect it was obviously a bad decision. At the time it seemed like the risk/reward ratio was reasonable. We've had a perfect storm with the Titan … collapse in crypto-coin values, late delivery, poor quality product. I still expect to recover my costs, but it's not going to be a slam dunk. With respect to the refund issue, lets wait till the fat lady sings. Late delivery of a product that doesn't meet its specification and is unreliable is always grounds for a refund, KNC no-refund policy or not.

This is why you need to confirm with the manufacture before you buy something that it's going to meet their expectations and yours before you throw down the money. If they can't give you that guarantee then you should to buy your product elsewhere. This is common sense on the consumer level, yet people seem to always make the same mistakes on every level.

I find it hilarious how you were going off on the SP-TECH forums about how they didn't meet their specs and how they failed to deliver on their promises (at least they gave refunds as requested right ?) when you were ordering from the most corrupt company in the history of the bit coin hardware game , the balls on you brah must be outrageous

Sorry but lol. I had the impression that we were given all kind of guarantees and promises and such. The truth and credibility of such stuff unfolds throughout the whole ASIC industry since some months.

I treat 'em all the same mate. You should be following all the KNC forum threads if you want a real laugh. SP/KNC/Alpha/MAT/Bitmain/etc are all cut from the same cloth. Its a shame really because it is killing the crypto scene. I'll be happy to revisit my Titan decision in a year after the fat lady sings. But for now, I'd guess my chances of earning a ROI with the Titan are still better than yours with a SP30/1/5 Face it, Bitcoin is in the do-do now and so are you. ~L)L~
