Nobody said that HW error rate is okay. When I test them, if they put up more than 2 errors per hour they don't get sold. With all those errors, I bet your effective hashrate is in the toilet.
You're running it at a higher than stock frequency. It therefore needs a higher core voltage to operate stably.

Turned it up from 1.36 (what it was set at initially) to 1.49, but still anything over 100mhz causes HW errors. All miners have a full size desk fan blowing on high. Othrts dont start generating HW errors untill you reach 200+ Lots of pages to go through but ill keep reading for the option to run the single miner at 100 while others at 200.

That's weird. Stock setting is about 1.26 and they're tested, twice, to run stable at 100MHz at that voltage.
Unless you're talking about the seconds I sold last month, I don't remember who bought them all. If that's the case, then yeah they would have gone out with voltages up to 1.40. That's why they were discounted.
In any case, there's no performance guaranteed past stock specs.

No, these were 5 new ones, not seconds. My meter showed 1.36 and I bumped it to 1.49. It now runs stable at 125, but the others work up to 200 before showing any HW issues. Ive still not located any notes on running 2 frequencies yet on the same cgminer. Got through the first half of the thread so far.

There's tricks with running two instances of cgminer with a different frequency for each one and limiting which sticks each instance enumerates.

Thanks, I ended up using a second PI to run the single miner at 125 while the other 4 are running at 225 currently. All running with no HW errors. I set the voltages to 1.4 +- 0.05. It's kinda sensitive and difficult to get 2 digits of precision on the voltage.

Note my volt adjustment was just like the one in the photo.
Let's say an. X. So that was good for freq 100. And it sucked for freq 200
So. I moved it to +. That would be. From 1030 to 1200 On a clock
Of 1/8 of a circle that very small adjustment allows for solid running on my stud hub with a bridge.
I now have it at freq 200.
The hub photo is on the review thread.
The point is do not turn the voltage more then 1/8 of a circle. Or from x to + then clockwise to x
This would be 1030 1200. Then 100 On a clock. Each turn is 1/8 of a circle
Once you move it that much. Run at the higher freq for 10 20 minutes if stable. You are good.
The little adjustment screw is pretty sturdy but still be careful with it.
I have short safety screwdrivers. So I do my adjustments while running cgminer.
I just turn ⅛ a circle and see if hw stops . 1/12 is better to say
If these sticks are as good as his old ones. The hw can be 0 for days on end.
I was pm'd today so a photo may help . the photo is more clear I think there was a less then perfect explanation on my part. pm starts below: Hello, I have a couple of 2Pacs on my way and I need your advice regarding the voltage adjustment. I've read your post: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1764803.msg17678611#msg17678611 where you describe how to do it, but I need a bit of extra info. "This would be 1030 1200. Then 100 On a clock. Each turn is 1/8 of a circle" I don't understand this sentence. I understand that I should turn it only 1/8 of a circle of from 10:30 to 12:00 if it was a clock. But what do you mean with 100 on a clock? Thank you. My answer to it 1 o'clock voltage settings are tiny movements does this help? I should have used a clock and stuck with 1/12 turns to adjust. so forget the ⅛ idea and just think 1 hour or 1/12 turns then test stick. 1 full turn resets volts so tiny adjustments and make sure you realize how far you moved it each time.

Something else that helps serve as a marker: If you have a good magnifier you will see that the wiper (the part that turns, has the tiny cross in it) also has a short flat area. That flat is in line with 1 arm of the phillips screwdriver cross.
Anywho, to run my sticks @ 200MHz I have that flat up at the top (top being the USB plug) and tipped just slightly past the horizontal maybe 5 degrees.
edit: looking at that clock pic on mine the flat would be a line from the 11:15 tick to the 1:15 tick marks.

Hi all! I'm the total noob on mining and I watch and read all instruction. Finally I got Rasperry Pi 3 Model B and USB self power hub and GeckoScience 2PAC BM1384 USB Bitcoin SHA25 15GH miner After reading instruction I install BFGMINER and set up all accounts needed for mining. When I start ./bfgminer -o stratum.bitcoin.cz:3333 -O username.workerID:password -S all i got message NO DEVICE FOUND: Press M and + to add When I try M and + it say no devices again, puting auto or all doesn't change a thing Please can someone help me to solve this problem. Thank you!

You apparently did *not* read everything about these... The sticks run only on CGminer -- BFG does not have the needed driver. See the 1st post here for the info you need.

I don't see so well close up anymore and I hate taking my glasses on and off so I got one of these - I fire up one stick at a time with cgminer at the frequency I need and adjust as required using sidehack's chart Works great and easier on the eyes.

Where from? I purchased a Drok from Amazon but there are cheaper meters out there all the way down to $6US

I notice Thank you, Ill try that and get back with results. Hi again. I did like it all says at that first post. I get to the part where it should start minning but i get message that there is no any devices. I try hot plugin, I try USB Management and output say 0 usb devices, 0 enabled, 0 disabled, 0 zombie. Please can some one tell me, the bigest noob ever, what should I do. Thank you very very much I'm using external USB HUB with self power 900mA. Now I notice that there is one error: Fatal JSON error in configuration file. Configuration file could not be used.

Got it working now. Is there a way to change the font color of the cgminer? For instance ACCEPTED is green, REJECTED is red. When do I get payout? Even though it is small. Im only running 1 2pac usb. The command I use to run: ./cgminer -o stratum+tcp://pool.ckpool.org:3333 -u <MY_BTC_ADDRESS> -p x --suggest-diff 32 Thanks a lot. pool.ckpool.org:3333 needs to hit a block for you to be paid. http://ckpool.org/https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1876330.0as of now they have never ever hit one.
