So 1/3 of average daily reward (or even less) looks quite small to me.
true, but at the same time i don't mine 24 hours a day. It could just be that I tend to check my stats at the same time each day, and that specific time each day may not be an accurate point of reference for an overall average (because my mining operation time is not actually 24 hours.) of course theoretically the ratio u gave should remain true, overall. it's certainly possible I under-averaged, especially given that these last few days have been under-average... heh. being OVER the 7-day average is still pretty sweet either way

That way I can also verify my ideas (and build new ones) about how the whole thing works. Should I be mistaken, someone can correct me... :-) And in the end, the information may be useful to somebody.

Wow the extra hashing is sure helping in finding blocks and the big transaction fee for #19130 was nice as well
yet the same hashing power couldnt find a block in 11hours... luck is the key! Short term - it's all about luck Long Term - Higher hashrate = more blocks found Go figure we have a blockbuster day, 1 day before I get my shipment of 5 more Block Erupters... BOOO! remember when the Pool was around 12,000 gh/s! OMG! great 2 months of mining and an XFX card has a bad fan... cheaper for me to get a replacement than to send it back on its lifetime warranty to be fixed OMG! haha

I would have been raking in the coinage! or as my lovely girlfriend calls them.. "BTUs" haha

Remember when the Pool was around 9,500 gh/s... :-) I wish I had the hashing power I have now, back then... I would have been raking in the coinage! or as my lovely girlfriend calls them.. "BTUs" haha
British Thermal Units... :-) (For continental Europeans: 1 BTU is the amount of heat (energy) that warms up 1 pound of water by one degree Fahrenheit. :-) Many people still remember kilocalorie: 1 kcal = amount of heat that raises the temperature of 1 kg water by 1 deg Centigrade. BTU is then a "British kilocalorie", only it's 4 times less (0.2522 kcal). In the SI system, it's 1055 J (Joules).) [edit]: Wolfram Alpha also says it's about 0.25 × energy released by explosion of one gram of TNT. :-)

Well BTC on GPU causes alot of BTU, the ASICs aren't so bad (although don't go grabbing a block erupter whiles its running, jesus those things get toasty). Of course my GF didn't know what BTUs were... She just used the wrong initials in an attempt to ask me how my mining was going. I give her credit for caring at all... part of the reason I love her . She does, however, very much like the things I buy her with my mined "BTUs" haha...

This does not seem right for my stuff either. no way only 3668 shares for over an hour. something is going on. I am sure slush is on it.

Sigh.... as if it weren't difficult enough already.. For the record, I did not stop mining for a second and actually observed my expected reward climbing way high when pool rate was falling, which indicates my shares were being recorded..
Hopefully it will fix itself.

I have 39 workers running -- 21 of them are running okay and 18 of them are having connection problems.
Very odd... also my "Estimated Reward" for the current block in process is about 75x higher than normal.

Block changed and those 18 stayed down -- pretty odd combination as well... as they are spread over 3 locations and some workers on the same system are going and some are not. Suppose I'll have to go check on them all today.
