Sorry for the delay had another fall. Here is the output.
Are you sure that is the build of BFGMiner that I posted? I posted both a build of MultiMiner and a build of BFGMiner. You need both.

Hmm. Isn't there a restart command to tell BFG to try to re-initialize when it stops getting device feedback?
It will with some devices but the DualMiner driver is specifically flagged to not have BFGMiner restart it because it needs to have those initialization commands sent to it. It sounds like I'll need to make a few small changes once I have a device to test with again.

I have multiminer checking for straight profitability every 5 minutes from coinwarz, I know when it switches to a different coin it restarts the miner, does it restart every 5 minutes even if it's the same coin? also for the people that use multiminer for multiswitching, do you think coinchoose is a better option than coinwars in terms of profitabilility? I bought 50000 api calls from coinwarz, but I never compared it agains coinchoose which is free.
Wise move to use CoinWarz. I was having a lot of problems with CoinChoose and that's why I went ahead and bought a CoinWarz subscription. CW keeps adding new coins and is almost always up. I think CC is just withering on the vine. The one issue that I don't know the answer to is whether CW adjusts for stales and rejects. He didn't used to and I don't know if he's doing or not. For MuM strategy I select Probability Kind: Profitability Adjusted for Stales. Wishful thinking, perhaps.

HI Nate Thanks, I brain cramped and did in fact not dl the BFGMiner release as well. I will get that now. Another setback today too as there is lake effect snow blocking me from seeing my doctor today to get the date setup for the next surgery. I'm a coping though thank you. From v2.7.5 notes: •Addressed minor issues in preparation for BFGMiner 4.0 •Initial support for recognizing Scrypt ASICs during Quick Switch •Initial support for detecting Scrypt ASICs during Scan Hardware Will BTGMiner 4.0 be integrated into AntMiner S1s I sure hope so. Scrypt ASICs, do tell, who is selling them

Scrypt ASICs, do tell, who is selling them DualMiner and LightningAsic, among others. I'll let others speak to the quality as I try to stay hardware/vendor/pool neutral, but they exist and seem to work.

It's been going 18 hours fine now since the last time. Thanks for your help as always.

May be unrelated to my previous crashes, but I got another one tonight - this time with BFGminer. Happened right after I started trying out a new coin for the first time - Benjamins.
Update: Yup, it doesn't like Benjamins - it keeps crashing. Switched off of it for now. Not sure if it's a MuM or BFG issue. I'm disabling the coin for now though.
Looks like somehow BFGminer became corrupt. It started doing it on other coins too. Deleted the BFGminer folder and let it re-download. Running fine since then. Spoke too soon, crashed again. I'm reverting back to 2.4 again. Update: I found the issue. I restarted the computer, and it re-detected one of my miners and assigned it to another port. No idea what was going on with it. Nope, still crashing on me. Today the entire application became unresponsive and stopped mining. No errors, just hung on "not responding".

The dual miner is running fine on the preview release. It runs at 70 kh/s solid. I cannot wait until I can add back in my argument for scrypt overclocking.

Any idea why one of my Antminer U1's is not showing up on mobileminer? I have four of them running with MuMi, but only three showing at MoMi.

Had a bit of a disaster with my network miner, so it's now offline. It's not showing up in Multiminer, but in MobileMiner it still does: http://darrenjones.is-a-geek.com/~darren/pics/mobileminer2.pngWhen I tap it, it shows that it's offline, but still shows 2.31Gh/s, although that number isn't part of the total on the main screen of MM. Any clues?

Will MM be getting Vertcoin support? As this will be the future of scrypt hashing, it'd be nice to see it get into MM sooner rather then later. I'm sure Vert wont be the only one adopting adaptive n-factor, especially the closer we get to asic scrypt releases.

I cannot mine Vert with it either. I think you have to use Verts own mining software for now. Is it compatible with vertminer? I tried to install vertminer under the bfgminer repository in multiminer and renaming the vertminer executable in bfgminer but it doesn't work (I can't scan the devices). I thought we could choose the miner engine? I used it with linux bamt.
Is there a way to make it work with something else than bfgminer?
We've mentioned this to the Vertcoin devs already afaik. If you'd like support for Vertcoin (or really any algorithm) please ask the developers to consider committing / merging their code into bfgminer rather than forking older miners. There's really no need for everyone to keep making 100 slightly-different-variations of the same miner. In fact it's a pain-in-the-ass to support .

Odd thing going on lately. When I am in the MobileMiner app on my android it only shows one of my USB devices. Not sure what is causing that. I went though and checked my settings and nothing had changed.

That's normal. It's showing up as offline (the plug showing unplugged instead of the picture of the running guy). When you tap it then it should say offline and when the last time it was online. If you want to remove it you can swipe to delete the machine from MobileMiner.

I have an avalon gen 2 clone and am trying to solo mine alt sha coins with it. I was referred to try multiminer for this. Multiminer does not detect my network miner (the avalon).
