Same here I updated and went to bed after clicking start once the update was done.  None of my GPU's are mining.  Putting back the previous version fixed it.
I just updated again and am trying to sort what it could be.

I have a problem on latest version update.

None of my gpus are mining. I have connected up as normal clicked start it does nothing and just sits their doing nothing. No errors or logs on it however older version was working

Edited

Seems to have cleard now not sure what was going on

MultiMiner having problems with GPU on one of my computers

Hi.
A few days ago I've built a computer with some spare parts (Asus Z87I WS, i5, 16 GB RAM, Gigabyte R9 270X 2 GB, Win7Ult, Catalyst 13.12) but I have a problem with MultiMiner (my preferred mining application).
The application detects my GPU but as soon as I set the optimal settings (--thread-concurrency 15232 -w 256 -I 19), settings that worked perfectly with the same GPU on another computer, mining doesn't start. If I leave the settings field blank or I set the thread concurrency to a low level (e.g. 1024) the GPU starts mining but just with 6-7 kH/s.
I tried to use GUIminer scrypt (with CGminer) with the optimal settings on the same computer and it works giving me about 450 kH/s.

What could be the cause of this problem? Huh
I'm working with MultiMiner on my main mining computer (with the same OS) and it is working perfectly.

Thanks.

Bye

An update on the weird scrypt mining not running issue.
After a full shutdown and reboot on both systems they are now mining properly.
Must have been something stuck after the update causing it not to mine scrypt until a full reboot.

Try a full shutdown of the system.  Then power back on and see if that helps if you have not already.
That had fixed my scrypt mining issue with this last update.

 Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy
Thanks a lot! It worked. The GPU is now mining under MultiMiner with 460 kH/s.

I don't know why it worked now. I've shut down my computer many times and disconnected the power cord while checking the graphics card, but it never worked after that.
This time I disconnected the power cord and connected it again after 10 min.

Thanks again. You helped me so much!

Bye bye

I'm glad it helped.
It is odd though as sometimes systems need a full discharge to function again but that is something that has gone on with windows for decades.
Enjoy and happy mining.

Is it compatible with vertminer?
I tried to install vertminer under the bfgminer repository in multiminer and renaming the vertminer executable in bfgminer but it doesn't work (I can't scan the devices). I thought we could choose the miner engine?
I used it with linux bamt.

Is there a way to make it work with something else than bfgminer?

I cannot mine Vert with it either.  I think you have to use Verts own mining software for now.

We've mentioned this to the Vertcoin devs already afaik. If you'd like support for Vertcoin (or really any algorithm) please ask the developers to consider committing / merging their code into bfgminer rather than forking older miners. There's really no need for everyone to keep making 100 slightly-different-variations of the same miner. In fact it's a pain-in-the-ass to support  Sad.

Okay MobileMiner users! Going to let this one slip out here for some testing before a larger announcement.

The HTML5 MobileMiner app is now available at http://web.mobileminerapp.com  Grin

You can login with your MobileMiner email address and application key and then monitor and control your rigs just like with the existing mobile apps.

I will do that.
It gets nuts having a different miner for each coin.

Hi, I was using multiminer for the last couple of days, and for some reason it crashed, and it doesn't start anymore.  I'm using multiminer 2.7.1, and ubuntu 13.10 64 bit.  This is the output on the terminal

Hi there. Occasionally MultiMiner crashes in such a way that it corrupts one of the XML configuration files. While there is code in place to handle this it looks like under Linux it's not working.

Please navigate to ~/.config/MultiMiner and check for any 0-byte or empty XML files. Delete any of those and restart MultiMiner.

************** JIT Debugging **************
To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this
application or computer (machine.config) must have the
jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging
enabled.

For example:

<configuration>
    <system.windows.forms jitDebugging="true" />
</configuration>

When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception
will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the computer
rather than be handled by this dialog box.

I deleted everything from Local/MM and Roaming/MM and reinstalled 2.7.1, and I still get it.

Ran a couple of Windows updates recently and now whenever I fire up MM, I get this error:

I deleted everything from Local/MM and Roaming/MM and reinstalled 2.7.1, and I still get it.

Update: I reverted back to 2.4.0 with my old config files and I'm no longer getting the error.  I was getting it on the latest release (2.6.4, I think).  Seems to be something that changed in a more recent revision.

The error you posted is specific to 2.7.1 (it is occurring while submitting stats for Network Devices to MobileMiner). Rolling back to 2.6.4 should fix it. If you are getting a different error in 2.6.4 please let me know.

I'll get this addressed for the next 2.7 release.

Interesting, that might be another small bug then.  I never upgraded to 2.7.  I was on 2.6.3, and I clicked the button to update to 2.6.4.  Looks like it updated me to the 2.7 instead.

I deleted everything from Local/MM and Roaming/MM and reinstalled 2.7.1, and I still get it.

Can you try this build for me please? It should fix this error:
