If you want to still have the same hashrate, I prove it lolMiner with  --4g-alloc-size 4080, 4more days of full hashrate

I just tested and it works on lolminer, it does not work on PhoenixMiner, I wonder why.

PhoenixMiner said there is a zombie mode on PhoenixMiner but no examples were given, does anybody know how zombie mode works on PhoenixMiner? any example of a command line?

I have moved from Windows to Linux and would like miner to control nvidia HW (voltage, clock, fan). It seems it it ignores all configuration settings.
Ubuntu server 18.04.5 LTS HWE
kernel: 5.4.0-58
nvidia  driver 390.138
GPU GeForce GTX 1070
miner: PhoenixMiner_5.3b_Linux

/PhoenixMiner_5.3b_Linux$ sudo /home/miner/PhoenixMiner_5.3b_Linux/PhoenixMiner -pool us2.ethermine.org:4444 -wal XXXXX -tt 60 -hstats 2 -cclock +100 -mclock +100 -powlim -10
[sudo] password for miner:
Phoenix Miner 5.3b Linux/gcc - Release build
--------------------------------------------

CUDA version: 9.0, CUDA runtime: 8.0
No OpenCL platforms found
Available GPUs for mining:
GPU1: GeForce GTX 1070 (pcie 2), CUDA cap. 6.1, 7.9 GB VRAM, 15 CUs
Nvidia driver version: 390.138
Eth: Loading pools from epools.txt
Eth: the pool list contains 6 pools (1 from command-line)
Eth: primary pool: us2.ethermine.org:4444
Starting GPU mining
Eth: Connecting to ethash pool us2.ethermine.org:4444 (proto: EthProxy)
GPU1: 46C 0% 20W
GPU1: cclock 227 MHz, mclock 4004 MHz, p-state P0, pcap power
GPUs power: 19.9 W
Eth: Connected to ethash pool us2.ethermine.org:4444 (172.65.226.101)
..................................

Eth: New job #d83b007d from us2.ethermine.org:4444; diff: 4000MH
Eth: New job #b356993c from us2.ethermine.org:4444; diff: 4000MH
Eth speed: 26.973 MH/s, shares: 0/0/0, time: 0:02
GPU1: 66C 41% 135W
GPU1: cclock 1898 MHz, mclock 3802 MHz, p-state P2, pcap no
GPUs power: 135.0 W

As you can see the GPU and memory clock the same, no fan control and no power limit. Am I missing something?. What am I doing wrong? something I should enable to allow miner to control nvidia HW parameters?
Any advice would be really appreciated. Thanks

2 of my 4gb Polaris card hash rate went down another 2mhs today, -4mhs total, hash rate started to go down 2 or 3 weeks ago.

from 30mhs, current is 27mhs
From 28mhs, current is 24mhs.

Use -daglimit 4080
Experiment with the value '4080' to achieve max hashrate.

Dear Mr.Phoenix , I have problems mining with 3060ti cards. Whenever I start the miner with an applied OC profile - it's getting only incorrect shares. I have to start it with default settings for the cards and apply OC later. It's especially frustrating when the DAG epoch changes, because that leads to new DAG generation with OC already applied and incorrect shares. Lost hours of work last night. Please address the issue. Thank you!

I don't have this kind of problem with my MSI trioX 3060TI
I start mining with a +1200mhz mem applied, and all goes well, no incorrect shares

I receive today my second 3060ti (Aorus ), will try with and let you informed.
Hard to grab those cards anyway Cheesy

I have two Zotac Twin Edge and two MSI Ventus on two different PCs and the problem is present. This is on Windows, maybe you mine on a different OS?

Definitely hard to grab, spent days searching Smiley

One of my rigs keep complaining that "debugger detected" and stops. It can run for days but now and then it will get paranoid and stop. Windows 10.

in order to solve the issue, you have to specify in the batch arguments which architecture you are using. Example -NVidia (I am using a 1060 6GB) Happy Mining! Smiley

Have added -amd but the problem is still there. Is it Windows Defender that is causing this problem? I'll turn off real time protection and se how it goes.

I have 3 rigs with identical hardware (8x RX580 4Gb) running Ubuntu server 20.04. All 3 stopped yesterday but only one of them is mining after a reboot, running at 29MH/s per card.

All 3 rigs are using AMD driver 20.20-1089974

Does this log give any hints what could be wrong?
Is there some batch parameters I could add to solve this or perhaps try another AMD driver?

Dear Mr.Phoenix, Hawaii card r9 390 8gb doesn't work on hiveos with phoenixminer 5.4b when trying to mine Ethereum... Will you modify kernel to fix this ? ty

I used the same GPU too
get 15-16Mhs with stock bios & win10 to mine ETH using PM 5.4b

Hi. I have RX5700xt GPUs.Is "-eres 0" better for avoiding crashes in phoenix miner? Or higher numbers like 2(default) is better for reducing crashes?

If you expect crashes when switching epochs, give the -lidag <n> option a try and choose slowest, use together with -gser 2

my 5700 didnt crash so far

thanks. I've already tried -lidag 1 and had better stability I will also try -gser 2 with it. but won't it decrease the mining speed?

Nope, it only affects DAG creation speed, hashrate will be the same

Hi All. Some days I have the following problem.

All my cards ignore any values of memory clock (MC) overckloking (CC and PL changes work correct). All the time I use MSI AB. I tried to use PM overclocking params, but result is the same.

My mining speed has decreased from 180 to 128. Please help!

It is and remains a problem with the gtx 8gb cards with phoenixminer as an alternative you may also be able to use Trexminer which does better, unfortunately better instead of ethereum ETC mining much higher hashrate and much lower energy use

if your mining eth.... increase power to 130w at least and core +160 mem 570
should get u back to 28.....if u want more.... increase power.....

Dear @PhoenixMiner developers, there are two problems.

1. Problem with hashrate in PM on 1070 with 8GB under Windows 7. I hope you are already know about that. Memory overclocking do not change hashrate. Are you going to fix it?

2. Config file reload does not apply changes in two cases:
- if -mclock is removed\commented in config
- if -mclock was set to 0 (-mclock 0)
So there is not a way to reset -mclock to 0 on the fly.

2 questions:

1) Is phoenixminer open source?

2) On startup, phoenixMiner prints out a list of GPU's. On each line is a percentage value. What does this number represent?

Thanks,

Joe
