I am new to the this forum and was hoping to find some help with my miner.  I have trouble keeping it online, sometimes it runs for an hour sometimes a day, with the longest ever being 1 week.  When the Phoenix Miner 5.1c does crash sometimes the command prompt window is just closed and other times the computer has rebooted.  Here is my setup.

HP desktop AMD A10, 4GB RAM (have another 4GB ordered), 600W PSU, Windows 10 64-bit.
2x - RX5700 GPU
Radeon driver 20.10.1

I have tried different settings for the cards themselves but nothing has seemed to make a difference, including what I found in previous posts on here, 1350MHz Core, 1750MHz Mem, 780mv.  Thanks for any suggestions anyone has.

Can you post the last 20-25 lines of your logfile after this happens? Maybe we can find some clues there Wink

I did get information for the crash from windows event viewer.  Here are the details.

don't install the stupid driver "settings panel" and use overdriventool with profiles, lower your volts and core and overclock memory and tighten the timings.
also setup machine reboot on 0 hash, and autostart. that's it:)

And another test I tested on the same RIG from the BETA LOLMINER and TEAMREDMINER controllers and there ETC mining goes. In my opinion, neither the WIN10 nor the driver update is to blame. Only in SW PHOENIXMINER is something wrong. Why do these SWs work and this one doesn't?

Team phoenixMiner do something about it, this is not normal :-(

Lol, wrong commandline. I don´t know why you set so much variables in commandline, most of this you don´t need.

YOU SET WRONG COMMAND: -DAGLIM 1 is wrong, because it limits the dag size to 4006mb and the dag of etc is over (4010mb) this lol  Roll Eyes

Commandline variables that you don´t need:

-eres 0
-rvram 0
-dagrestart 1

And by the way, update your driver

The New Teamredminer 0.7.17 speed is faster than Phoenixminer 5.2b with 1-2% for Ethereum Classic.

Please check Phoenix team and don't give up the hope. Tested with amd vega 64 adrenalin 19.4.3 driver.

Commandline variables that you don´t need:

-eres 0
-rvram 0
-dagrestart 1

And by the way, update your driver

AMD cards with 6 GB or 8 GB RAM must either keep drivers 20.4.x or lower (do not upgrade to 20.5.1 or later) in PM
It's only for 5.1c version. For 5.2a-b drivers for 6-8Gb must be latest.

IMPORTANT! All owners of AMD cards with 6 GB or 8 GB RAM must either keep drivers 20.4.x or lower (do not upgrade to 20.5.1 or later), or upgrade to PhoenixMiner 5.2b or later version to continue mining after DAG epoch 384 (ETC has already passed DAG epoch 384, and ETH will pass it in less than two months).

Please where do you see it?
I read here that the DRIVER version is only up to 20.4.x or the latest SW 5.2b and more .... nowhere do I see anything about the driver of the larger version.

In my opinion, the driver has sufficient control! It will benefit on this driver!

This means that for continue mining after DAG epoch 384:
1. If you want to use PM 5.1c you must either keep drivers 20.4.x or lower (do not upgrade to 20.5.1 or later)
2. If you want to upgrade your drivers to 20.5.1+ than upgrade to PhoenixMiner 5.2b or later version.

Other words:
PM 5.1c didn't mine DAG #384+ with new drivers, for mining with new drivers PM needs be 5.2b or later.

Just try to read more carefully.
