Hi, i has Insufficients funds error, but i has enought value for order. I try sell 0.057 ZEC, and has that error. But on my balance i have 0.2 ZEC.
Is anybody have same problems and how solve them?
You probably have open orders using those coins. Why doesn't Kraken show funds available for trading, the way other exchanges do? Because Kraken is lazy... It is not even shown in the API, you have to calculate it on your own. Directly at the beginning of Kraken I told them to add available balance, besides alot of other improvements. But they never added any of those improvements and never fixed bugs. All they did was adding new coins...

Is anyone from Kraken support available/ active on this forum? I need help in resolving a USD withdrawal issue.
I put in a support ticket almost two weeks ago (11 days to be exact) and no response. However, this issue occurred a little over 2 weeks ago. I put in a wire transfer to my bank account and it has not been withdrawn to my account yet and/or is missing. I initiated withdrawals after the one that is missing and they have already been credited to my bank account but this one still hasn't. The withdrawal was requested on 08-21-17. The withdrawal page on the website says the withdrawal was a success but as stated earlier it still has not been deposited into my account and I haven't heard anything from support regarding this matter. I have grown concerned by the lack of communication (especially regarding customer funds) and have stopped trading on this platform and won't do so again until this matter is resolved. Hopefully, someone can help resolve this situation.

Hello, Please use the form mentioned by Dargo to escalate your ticket.
Please also note that Dargo will be introducing me the next time he is on Bitcointalk. Confirm that @Kraken-Septimus works for Kraken. But to be safe you should only provide either your ticket number or public account ID (found under settings in your account). This is all we should ever need or ask for.

Do you allow fiat withdrawals to 3rd parties?
No, you can only withdraw to bank accounts in your name. Even withdrawals to company bank accounts (under the company name) are not allowed even if you are sole owner of the company. I thought there was a way to verify a company ? Yes, but that is for a company account and you would have to fund the account from the company bank account, not from a personal account.

If I have 2 different bank accounts in 2 different countries, both in my name, can I send/withdraw money in both? And another question: I read in another forum that about 850 wire transfers (for deposits) have gone lost for a problem on your servers, and people lost their money, is that true? 1 - Should be OK as long as we support both countries 2- No it's not true

I had a buy order for BCH/BTC at a price point, and an alert with an app on my phone that would tell me when the price was below that price point on Kraken. I don't know what happened but from following the price casually it never went that low, the alert never triggered, but the order was executed a few days ago (making me a nice profit). I wonder if I was the beneficiary of a spike, for a change.

As i see from today we can only put an order, with one decimal less. In one week from three decimals, we drop to one. Imho this is not so rewarding... I think you would get a better deal exchanging the funds to EUR with Revolut and sending a free EUR SEPA to any exchange.
Or if it's a bigger amount directly sending an EUR SEPA to the exchange.

All trading pairs and deposits for GBP have been halted as of Tuesday, August 22 around 6 am UTC (Monday August 21 around 11 pm Pacific). We are very sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused. It was something we felt needed to occur in order to help mitigate the strain on our platform. For future deposits, the quickest and most cost efficient method for you to fund your Kraken account is to navigate to Funding > Deposit > EUR and select "Fidor Bank AG (SEPA)". You can send Euro from a UK bank via SEPA transfer as your bank should be able to convert GBP to Euro before sending. These funds will be credited to your account as Euro which is our most liquid market. For more information on the GBP trading pair delisting please read through our blog post: https://blog.kraken.com/post/1234/announcement-delisting-pairs-and-temporary-suspension-of-advanced-order-types/I think you would get a better deal exchanging the funds to EUR with Revolut and sending a free EUR SEPA to any exchange.
