So you will not credited Bitcoin diamond to BTC holders at the time of fork?this is the same meaning with you stealing members money.i really can't believe it.before this i read from other member you stole their BTG so you can sell on other exchange but i didn't trust them,now i start to trust what they said. before the hard fork you never tell to members you will not give bitcoin diamond,you keep silence although member asking about bitcoin diamond and now you tell us you will not credited us bitcoin diamond,3 days after hard fork!this is really unethical.this is not right,whatever your reason you shouldn't treated your members like this.you steal our bitcoin diamond just like that.how can you steal members bitcoin diamond just like that?i am 100% disappointed with you HITBTC! yes take our BCD so you can get your loss back from our BCD  .i don't trust you anymore. |

what's wrong with the NEO withdraw?  ?? my trading robot has two withdraw requests last night, which has been merged into one transaction according to the payment history, but there are only one request was send to the block chain, I lost the NEO coins in the other request. Ticket ID: 57815 I have got terrible experience on this exchange, it is the third NEO withdraw failure I've encountered in the recent month. And as usual, the support team NEVER solve it in time and sometimes just ignore your question. one of the problem was solved after A FULL WEEK. update: got another NEO withdraw problem now. I have transfered all my assets to binance and never back. I will not surprised at ANYTHING happens on this exchange. DO NOT PUT YOUR MONEY IN HITBTC! |

this exchange is a scam !!! It is necessary to contact the police more quickly to open a case against them. And also to inform in different mass-media, that the exchange with such big turns, for 10 days do not give the deposit! What is the reason for 10 days of deposit delay? It is likely that they themselves with this money scroll their business and earn!
People write more reviews about their problems to attract media attention! |

but in other trade websites tether deposit or withdraw is ok
i dont know why HitBTC want to hold people money

Not sure if the problems with this exchange are over, but my issue is solved as of this morning. I was not able to move WTT tokens from Main to Trading due to "Currency operations not available". Today, that issue is solved.

Ok what I'm about to say will look like a minor glitch in the matrix compared to what I've seen, glancing through the posts in this thread but I thought I should mention it anyways. --- Bought a little bit of PLR (Pillar) on HitBTC which I wanted to transfer to my hardware wallet afterwards. Guess what: 50 PLR flat rate withdrawal fee ... that's almost 10% of what I just bought  Great for the whales I guess, not so much for the casuals/newcomers. Ow and waiting more than "normal" for the confirmation email to do the withdrawal in the first place is what got me to this thread. Never touching this exchange again. |

Just FYI for others having issues, my "Currency operations not available" issue with WTT have been resolved (including a reply from customer service) and I was able to trade and withdraw BTC. Hopefully this positive trend continues.
