I believe that on exchanges, while requesting a withdrawal, the funds are not being moved from your original deposit address so yes, this should be HitBtc address as someone had his funds moved from it a few days ago: https://forum.hitbtc.com/discussion/1391/i-attempted-to-widthdraw-from-eth-to-deposit-to-orme-but-new-funds-arent-showing

My wallet was hacked and the hacker sold it on ETHERDELTA than withdraw on this address  0x4c34ae54dc716808e94af3d1d638b8ea3a23fa9b

I was told it belongs to HitBTC, I just need them to confirm it so that I can get the info about the trade.

What is the process to get info regarding the account ?

What are you talking about? I have used withdrawal from HitBTC wallet yesterday and I have no problems with it.

The number of confirmations you currently have? It's possible that they ask for more then one (UP to 6 confirmations).

Still getting "Currency operations not available" for WTT tokens when trying to move from Main to Trading.

So I can't trade out of my position, and because WTT are not actual Gigawatt tokens I can't move them out.

Seems to work for other tokens so it is not a generalized problem.

I just looked at the site and it's working fine. Maybe it's just your browser?
Also, I made another BTC withdrawal today without any problems.

Which means tether do suspend withdrawals that's why your deposit is still pending.

I have deposit Etherium on hit but still stuck as of now which do really sucks and the site loads too slow. You are not the only experiencing it.

Does it shows pending on your status or transaction history? If yes, then most likely they would credit it soon. Just like what happen on my eth transaction.It still keeps on loading up and stuck for how many hours already.I didn't notice the announcement that they are having maintenance on ETH wallet which they don't really accept withdrawal or deposit which causes for me to be caught in the middle and now I'm just waiting on what would happen next.

Can't sign in to HitBTC. It's been like that for 2 hours. Keep showing password incorrect where as I always used this password for this login. I even got it written down. 100% sure password is correct. Anyone having same issue?

What about your 2fa code? You didn't kept it? If you have it you can access your 2fa on hitbtc again by just entering it in your phone or in another's phone google authenticator. Or is it also not working?
