Blaydes is hoping that winner of this fight will fight against winner of Ciryl Gane vs Tai Tuivasa, so he is not going to miss this chance to go up in rankings. Heavyweight category is heating up, we are waiting for Stipe Miocic to come back, but I am not sure who can get beat champ Ngannou, I think Blaydes can't do it.
Ciryl Gane probably has a shot if/when they face again. Blaydes if he goes to his wrestling, and avoids the big shots, can definitely do it. It's one of the those divisions where a long reigning champion isn't really expected, due to the big punchers in the division. I think Blaydes is more than capable, and I do think as I said before is rather underestimated. I'm not even sure why, he has a decent punch on him, and has some of the most well rounded wrestling in the division, which is a upper hand on the current champion who has very limited wrestling skills. Despite, recently out wrestling Gane, which I'll be honest was shocked about.

~ I'm not sure why Curtis hasn't got a bigger fanbase than he does. He's a very accomplished fighter, whether that's wrestling or the UFC, as I said he has only lost against the best of the division. That's expected, especially at this weight class. It isn't like he has avoided the bigger fights either, which you could potentially say Tom has. Tom has had decent opponents, but if you compare the two, Curtis has had the more difficult journey to the top.
I don't know. I still think Curtis takes it. Tom Aspinall had two good opponents in his last two fight Sergey Spivak and Alexander Volkov and both were strikers and Curtis Blaydes is the toughest opponent he every faced simply because of the elite wrestling skills but Tom Aspinall is good at submissions and a well rounded fighter and i think it wont be that easy for anyone to take Tom Aspinall down as he also has wrestling background but my prediction is that Curtis Blaydes will be able to takedown Tom and win by ground and pound.

I think that Stipe Miocic have good last chance if he makes good preparation with better tactics than last time. He did lost against N'Gannou last year but he was better against him in 2018, showing that he can be defeated. Derrick Lewis was better than N'Gannou in same year 2018, but all this fighters I mentioned are getting older and near 40 years that could be problematic. Tai Tuivasa is youngest guy from the top with 29, and Ciryl Gane is 32 with much less fights than other fighters, so there is room for growth. Maybe Jon Jones finally comes back in UFC heavyweight category and messes up everyone plans

He also likes chocolates heheheehhee. He has not yet faced a real fighter in the UFC, I reckon. However, his first fight can be considered a good challenge for him, but Luigi Vendramini does not have a high rank. Uncle Dana will only give him punchbags until Dana will not have a choice anymore and let hand sanitizer boy fight him for a main event hehehe. He only got 2 fights in the UFC and he is already hyped up, well watching his recent fights from Cage Warriors he really is good at positioning himself and using his long feet to Coil his opponent like a boa constrictor if you get locked by those legs of Paddy, you can never get out and he can always position you into an armbar, and even though all of his opponent in the UFC are just punching bags, I think when it's time he got to show a more aggressive fight with the upper-rank fighters, Well there are a lot of Meme's about Pimblett and 1 was about his body size that I think was really a bad joke for him, but what do you know it is what it is, Pimblett just got legit metabolism, to gain and lose weight, Yesterday I have googled Matt Stonie and found his channel. I think I've spend (or lost lol) 2 hours watching guy stiffing food into himself. What a strange way to spend an evening That triggered grabbing salt crackers and beer, which later caused heartburn during whole due to lots of salt. Thanks YuginKadoya Maybe he has a fast metabolism, or after camera is off, puts two fingers in mouth and drop everything out. Maybe Paddy has a fast metabolism also, but his body transformations tells different. Anyway, catch some good news - Khamzat Chimaev-Nate Diaz welterweight bout being finalized for UFC 279 on Sept. 10This Autumn gonna be awsome! It's good to hear that you've enjoyed Matt Stonie, back in the days, when I 1st saw a video about his eating competition I was very curious about how they are stuffing Hotdog sandwich in their mouth and shoving it in and swallowing it whole, and when I was watching his channel that he constantly eating a lot that when seeing him eating I would likely want to eat aswell, pretty much Paddy Pimblett, if not the same as a close metabolism like Paddy Pimblett but yeah just like you have said it maybe was him Matt Stonie when not on the focus of the camera, will vomit his food intake, Khamzat Chimaev VS Nate Diaz is not so good in my opinion, against Chimaev I really don't know why did this fight happen at all it is not really fair for Nate Diaz to be pit to a lion, but for me it is still good news because I could then see Chimaev on action again, but yeah not a good match for Nate Diaz, I really don't know why he agreed on this fight yeah Chimaev for the win,

Yeah, Tom has fought decent opponents, but he just hasn't got the experience that Curtis has against the top guys. I consider Spivak a bit of a gatekeeper, and while Volkov is decent, he isn't going to become champion, and have the same fear that Ngannou has. Ngannou, Gane, Curtis, and even Derrick Lewis are also different gravy I think. Like I said, I'll be supporting Tom, but if I were to put a bet on or make a prediction it would be Curtis, probably via decision due to his superior wrestling. Now, if Tom comes out, and dominates on the ground, that'll definitely put him in high regard. I just can't see that happening. The odds are also close suggesting the bookies are also thinking that Tom has the stand up advantage while Curtis has the ground advantage.

I don't know if something's changing with Dana White's mind. However, it is clear that he is not on good terms with Nate Diaz. But I think feeding Nate to ranked 3 Chimaev is way too much. Although financially this works well for UFC. Chimaev already said that he will finance Nate's burial. This is gonna be brutal and then Dana will release Nate from UFC. Another match that is surprising is between Petr Yan and the Pink Poodle. Is the UFC ready to let go its investments on Sean O'Malley after years of babysitting? Or this is just a drama and marketing strategy for O'Malley? Because I think O'Malley will back out from this fight in the next weeks to come. But I hope this will really happen.

This just seems like easy money to me. Alright, the odds won't look great, but Petr Yan, and Chimaev look to have a relatively easy night. Chimaev will likely look to out strike Diaz, if he can't do that he can always take it to the ground, and finish it any time he wants. Very odd matchmaking in my opinion, but I'll likely make the most of it. I know this is seen as a heathen thing to do, but bet365 has a accumulator bonus on right now, so you could make the most of it, and just chuck them on your accumulator for a extra 10% bonus.

I think he will try to use his reach advantage for 200% or 300% against Yan. But again, like with fight against Aljo, everyone already bury O`Malley and predict Yans victory. Everything can happen inside octagon. One good jab, followed by TKO and easy fight turns into disaster. I wonder what has UFC offered Nate, that he has agreed to fight Khamzat, when he is not really interested in money. Big fight? Nate wants to make a final fight that everyone would remember? Accepts any challenger just to get our of UFC ?

Yeah, anything can happen. However, I just don't see O'Malley getting the win. Honestly, I'm not the biggest fan of him, and while I do respect his striking ability he isn't a very well rounded fighter. He'll never be champion in my opinion, and I don't think he'll get that close unless he significantly develops his overall game. Yan either out strikes him or looks to control him in the grappling situations or gets in on the mat. I'll be betting on Yan.

In actuality you are correct Aspinall doesn't have the experience in taking on Curtis Blaydes at all, and even though I have put high regard on him I am really torn between Blaydes and Aspinall But I really like Aspinall to win this, but for Curtis Blaydes, he is one dude you don't really want to mess around, In regards to Curtis great advantage on the ground I think that Aspinall is pretty much aware of that, and I think he is training for that, but for me, I think even though Tom Aspinall has great advantage on the stand-up he can not underestimate if Curtis Blaydes ha improve with the stand-up aswell, I don't know if something's changing with Dana White's mind. That was a hilarious photo, but yeah it seems that Dana White is really fed up with Nate Diaz, and for me, it is pretty obvious what Dana White really wants and the fight with Khamzat Chimaev is really a beast, and overall Chimaev is in the advantage from stand-up and on the ground, the percentage for Nate Diaz winning this is 5% saying this that percentage is the hope I have for Nate Diaz winning this, And for O'Malley I really don't like that guy so for me it is OK if he can be eaten by Petr Yan, that is what I like to see, but in this fight, Sean O'Malley has the advantage with the height and reach but I'd like Petr Yan to Smack this kid well,

Just take a look at their records, and you'll see that Curtis has wins over the very top level guys, and his only losses have come to the current champion, and another top five fighter. Compare that to Tom, who is very much on the rise, but hasn't been really tested all that much. There's a massive difference. That doesn't mean Tom doesn't go in there, and knock Curtis out, but I'll be betting on Curtis while cheering on Tom. I like Tom, and I think he's a brilliant prospect, but I do think this match up might have come a little too soon for him. He ideally needed a few more lower down opponents before Curtis. Especially when you look at his wrestling skills, but again his stand up is nothing to scoff at either.

Nate Diaz has been in trouble since 2012, almost every time Dana White offered more money, but it seems like the end has come. Because Nate Diaz said he's not going to accept a new contract anymore. We see such a comparison from Dana White to brighten Khamzat. Before Nate Diaz left, he arranged for a match like this to tear him apart and lower his popularity. I assume that he will lose this match, but I have the utmost respect for him, did he say that what will he do after the ufc?

I'm not sure it will be devastating to Nate. He's going to lose for sure but he could probably match his intensity and give a good show at least initially. Nate can also take a battering and won't give up easily. The only thing that worries me is Nate has been out of action for so long. He hasn't fought for a year and has only had 5 fights since 2016. I respect him for taking the fight either way. I'd like to see him do the trilogy with Connor but I've got a feeling he's going to bounce from the UFC after this fight.

Btw Mason Jones is in the event. That's a good match up vs Klein. Yeah, hopefully Mason can bring back the win, after the disappointing Jack Shore loss. Although, that was still a decent fight, and Ricky Simon is an exceptional wrestler. Anyway, back to the Klein fight, the only problem I have with this fight is I quite like Klein, and I think his odds aren't really fair. I expect a much closer fight than what they're predicting. I'm probably not going to be able to watch this weekend's event, but I might put a small bet on, as I'm liking the look of some of the match ups. I'll post them later in the week. You mean Mike Davis? That's the guy he lost to. I think Mason Jones came in that fight on short notice so it's fine. And if Jones can win vs Onama I think he has way more chances to win vs Klein with his forward pressure. Klein hates fighting off the back foot. Looking at my lottery ticket again, I should've placed Jones at my top ticket and Mokaev at the second one. I feel like Mokaev could spoil everything. Here are some vids to watch. I was talking about Jack Shore (the other Welsh guy) losing to Ricky Simons last weekend. It was his first professional loss. Mason yeah came in on a short notice on that fight I believe, and obviously has only lost the one in his professional record. So, going pretty well I'd say for the welsh men in the UFC. Don't say that, I've already put Mokaev on a bet now. I've got it running with a few others on the night, and the Liverpool game today, which I don't usually like betting on friendlies, but here we go. I do like Klein though. He's a bit frantic at times, but a good fighter nonetheless. I've obviously got Mason on my betslip. I'll post my actual bets, this one's just for fun one at the moment.

This just seems like easy money to me. Alright, the odds won't look great, but Petr Yan, and Chimaev look to have a relatively easy night. Chimaev will likely look to out strike Diaz, if he can't do that he can always take it to the ground, and finish it any time he wants.
I don't think it will off betting on Chimaev as winner but maybe some special bet or win by him and fight not going long distance could be better. I just can't see Diaz going full five or even three rounds with Chimaev, but this is his last fight in UFC so with lot of weed and preparation he could pull of some miracle. My early prediction is Khamzat Chimaev to win with ground£. I wonder what has UFC offered Nate, that he has agreed to fight Yan, when he is not really interested in money. Big fight? Nate wants to make a final fight that everyone would remember? Accepts any challenger just to get our of UFC ?
They offered him release from his contract, last fight and nice goodbye money. Dana White don't like Diaz brother and they don't like him, but I think he will continue fighting in some new organisation. I've got a feeling he's going to bounce from the UFC after this fight.
Can you believe that since his last fight with Connor in 2016, he only had three fights in UFC, and this will be fourth!? I would want to leave UFC also if I was in his shoes.

I Believe you I really do, maybe I am just infected because of the hype, I have seen Curtis Blaydes's records I have seen his amateur fights and all the hard fight he fought surely Curtis Blaydes have the experience but why he is not the favorite here? This is like Cyril Gane the hype train is on him, but I am just seeing a different picture and I think I have seen something new to Tom Aspinall and if he can win against Curtis Blaydes then I think he proves that he truly can become champion, but I still think he can not win against Ciryl Gane but for me, I think he hasn't shown his 100% yet and this is truly something that I am holding with Tom Aspinall, but yeah this is a big gamble that I am taking, I'm not sure it will be devastating to Nate.
Nate Diaz can really show heart in most of his fights, in this last fight I think even if he lost this he just needs to show what he really is made of, he might get bloodied but Nate Diaz will surely not going to stand down and will keep on moving, this fight could go on if Khamzat Chimaev decided to finish this on stand-up, but if this continued to the ground it is goodbye for Nate Diaz, but surely Nate Diaz will show his 100% on the fight just like what Glover Teixeira did on his fight with Jiri Prochazka, maybe this could be a banger of a fight, and recently Jake Paul has tweeted that he will be putting money on support with Nate Diaz to win versus fake Khabib,

I've got a feeling he's going to bounce from the UFC after this fight.
Can you believe that since his last fight with Connor in 2016, he only had three fights in UFC, and this will be fourth!? I would want to leave UFC also if I was in his shoes. Connor has only had 5 since then as well. I don't think blame can solely be put on Dana/the UFC as it takes two to tango in the fight game. I'm sure that Nate has been offered a lot of opponents but didn't want to take them for whatever reason. A lot of fighters are holding out for bigger paydays now and this is usually to blame for lack of fights, though I don't blame the fighters at all for that as many aren't getting paid what they should be. Just look at Jon Jones. He's been offered probably dozens of fights over the years but he's been MIA for two years now and he's pretty much only been fighting once a year all the way back to 2013 (with the exception of 2019 where he had two fights). Jon Jones is almost certainly just waiting for a payday that might not ever come now. He's 35 so he's getting a bit too old to be getting picky and it's going to be a shame if we never see him against some of the current active UFC heavyweights.
Nate Diaz can really show heart in most of his fights, in this last fight I think even if he lost this he just needs to show what he really is made of, he might get bloodied but Nate Diaz will surely not going to stand down and will keep on moving, this fight could go on if Khamzat Chimaev decided to finish this on stand-up, but if this continued to the ground it is goodbye for Nate Diaz, but surely Nate Diaz will show his 100% on the fight just like what Glover Teixeira did on his fight with Jiri Prochazka, maybe this could be a banger of a fight, and recently Jake Paul has tweeted that he will be putting money on support with Nate Diaz to win versus fake Khabib,
I wouldn't call him fake Khabib. I think he can be the new Khabib, especially if he keeps decimating opponents as he has been. Diaz will give him a good run for his money I'm sure and I am definitely looking forward to this fight. Hopefully it's a fight like Chimaev's last against Burns where he was the first person to go the distance with him. Khamzat definitely wasn't expecting that. Diaz has only been knocked out once I believe and even that was a ref stoppage (though he was getting battered on the floor and his corner threw in the towel as the ref went to stop it). All other fights I think he's either won or lost on points so this fight going the distance is certainly a possibility. According to Diaz Dana is wanting to make the trilogy fight happen with Connor so win or lose this might not be the last we've seen on Diaz: https://www.express.co.uk/sport/ufc/1642611/Conor-McGregor-UFC-fight-news-Nate-Diaz-Dana-White-Brad-Pickett-MMA-NEWSMcGregor is expected to return to competition in February or March next year after breaking his leg against Dustin Poirier last July. There have been many names rumoured to face him including Michael Chandler, Charles Oliveira and even Henry Cejudo, but Diaz recently revealed to The MMA Hour that the UFC want him to fight McGregor for a third time next.

By knowing how Nate likes to catch punches with his face just to make a taunt or slap his opponent, I think their fight will end in first round by gnp. By seeing how Khamzat works in gym, and knowing Nate does not care much about training, I think Nate is going to be "smeshed" easily by Chimaev. Wasnt Nate was aiming to try himself in boxing because of higher rewards ? (p.s. I like how Nate does not care about money, but say that UFC always pay him low)

Burns has always been underestimated I feel. He showed up in that fight, and it's the first time we've seen Chimaev actually hurt. Like, at one point I'm pretty sure his legs give out under him. He was hurt, and as DC would say "hurt bad". However, I'm not sure if he will be the next khabib, different fighting styles. Chimaev could've gone to the ground a little more against Burns, but he seems rather stubborn, and wanted to stand toe to toe, and hopefully knock him out. While after the fight he admitted this was a mistake, it was probably due to Burns' ground game, despite Chimaev being more than proficient in that area. Khabib on the other hand, stayed safe the majority of the time. He didn't fall in love with knocking people out, and instead stuck to his game plan. I'm not sure at least at this stage of his career if Chimaev has the same discipline as Khabib.
