WI will bat first following the first ODI between WI and BAN. There will be 41 overs played due to rain interrupting the game initially. Due to their good history in ODI format, they are hoping to win this series after losing both Tests and T20Is. Let's hope it won't be an easy win for either team.

Bangladesh choose the field after winning the toss. Shai Hope was bowled by Mustafizur Rahman on very first ball he faced. Its very hard to predict anything so early but seeing the performance of Bangladesh in test and T20I its very evident that Bangladesh will lose that too.

And undoubtedly New Zealand will win all the matches. The Irish team is not strong. There are no experienced players in the team. But there are some talented batsmen in Ireland. So New Zealand's bowlers must play well. Only then will New Zealand be able to dominate and win all the matches.

I was having the same thoughts but when Ireland started to pile up runs in the final few overs i knew it is going to be a good match but then what surprised me is that Ireland was able to pick wickets at the top order and New Zealand was struggling as they already lost their 7th wicket chasing a huge target of 301 runs and with 3 wickets left, i would be surprised if New Zealand can win the match from this situation  .

I too predicted that Bangladesh will lost this first ODI based on there test and T20I performance but they proved me wrong. Good bowling from Shoriful Islam and Hasan mirza that restricted WI to 149 runs and Bangladeshi batsmen this time played sensibly which is a positive thing.

I watched the match of Ireland vs New Zealand. Ireland's boys have played tremendously. Yet they have been unfortunately defeated. I would say it was due to inexperience. If the Irish players were experienced they could have won this match. Ireland gave a huge target of 301 runs. New Zealand won by scoring 24 runs in the last over. Hopefully Ireland will play better in the next match and beat New Zealand.

Thanks for highlighting that match also. Newzealand won the match just by one wicket and one hall to spare, that clearly tells the story that how well Ireland played yesterday. From Ireland side Harry Tector and campher were two batman due to which Ireland scored 300 runs. It's Michael Bracewell 127 runs innings that saved the match for Newzealand.

Actually, Bangladesh is a team that whenever they play against opponents that are relatively weaker or at the same level as them, it feels like they are playing really well. But whenever they are playing against bigger teams they really don’t look like playing well at all. I think lack of confidence is a big factor here. Bangladesh has a lot of capable players but the main problem in Bangladesh is that they are not consistent performers. And it is true that Bangladesh is better in the ODI format compared to the other formats of cricket. So, for me, Bangladesh winning against West Indies in ODI match is not a big surprise at all.

Surely this was one of best ODI in recent time with team like doing 300 runs against New Zealand has never been easy but still they have done good job with the help of 113 from Harry Tector a very good target was set for them but still Kiwis can do things when they want to do so in last over they needed 20 runs and Michael Bracewell achieve target for his team what an inning and what a match for this youngster which came t number 7 and done 127 on 82 balls surely a memorable inning for him and big achievement for his team.

Michael Bracewell is from a well famous cricketing family in New Zealand and at the age of 31 playing his fourth ODI he has done a magical inning, hopefully this can turn his fortune for any franchise league.

Suddenly with the one win peoples changing their views about Bangladesh, but they are ignoring yesterday we have some rain before start of the match and then toss was won by Bangladesh captain having some good impact on this which give them early success with West Indian team was overconfidence after winning test matches and T-20, but they completely lost their all success in this ODI where just 149 runs was not enough for Bangladesh, so they achieve this target with the lost of 5 wickets but still need good work to done because they need to improve their batting which is weak point and giving them the worst defeats in recent matches.

New Zealand is having few very exciting players but still falling behind in test matches and now ODI's is wired performance from them their bowling department is still one of best in cricketing world and with this they have few very exciting batsmen those can change matches very frequently, but recently they all are going down after winning WTC last year against India now they are at bottom of league table and now having trouble in ODI as well which is giving some wrong signal about their mental strength hopefully they will settle things before T20 world cup otherwise they are going down and out very badly which is never been good for any team.

Ireland's Simi Singh dropped an easy chance of Bracewell, and that cost them the match. In international cricket, you can't drop such chances. Ireland is proving again and again that they are not fit for top tier cricket. If they can't win at home, and that too against a below strength New Zealand squad, then how they are going to perform against top sides in hostile conditions? Ireland fielding needs to improve. At least in the case of the first ODI, dropped catches (there were 2-3 of them) proved to be very expensive.

The first ODI match between England and India will be played today. I am so excited to enjoy this match. Because in the Test format we have seen the extraordinary performance of England. But they played badly in the T20, as important players like Bairstow and Stokes were not present in the squad. But players like Root, Bairstow and Stokes will perform in ODI format. And so it will be more difficult for India to win the ODI match now. But I am worried enough that, will Kohli get a chance to be in the squad for this match?
