I agree with you on test cricket, but not so on ODI format. I still believe that Bangladesh are not that bad in ODIs, especially while playing at home. At this point, they are at #2 position in the 2020–2023 ICC Cricket World Cup Super League points table. Only England is ahead of them. Zimbabwe on the other hand has just 3 wins from 15 matches and languish at 12nd position. And unfortunately for Zimbabwe, this series is not counted as a part of the Super League and they don't earn any points from the win.

Sikandar Raza had played an important innings and managed to win against Bangladesh. I'm really disappointed about the performance of Bangladesh. Totally poor performance from Bangladeshi players. They have good players to win but lacking of knowledge and experience.

Bangladesh had a good start and they still had wickets in hand and yet they were not able to accelerate the innings and reach a good total, if not for the innings from Mahmudullah, they would not reach the 303 runs. Zimbabwe lost their openers early but Innocent Kaia whom i am hearing for the first time and Sikandar Raza scored centuries each and reached the total easily.

I am going to blame the Bangladesh bowling lineup for this. And also the finishing of Bangladeshi batsmen to some extent. Bangladesh had a lot of wickets in hand but they couldn’t make proper use of them. Honestly, I am very disappointed watching the performance of Bangladesh even in ODI. I thought the Bangladesh team could play the ODI better compared to the other two formats. But it is the same old story here also.

If they are not able to beat a team like Zimbabwe without the experienced players of the Bangladesh team, where is the Bangladesh team going from here in the future? This was a winnable match for Bangladesh which they lost.

But Zimbabwe showed it well as they took more than 300 runs How to grow a team However, I blame the Bangladesh team's batting performance the most for the loss of the Bangladesh team yesterday.How players like Tamim Iqbal and Liton Das bowled so many balls to score only 62(88) runs and 81(89) runs respectively.Tamim Iqbal and Liton Das are the batting duo most responsible for Bangladesh's loss.

There are some players of Bangladesh who will blame Bangladesh players for losing this game especially for players like Tamim Iqbal and Liton Das Bangladesh lost yesterday.  But I feel that if they play a little bit better then Bangladesh will definitely win tomorrow's match.  Tamim Iqbal played such a bad game beyond words.  I didn't expect such bad performance from him.  I thought Bangladesh would win tomorrow, but it didn't happen.

Raza always used to perform well, but I was surprised with Innocent Kaia. I don't remember hearing his name before this match. In the past, Zimbabwe had some very talented native batsmen, such as Trevor Madondo and Tatenda Taibu. But during the last 10 years or so, they have been on a perpetual decline. Hopefully the emergence of players such as Kaia and Blessing Muzarabani will slow down that decline and make them more competitive against the top teams. Muzarabani was not part of the squad BTW. He's injured.

Actually, the problem is not only having Shakib Al Hassan on the team. I think there is a problem with the player's mentality. They should have posted for a lot more runs when they had the chance and they also had a lot of wickets in hand. At one point it was looking like Bangladesh is going to score around 360.

I have to say the score that Bangladesh put on was decent enough but they could not defend it at all. How on earth a team like Zimbabwe reach the total of 304 against Bangladesh! Things are really not looking good for Bangladesh when they have multiple ICC tournaments ahead of them.

Here Mushfiqur Rahim being a top order batsman has basically collected 20 to 25 runs less for his half century. Moreover, the failure of Bangladeshi bowlers is another major reason. Bangladesh lost the first match due to some fielding errors. Let's wait and see how much Bangladesh can catch themselves in the second match.

Tamim Iqbal started well but his patience didn't show so he cashed out and went back to bat.Then Enamul Haque Vijay was run out unexpectedly and returned to the previllion. Bangladesh collected 85 runs for two wickets. Let's see how much Bangladesh can collect. Everyone enjoy the car game between Bangladesh and Zimbabwe.

It's good to see Zimbabwe finally performing good in ODIs. First ODI was a real entertainer. Right now Bangladesh are batting first and after the end of 14 overs Bangladesh are 81/2. Both openers are gone after giving a solid opening stand of 71 runs. Let's see Bangladesh can capitalise on that.

Tamim Iqbal played a bad game in today's match. I think Khowar has played such a game, I can't believe.  Tamim Iqbal was dismissed for 50 off 45 balls.  He should have scored more runs.  On the other hand Enamul Haque scored 20 runs off 25 balls.  which cannot be thought of.  Bangladesh will play such a bad game.

The pitch might not the assisting spin like the West Indies series and so is the reason Bangladesh was not able to continue with the bowling performance like they did against West Indies. Couple of good overs in the death could have changed the match.

Tamim Iqbal gave a flying start in today's match and the run rate was above 6, but now the run rate is going down considerably and all of the top order players got their starts but failed to convert them into big innings yet and they need to score over 6 runs to reach a good total, if not the same result like the first one.
