i thought it was a decent total, obviously, bangladesh could have got a few more runs but they should be able to defend a score of 290 against a team like zimbabwe, how will they stop the more powerful opponents if they can't even stop imbabwe? zimbabwe won very comfortably in the end and once again it was Sikandar Raza stealing the show and the match from bangladesh

Everytime after a match they face so much criticism and there is so much suggestions and ideas coming from the people who might not have played cricket but think they are expert of their field.

If it is an individual and he is just representing himself then it is quite okay that no one gives suggestion. The team is representing a country and this means they are playing on favour of the entire population of the nation. This gives them the right to make criticism and give suggestions, and even we are not expert on it. But, looking the performance and mistakes done our mind says he should've done that change by then and it could've increased the winning chance. This is just an assumption, same is with others.

That is correct they represent the country but sometime the criticism is too harsh...

Zimbabwe have 2-3 good players such as Sikandar Raza and Regis Chakabva. Take out these players, and they will struggle to win even against sides such as Namibia and Scotland. And this one-off victories will be used as an excuse to continue pouring tens of millions of USD in ICC funds to Zimbabwe, at a time when associate nations receive a tiny fraction of that amount.
