Everyone praising the effort of Ireland, but I still need to remind that they need to actually win matches. What matters is the point in ICC Men's Cricket World Cup Super League. Ireland lose all three matches in the series and got 0 points from 3 matches. Now they have just 68 points from 21 matches. Just three matches remain, and they need two wins to secure direct qualification to the next ODI world cup. It doesn't matter if they lose the match by 1 run or 100 runs. In the end, they need points to advance their position in the Super League.

They definitely need points to play in the World Cup. But everyone is praising them for playing a strong team and losing by just one run. Since the game is against New Zealand, regret remains in everyone's mind. Ireland supporters think that if they had played a little better, Ireland would have won the match. We have also seen them play relatively well against England as well. Even if they did not win the match, it is certain that their cricket has improved.

I would say that Ireland were unlucky to have missed it by one run only. I am impressed by the batting of Paul Stirling and Harry Tector  who both scored centuries. Ireland needed 10 runs in the last over and they missed by a run. 

In the end, it was NZ who was the winner and Martin Guptill was declared man of the match. Even the player of the series was from NZ team, Michael Bracewell who scored a total of 190 runs and took 2 wickets.

The credit for the England victory goes to Reece Topley who took 6 wickets and gave only 24 runs in 9.5 overs. The rest of the bowlers also chipped in and collectively it was a good effort by them. I am also looking forward to the final match to be played on Sunday.

Which team do you think is the favorite to win this last match. I think it's difficult to decide before the match, the one who played better on the day will be the winner.

That was surely a tricky chase on a tricky pitch and Indian batting lineup completely collapse after having one of the best win few days back no batsman was able to stay and have something positive for team Reece Topley was on top with his magical spell which give them big win this match, and now they are level with third match is going to play on 17th July at Manchester which is going to be very interesting after strongly comeback from England.
 
Here now with this win most chances England will try to have win last and final ODI and this series because they are already lost T-20 series and this could be disaster for them as they are currently world champions even having some good number of new players but need to play like champions.

The problem with Bangladesh is that they are highly inconsistent. On some days the team performs extremely well and on others their performance is pathetic. Therefore it is very hard to come to conclusions before the match that they will win. There have been instances in the past where the Bangladesh team have lost a match that they were suppose to win.

After losing 3 wickets for just 16 runs, they managed to collect 79 runs in 25 overs without losing any more wickets. Nicholas pooran collected 30 and Keacy Carty is able to collect 32 runs. Although their run rate is now only 3.15. But now it is more important for them to survive at the crease than to score runs. Pooran and Carty are batting well.

The third ODI between New Zealand and Ireland is going on now. Despite fielding first in the first two matches, New Zealand won the toss and decided to bat in the match. New Zealand's collection is 126/2 in 19 overs. They are scoring over than 6 runs in per over. If this continues, they will be able to give more than 300 targets. Though this is a batting-friendly pitch. So New Zealand will not be able to win if the target is below 300. In previous matches we have seen the extraordinary batting of the Irish players.

Newzealand already scored 316 runs and lost only 5 wickets. They still have 4 overs more and it is possible they might cross the 350 marks. I am surprised we are discussing this match as we all know the result will be not so different. This is just a practice match for them and a real test for the Irish team. I doubt they will be able to chase such a huge score.

The brilliant knock of Martin Guptill comes to an end, scored 115 runs! New Zealand's batting performance was almost perfect, as they scored 360 on the scoreboard. It is not something I like to take lightly when it comes to Irish batters. It is possible for some of them to chase this down since they are T20I specialists. Their only problem is a lack of consistency and a lack of a proper plan. I'm looking forward to an exciting contest! So far, only two wickets have been lost.

Ireland's batsmen have performed very well in every match of the ODI series. They could not win a single match only because the bowling line-up was weak and the players were inexperienced. But the batsmen's performance played the biggest role in winning the T20 series. And since Ireland's batsmen are in great form. So they have a chance to win the T20 series.

With Taijul's superb bowling skills, the West Indies innings were stopped to just 178 runs. They fell behind after losing the first 3 batsmen at the beginning of the innings. However, with the help of Nicholas Pooran's 73 runs, West Indies managed to collect 178 runs. It's not enough to win. Because Bangladesh batsmen have played well in the last two matches. However, Bangladesh's performance is always unpredictable. It is not surprising that they were defeated even though the target was so low.

Love how cricketers like Azam are supporting Kohli, but he seriously needs to deliver since his lean patch keeps prolonging. This final ODI will be a great test for him.

First of all these are not great odds and also i won't bet on such fixtures (when 2 strong teams are competing ) are in play, unless it's WC or any ICC tourney.

Both teams are strong imo and any team can win the series if it's their day, they might even dominate their opponent if it comes to off day to their opposition and it's kinda normal in this series.

Having said that i would love to see last over finish in decider.

That's why i said that odds are great if you are able to take risks.  Even though it is not a world cup match but still it is a final between the two big teams as series is level by 1-1.

If we talk on the technicals this match is going to be entirely different from the previous two as this is more of a batting venue. You generally see high scoring games here. And as per a pitch report it can offer some help to spin as well because it's an old pitch used a lot this year. Which means batsmen will get a chance to open up their hands in this match. I see this as an advantage to England but India has good spin unit so it'll be a very interesting fight to see as well.

Maybe we can see the loss of West Indies today.If they lose in today's match, it will definitely prove that Bangladesh is the perfect team for the ODI match Although they did very bad in T20 but they are performing very well in ODIs If they can play with the wicket today then Bangladesh's victory is assured.

Bangladesh is slowly reaching the goal of victory. Since the target is low, the Bangladeshi batsmen are performing very carefully. Liton Das is still unbeaten with 43 runs. However, Tamim Iqbal returned to the fold with 34 and Shanto only 1 run. Bangladesh needs only 92 more runs to win. Bangladesh will not have any problem winning this match
