Why we are debating so much about the 3rd ODI? Australia won the first two matches and they have already qualified for the 2023 ODI World Cup. So the outcome of the third match is not very significant. Ideally, Australia should be giving chances to younger players and this is an ideal opportunity to do so. What about Cam Green being the captain for the third ODI? That said, given the bad blood between the trans-Tasman neighbors, I don't think that Australia will forfeit an opportunity to humiliate their opponents.

Really, what was this match? Neither team could score almost anything in this match. Australia scored 195 and when I thought New Zealand might have a chance, they got all out for almost 80. This was not what was expected. At least I did not expect that. Australia has won the series. They are leading 2-0 in this three-match series. Even now Australia have got good players, but they weren't able to give the consistent performance same as the team under the Captaincy of Australia. Nowadays every team have started to progress well. Coming to the ongoing ODI series against New Zealand, it is already a win for Australia. The third match seems like a win for New Zealand, because they'll try to get out of the whitewash.

New Zealand's quality is going down badly recently in all formats which is the biggest concern for them at the moment after winning WTC final against India in England now they are consistently losing matches and series and won only against teams like Ireland and West Indies which is surely big concern for them as they need to be aggressive and well skilled for next WTC tenure after going down badly in this season and things are surely wired because they have enough quality bowlers and batsmen as well, but sadly they are not winning matches which is surely mentality which needs to be positive and changed because with current situation they can't do anything positive which is very important for them.

Now in recent time, they have good advantage with native players many South Africans are also migrating for the better future in this game which is surely going to help them with improved quality and better skilled players are very important for them as well.

I don't think that New Zealand could have performed this well, without the South African players. Imagine a New Zealand XI, without players such as Devon Conway, Glenn Phillips, Neil Wagner and Colin de Grandhomme. New Zealand is one of the major beneficiaries from the emigration of South African white players. Now with ECB abolishing the Kolpak system, these players are having fewer options and New Zealand may emerge as the first choice. And it is rumored that from 2024 onwards the ICC funds may go up by 3x to 4x. If that happens, then we can expect a larger scale migration of players to countries such as New Zealand and Australia.
