Skill is a big factor in cricket. And there is a reason why the fast bowlers are very much favored and admired in cricket. It's because they can bowl really fast. In my opinion, India should have put a lot more runs on the board to defend against a team like South Africa. India it was just not enough runs on the board and South Africa had an easy match.
