So why they are doing this? Sanctions-hit oil company Rosneft will be able to apply for money from a state wealth fund, Deputy Prime Minister Arkady Dvorkovich said Tuesday, adding that the government had "on the whole" approved the company's investment program.
Rosneft's access to Western money has been restricted by the sanctions imposed in response to Moscow's role in the Ukrainian conflict. Rosneft has asked the government for $42 billion support from a fund earmarked for Russian pensions to help it weather the sanctions. Oh , wait your link contains what rosneft claims to have.... Because they can? They're taking advantage of the opportunity it seems. Still I wouldn't take for granted that they get that much. Also don't think that they simply 'get' the fund's money for free. The wealth fund will either buy their newly issued bonds or their newly issuied shares.Unfortunately , no! It will be a loan with no details on time or on interest rates.Sechin told you? Fortunately he hasn't met me in person. I have an unfinished pudding right besides me for him. It's the press that has mentioned over and over the word help or loan. There was not evern one word about shares or the timeline of the loan. Ps. I know to read russian and I often read the articles from russian press for fun .

Maybe because the loan hasn't been approved yet? And details are still being negotiated?

THE CIRCUS, Part 2Meanwhile In Ukraine, The Parliament Is Being Stormed, Again Yesterday, in the aftermath of the popular anger aimed at Ukraine's president Porohsneko following his "Bohnering" on Ukraine's demands for a free trade agreement with Europe, we said the new president's days are likely numbered. Less than 24 hours later, this has started to play out, and as the live feeds below show, the Kiev parliament is being stormed by what appears to be discontent from the right wing "Right Sector" political group, despite today's ratification of the meaningless EU pact, whose purpose was to offset popular anger at the delay of the trade agreeement. Right Sector is storming the parliament (Verkhova Rada) in Kiev right now. Activists are clashing with the policemen. More headache for Poroshenko. Right now the Rada is being protected by the policemen and the national guard. Right Sector Nazis are trying to break in, but none are successful. A few are injured in the scuffles, while dozens have been arrested and taken away.

That includes Europe (you must have read that there are already swap centers in Frankfurt, Paris, Luxemburg, etc. A yuan-denominated bond will also be released in LOndon as announced yesterday). The Ukraine crisis is actually believed by many as a last-ditch attempt of the US to hold back the major EU economies to its camp to save the dollar. The new developments have been interpreted by many that it is failing (that's why another CIA coup is feared). China & Russia are convincing Germany, et al that the new Silk Road project is a more viable prospect for the Europeans now that the US has been incapacitated by its imploding economy.

From rt Police were forced to cordon off the building as the protesters rallying for Yanukovich-era officials to be removed from their posts put tires on fire, set off several fireworks and pelted eggs at the law enforcers. https://twitter.com/Dbnmjr/status/511897364475703296/photo/1

This combat footage was retreived from the helmet-mounted camera of one of the Ukrainian 'Azov' batallion members killed in fight with rebels near Yasinovataya. English language can be clearly heard, indicating presence of foreign mercenaries: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TG_oX-TtXRM

MP Vitaliy Zhuravsky thrown in a garbage bin by the Right Sector Nazis. This is how Poroshenko and his Nazi goons are treating democratically elected political representatives. Meanwhile, the Ukrainian Rada has ratified the association agreement with the European Union. 355 voted for yes, none against, 26 abstained.

MP Vitaliy Zhuravsky thrown in a garbage bin by the Ukrainians fed up with russian puppets destroying the country. This is how Poroshenko and his supporters are treating Russian puppets elected with fake elections. FTFY. Vitaly Zhuravsky, once a member of former President Viktor Yanukovich's ruling party, was seized as he walked past crowds outside the parliament building in Kiev this morning.

Vitaly Zhuravsky is a member of the Party of Regions, which is a legitimate political party in Ukraine right now. Yanukovych was expelled from this party and right now they have nothing to do with him. On the other hand, Petro Poroshenko, the current Ukrainian president was a member of the Yanukovych cabinet (Minister of Trade and Economic Development). So who is more closely associated with Yanukovych?

Vitaly Zhuravsky, once a member of former President Viktor Yanukovich's ruling party, was seized as he walked past crowds outside the parliament building in Kiev this morning. It's completely understandable why Pagan is spreading bullshit, but why you're doing the same? 1) Yanukovich and his party are definetely not the russian puppets. It's obvious for anyone who have at least 1mg of brain because in terms of real nationalist practices he was even worse than all previous presidents combined. Violent crackdown of pro-russian non-government organizations, criminal cases against pro-russian activists, accelerated rates of forced ukrainization, politically motivated criminal cases against gazprom partners... All this happened during his presidency, even "radical nationalist" Yuschenko never tried to do anything like that. See what he did during presidency before going to replay this ridiculous propaganda verbatim once again. 2) Parliamentary and presidential elections were recognized by the EU and US as legitimate and fair. Are you going to claim that OSCE observers are incompetent? Bloody hell, why you're not even trying to verify these simple facts before copy-pasting? Should I consider your condition as some kind of induced stupidity?
