One of my new rigs - 3x5830 + 3x5850 = 2.2GH/s
And no the Mobile Phone isn't a detonator Cheesy I'm using it to restart the PC if it crashes.

I'm interested in your method for this

Same here...  Wink

It looks like he's just using the phone as a hinge wired up to a momentary restart button wired up to the motherboard backwards.

He may be using the vibrator motor to trigger a relay that trips the power going to the psu?

I was thinking more along the lines that the wires are connected to a sensor in the crate and the phone monitors the state of it. If the state changes the phone dials or txts the owner. The owner then txts back and wires from the vibrator connected to the momentary power switch on motherboard trigger the switch.

Or instead of the phone actively monitoring the wires just short out speed-dial 1 or something.

Sounds plausible, however perhaps this is another option to consider.

Ah never looked into the twine thingo before (have heard of it though).

I like my solutions with a bit more of:

The Bitcoin software, network, and concept is called "Bitcoin" with a capitalized "B". Bitcoin currency units are called "bitcoins" with a lowercase "b" -- this is often abbreviated BTC.

His skills were only needed when he or someones life was on the line.

Twine has potential. Just wish I could text it back to trigger an output.

enter an email address into txt recieptiant on phone. Dunno if it works for your network, but on mine the service provider forwards txts to emails (im talking on a dumbphone not fancy-pants idevices and whatnot)

I am using the Vibrator electricity, but it gives only 2-3V so I have to up them for my 12V relay.
I use the sensor from a ball mouse to up the voltage, i think its called a omnitron, sorry my English ain't that good, but later I found 3V and 5V relays from my local electric store which trigger with 2-3V without a problem.
The phone is set to vibrate just once with a particular melody, so I let it ring once and close.

I need to get a case for mine. I had some old ram sinks I attached for better (un-needed) cooling but it has just been sitting otherwise.
