Exploit what? Who does exploit others? In fact, you can check the Top 100 richest Bitcoin addresses and I am sure there is no information that 99% bitcoin belongs to 1% addresses. Remember, we can not identify what addresses belong to a specific owner. There is a Pareto principle that says 80% of assets belong to 20% richest people. It is biased by lost BTC in early days when people considered it is a joke and did not back up their private keys. Power, I guess you implied about power on the network, by owning hash rate. You must have 51% of network total hash rate to attack their network. It's impossible. Cost is expensive and community, nodes, exchanges will do react to this very quickly. It is normal from my experience. There is a lag between your merit stat on your profile page and your merit history page (for received and sent merit history). - The first place (profile page) usually has a lag of seconds or up to 1 minute to update. I am sure it won't take up to 10 minutes to update.
- The second place (merit history page) is updated nearly instantly.

It amazes me that these obvious scammers still have the money, and guts, to run a signature campaign here, but still refuse to pay customers.
Why is that even allowed? There should be some form of line that should not be crossed in this forum.
If an obvious scam site is allowed to promote their service in this community that looks really bad. There will be people who register there because of seeing the add on bitcointalk. So they will see their negative experience in the same light as this forum.
Seriously, something should be done to avoid further people to be scammed, a red flag is not enough.
It's simple. Forum does not moderate scam in Unofficial list of (official) Bitcointalk.org rules, guidelines, FAQ19. Possible (or real) scams and Trust ratings are not moderated (to prevent moderation abuse).
Frank advice for 1xbit team, if they have enough budget for marketing and are ready to pay for shit posters in signature campaign with zero value posts, they should handle their issues with past accusations. I do believe that not all accusations are valid as cheaters can try to break their reputation when they see the account was red tagged. I don't think paying to all accusation is good but resolve valid cases is a good thing to do for 1xbit team to move onwards. If they have good service, want to rebuild it, attract more users and they will be able to hire much better participants for their campaign. Then they will gain better effects from their signature campaign. |

We decided to keep this thread instead of posting a new one, as the casino and almost everything on the site got completely re-worked and re-designed. That said, the casino can be looked at, as a new one.
It's good to continue your business with its history even your website was redesigned, revamped completely. It is hardly to trust new business because scam is very common in cryptocurrency space and cryptocurrency gambling sites. So with your old history, it means something for visitors of this thread and your website. Management and the team behind it is the same and regarding the feedback, we are looking for it from scratch on our new platform.
To have good feedback for your website, you can run a review campaign. Good feedback means it can help your team to know what need to be improved. I made my estimation in the past and you can use similar methodology to make your estimations with latest on-chain data and UTXO bands you want to use. My estimation 3 years ago. If you move further by use deduction for potential lost bitcoin (from 2+-year inactive addresses. It is about 21.66% (in March 2020) of circulating supply or ~ 4010329 BTC (I used 21.66% and today circulating supply to estimate lost BTC).

I found some electrum wallet backups on a usb stick I found,I loaded them into electrum and it asks for the password
Password was set up by you in the past and its role is to protect your wallet file. You and others can only access private keys in that wallet file if you have the wallet password. I just want to see a balance
You can only see it if you successfully access that wallet file by your password or if you have its public address to check it on Bitcoin block explorers or import it to have a Watch-only wallet. It seems you don't have anything of such. if there is anything worth while in them then I can worry about finding my old password,I used the same password but with different numbers at the end so it is do-able but I don't want to start this process unless I know there is some btc in there.
Can I do this,see the balance of the backup somehow,I don't know the seed or the wallet number but can figure out the password if there something there,I know with unknown btc wallet backup's you load them into qt and can see the wallet number and balance but I can't seem to figure out how to do this with the electrum backup.
Only one option, brute force your wallet password but chance to succeed depends on complexity of your password and how many key characters you remember as well as computational power of your computer used for brute-forcing process. Newcastle deserves to win this match. They played with such determination, which making them the superior team on the pitch. But, what impressed me a lot about their solid defense, that prevented the opposition from scoring any goals throughout the match. Man United's performance was quite underwhelming and did not live up to expectations. They were outplayed by Newcastle, and frankly, they deserved to lose by an even larger margin. Newcastle has now moved above Man United in the standings and claimed the third spot in the league.
Newcastle United deserves to win it with their performance. This defeat pulls Manchester United back to reality that they are not strong enough as clubs which can win 3 or 4 titles in a single seasons. They are very dominating teams in those seasons but it is rarely seen and those clubs have to sacrifice unimportant competitions. Manchester United are opposite as they are not too dominating strong but they did not sacrifice any competition. Weeks ago, they hope to win 5 titles and now they will have to face with reality that they even can lose a position in top four. Unlike Manchester United who played as if they were on training ground.

Many forum members actually felt great with this ICO at the first glance. Honestly I fell into this fooled ICO from theymos as well but later I realized that theymos did creatively educated us about scam projects and how scammers team will use influencers, too good to be true offers to scam investors. In this match Manchester United will not have Casemiro who is one of most important pieces in their squad. He cam le and made their midfield stronger which is a foundation for Manchester United success in this season.
