Armory. What did you switch to and why? (by your post I'm assuming you switched). BTW, his name is Alan Reiner (etotheipi), not Adam

After discovering cryptocurrencies and the blockchain, I do not believe and will never believe in fiat ever again and I consider people who go from cryptocurrencies to fiat out of their minds.

Because it doesn't matter what side wins as long as Bitcoin develops further... Can't really do that without real developers and engineers. Correct, that's why it doesn't really matter which side wins, because whoever does is because they have a good, working team.

I will stay... Because it doesn't matter what side wins as long as Bitcoin develops further...

I don't think there's anything to fix here really, the issue is inherent to Tor usage, I think. It most likely can only be prevented, not fixed, but correct me if I'm wrong

I'd simply say "tired of losing money to your banks? Try Bitcoin". I'd get the interest of many, many people in way under 20 seconds.

I would like for you to respond to my pms that I have sent you in the last few days still unanswered and also commented in this thread too still unanswered. Please answer my pm how hard is this to do ? Also sent pm to Bitcoin_BOy$ why no on respond am I being ignored over the last week half? I'd say to insist on PM'ing. That's what I wasn't doing and when I was requested to do so, I got a reply.

My payments are now up to date. Took quite some time, but marcotheminer and Bitcoin_BOy$ delivered as usual. I hope the rest of the missing and future payments go smoother from now on. I'm also curious if payment frequency is going to change...

It's pretty hard to measure people, but you can see how many addresses own a given amount of Bitcoin. Currently, less than 0.09% of used addresses in the network have 21 BTC

Ok Got your message and will veerify the transactions history and send it
Thank you very much. Don't forget that there are other members with pending payments, as per the posts above. This has been a great campaign so far, don't let this bump make you and marcotheminer look bad

When was Bitcoin invulnerable? If it was, we wouldn't be caring this much about it...

This is normal behaviour, the graph looks like that. Don't forget that blocks are, tops, 1MB and that you have to verify them in between downloading.

There was a thread on this exact same movie a few weeks ago on the forums and people were complaining about the same thing... Unreleased movie, some paid for the DVD's and are yet to receive them...
The movie has IMDB points because it was premiered in select places, as far as I can see, but it doesn't seem to be generally available. I too wonder what will come out of this, if anything...

This app is an amazing idea... I don't have a clue on how a system like this doesn't simply come bundled with services like Friends from Apple and Android Device Manager. I guess this app fills in the blank spot. Downloading it now, definitely going to give it a try. As for the funding, if it was in fact OP that gave them the coins, thank you, this is much needed and quite appreciated by the community and devs. And of course the founder was open to investment with crypto... He's pictured on the website with a Bitcoin t-shirt

Count on me for doing it Although it's probably not the wisest choice Having the eggs in different baskets is always good.

The idea is interesting, there's always space for a new physical coin on the market, but I don't see this one getting a lot of fans. It will be something funny to have stored somewhere and it won't really give an incentive to spend Bitcoin I also disagree with them when they say Bitcoin only exists on the Internet. Bitcoin exists wherever we want it to exist. I find it odd that someone who says he's already involved in the community and wants to push Bitcoin forward says this.

I don't think this is good at all... I guess we didn't learn much from the last time we forked after a little chaos in SPV mining and BIP66 activation.

Many stores selling legit goods accept Bitcoin... There's also one or two websites accepting Bitcoin for memberships, but I haven't seen such very often, so far

-snip- Suggestion box is open in order to avoid fake nodes I wish I had a solution, but for now Im fine paying 100 EUR a year to run a full node. Slightly bit offtopic, but can you disclose what host do you have your node in? I'm also fine with having VPS acting as nodes, and that's my way to contribute instead of directly donating to nodes. And I guess that's the key to have many nodes: individual distributed effort.
