Wait, you talking smack to a site just because you didnt win anything there doesnt mean the site is scam. If you are accusing them to be a scam site, why don't you provide more proof? Extraterrestrial Civilizations According to the data received from psychics, channelers, remote viewers, prophets and abductees. [...]
Do you see the problem there? Until there is actual physical evidence, and not just someone's testimony, it's not likely to be taken seriously.
Just read the Bible, the Quran, the Mahabharata... Aliens do exist. How do you think the different races and ethnicities arrived on Planet Earth? Certainly not by "evolution"! Sure, let's reject the most likely explanation, and instead focus on a more outlandish one, for no good reason. Besides, anyone can write works of fiction.
I think it's very likely that aliens do exist somewhere - just not necessarily here, randomly abducting people. And Tardigrades are amazing.

Be happy that Obama's major bombing focus is outside the country. What happens when he gets some other country to make the machines of war so that he doesn't need us any more? Is anybody so foolish to think that he wouldn't bomb at home if he was sufficiently supplied from elsewhere? I'm always amazed by all the Obama bashing that goes around here. I mean, I certainly don't like his policies, but I'm under no illusion that any other candidate from the two main parties (that typically represent pretty much the same interests) would act any differently on the major issues - maybe with the possible exception of the US likely having attacked Iran by now, if a Republican was in power.

[...] Let's just say this technology is freely accessible to everyone. The poor, the rich, the destitute, you and me. I was thinking what would happen once humanity reaches a point where the acquisition of unlimited resources would not be a problem. No more wars fighting over who gets the most petrol or who controls which natural mineral mines. Our current economic model--capitalism will cease to exist because a scarcity based economy wouldn't exist anymore.
How do you think this would affect humanity as a whole if this technology were to come into fruition?
I'm not sure it would be that simple; chances are that you would also need a stupendous amount of energy to get those things working - I mean, it's basically capable of transmuting matter at will, which doesn't come cheap. Assuming you can somehow cover the energy costs (say, through widespread fusion power perhaps), the next obstacle I see working to keep scarcity in place would be people's mentality. So for example, a lot of the fighting over oil isn't over access, but rather control - that is, restricting access to others. Is humanity prepared to overcome this mentality to reach the post-scarcity world that that technology would allow?

uhm....now it's more clear. So, if i deposit 100$: i gain 5$ each day, so i need 100/5=20days to start to earn something.
or, i gain 5$ first day, 5% of 105% the second day, 5% of 110% the third day and so on?
If they allow you to compound the interest, or reinvest daily earnings under the same conditions, the second case is true; if not, then the first - you'll have to ask them about it, to make sure which case it is. But I doubt you'll get a 5% daily return for $100 only - that's probably reserved for larger investments.

Maybe someone took the latest http://what-if.xkcd.com/119 a little too literally. Long story short, even if at all possible, it's not likely to happen anytime soon: power consumption would likely be huge, targeting would be an issue, and you would basically be walking around enveloped in a cloud of steam.

I don't know it this is the right section: i ask mods to move this thread if i've made a mistake. Anyways, i've found this site--> https://raisean.com/it seems nice to me, but i'm not sure is trustworthy... what do you think about it? Coef is right, of course - that's a HYIP (high yield investment program), so I'd think twice before putting any money in there. On the other hand, it's still a relatively recent program apparently, and seems to be paying for now: http://www.allhyipmonitors.com/details/raisean.com (21 monitor sites report it as paying, 9 are currently waiting for payment) - how long that will last however, is anyone's guess.

They will get 0,005 from me, They can re-sell the hashlet immediatly in the hash market. They get 0.005 , me too (50/50) Where's the problem? Well, I'm not criticizing your business model - seems profitable enough, if you get a lot of people joining and buying. What I was criticizing was the way you (and the several others, in similar threads) framed the giveaway - you don't really need an invite to get the free Hashlet, if that's all you want. But at least you actually have a giveaway going on here for part of the purchase bonus, contrary to many of the others.

Hi, I'm sending invites for FREE 10ghs zencloud miner. You will have this miner for lifetime! Simply just send me your email address through PM or reply to this thread and I will send you invite ASAP! [...]
Another one of this threads? You can just register without an invite, and you are given a Hashlet Genesis for free anyway. Besides, hackis, don't you need your refs to actually buy something in order for you to get your Hashpoints? If they don't, you're just wasting your time.

[...] How can i get 10ghs free? 1º Send me on PM your Email (hotmail, gmail, yahoo, private) (*Important note : cannot be previous registered gaw account / same IP) 2º I'll send you the invite from GAW (zenminer), confirm and sign up. [...]
I had already registered before seeing this, but as far as I know, they give you the Hashlet Genesis regardless of any invites you might have, right? So, unless people are actually going to buy more Hashlets, there's no point in doing this - they get nothing extra out of it, and neither do you, except for a bunch of email addresses.

With it's retro graphics, you would not expect the phone game Bitcoin Billionaire to be as good of an addictive click-fest as it is, but as much am I am loath to admit it, Bitcoin Billionaire ended up wasting my entire evening last night. Good thing I'm here to blog about it.
Bitcoin Billionaire is a mining-inspired title, where you as a upcoming Bitcoin miner, start as a neckbeard in your mother's basement and slowly, with enough clicks, work your way up to living in a mansion on your private island.
Although this game has no skill required, it is satisfying to see the amount of virtual Bitcoins you have slowly rise until you can have a cup of tea with Satoshi himself.
Download it at the IOS App Store. Source: http://www.asicspace.com/blog/bitcoin-billionaireI haven't played Bitcoin Billionaire, but from what I've seen, it kind of reminds me of the old Cookie Clicker! game. Still, the more Bitcoin related games there are out there, the better, I guess.

Wrong! If bitcoin was satanic I would have: 12 345 678, 666 666 21 BTC in my wallet.
Revelation 13:17 And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.
Revelation 13:37: The bible was created as guildlines on how to live for 2000 years ago - people who still follow it hardcore are not very smart. I don't think anyone really follows it, or any other religious book, to the letter - in fact, the vast majority likely haven't even read their book of choice.
Tell your uncle THE NUMBER OF THE BEAST IS 666 In Hebrew Kabballah the waw = 6 W = waw So www.everydomain.tld/com/net/org/us/uk/caevery domain bows to 666 or waw/waw/waw or www. So today you NEED the name of the beast 666/www to do biz Now the guy that told me this HIS NAME WAS HIDDEN 666 = 999 upside down 999 = NINES ENNIS or an anagram of HIS NAME So I met LUCIFER in the flesh, he wa quite a charming guy That's some vivid imagination you've got there.

Talk about reading way too much into something - I just think the "m" looks cool as it is. Anyway, modern interpretations apart, the inverted cross is a sign of humility and unworthiness. It's also known as the Cross of St. Peter: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Inverted_cross - through and through a traditional Christian symbol, except for easily impressionable people.

Can some organizations use microwave equipment to simulate or spawn these entities?
Perhaps somebody who isn't just taking shots in the dark would like to chime in on this?
Let's see - you need 3 Red Mana to summon a Ball Lightning: yes, that incident is fascinating, there's so much to the plasma phenomenon including the involvement of a few malevolent forces.
Simply labelling it "ball lightning", patting yourself on the back and walking away doesn't do justice to the phenomenon at all. Some cultures would make human sacrifices to these entities that generally live around the peaks of mountains where the piezoelectric fields feed them. NASA films them in the ionosphere regularly.
I've seen proof beyond any doubt that these plasma entities create some of the crop circles.
Any ball lighting witness will testify that it flies around with intent like an insect (one that can fly through walls). Now what kind of insect has supernatural abilities? Oh, and what's this near-by the crop circles, an ancient stone circle?
Have you seen videos of lightning strikes in slow motion? If you're so inclined, you can also attribute "intent" to it, as the negative leaders move from one side to the other, branching out in search of a positive leader; but you can explain this without assuming they're alive (and so, have intent). Granted, ball lightning is much less well understood; but let's not jump to conclusions here.

most of them are. but there are some legit ones out there
pbmining - legit cex.io - legit hashprofit - undecided but it pays out so going towards legit
I know very little about cloud mining services, but I was just reading another thread on the subject, and among other things, the user jimmothy was presenting evidence PBMining was at one point paying mining earnings from new costumers' payments: Taken from the thread https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=835464.0. I'm not sure I'd jump to the conclusion they are a ponzi scheme based on that alone, but I'd certainly think twice before investing there.

Well it is generally a person's fault because they live in poverty. Even when they work "several" jobs they are all low/no skill jobs which they are generally overpaid to work.
There are also a ridiculous number of social programs that will give the "poor" free food and money for nothing in order to help them "pay for things"
You see, the fallacy there is that it assumes the outcome is only dependent on the person's own actions, and nothing else - which is nonsense, of course. Among other things, that mentality ignores the circumstances the person is in, as TaunSew's post alluded to, but it also ignores the environment that person grew up in and the opportunities it was afforded. I mean, just look at the studies for social mobility in developed countries and see how the US is doing.

The comments after that Youtube video had me lmao.
What a lame attempt at demonizing something completely innocent. What self respecting pot head would give away their edibles to begin with? NONE!
Yep. As they say in the video, they're freaking expensive - no one is going to give them away.
You know Halloween was last week, right? I went as a ANTIFA activist btw. Black clothes and a gray scarf to cover my face lol! Depending on where he is from, there is always the Carnival in a few months (sometime around February). As far as dressing up is concerned, I think it's pretty much the same thing as Halloween.

Is there a point of selling your sig unless you're a full or higher member?
As you can see in the table there are 4 active campaigns now. 3 of them accepted newbies. And only 1 was made for senior or higher member. While true, I'm not sure it addresses his point: other than those from ponzi schemes, most normal campaigns don't really pay out a lot for anyone below Senior Member, and practically nothing for those below Member rank - on top of it, you're under closer scrutiny from mods to prevent spamming. So, I'd say to wait until you're at least a Member before considering joining a campaign.

The Mohenjo Daro Mystery An ancient, heavily populated city in Pakistan was instantly destroyed 2,000 years before Christ by an incredible explosion that could only been caused by an atomic bomb. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YjDCEQ5ytNkIt is still radioactive? If it were a nuke it would be. In fact I think you could determine where the fissile material came from. So where is this radioactive zone in Pakistan? The guys from Ancient Aliens claim it is still radioactive, but as the authors of the Debunked version state, they offer no source for that, and the people working at the excavation in Mohenjo Daro make no such claim. Further, and as I posted above, there apparently is no evidence whatsoever of an explosion at the site: the ancient city is mostly intact, there is no "epicenter" of vitrification as they claim in the video (and what was found, doesn't correspond to what you would get from a nuclear blast - Trinitite), and the skeletons found offer no evidence of sudden death. For more details, you can check the video I previously linked, or the site where it came from that ibminer posted above.
