Another jurisdiction bites the dust. I reckon once enough exchanges have been expelled from many jurisdictions with traders having nowhere to go, it is possible that much of them will begin trading through DEX and DeFi which will increase the amount of liquidity and volume in these markets. I woulnd't bet on DEXes taking big chunk of CEX volume anytime soon, even with all these regularoty issues big exchanges are having.

How do people that doesn't use quotes or mentions notification bots browse this forum? I mean, it is wrong and does not promote healthy discussion. I've been active on various forums for ~20 years now without notification bots and I had no issues engaging in discussions, or tracking answers to my replies so I don't think that its mandatiry to use one, even on this forum (hell, first two years I didn't use bot here neither). True, bots are making it easier to track some stuff, but I don't think that they affect this forum as much as you think they do, nor they make it a better place. |

Ma mislim da je cista muljaza u pitanju, kao sto je uostalom i presudio vas sud. Ono sto je puno zanimljivije je kome ce te ga izruciti nakon sto odlezi tu kaznu. Dosta zemalja ima "citizenship by investment" programe u kojima mozes dobiti putovnicu na nacin da kupis nekretninu pa onda nakon par godina imas pravo na drzavljanstvo (cuo sam da se u slucaju Turske ceka samo par mjeseci), ali koliko vidim Kostarika uopce nema nikakav jednostavan i brz nacin za dobiti putovnicu tako da je Do Kwon ocito muljao. |

Pogledao prvi dio i ugodno se iznenadio. S obzirom da sam ga gledao samo kao klinac (i to onako oko božića i nove godine gdje imaš 10-11 godina i zaspeš na pol puta), se apsolutno ničega nisam sjećao osim da je "švarcneger u njemu" i "da je good guy". Sad zamisli koji je to bio šok kada sam prošao prvih pol sata filma i shvatio da twist kojeg čekam (ej, Arnold je zapravo tu da te spasi, a ne ovaj drugi) zapravo ne postoji Vjerojatno sam pomiješao jedinicu i dvojku, ali mi je zato bio još veći gušt pogledat. Iz nekog razloga ljudi jako rijetko repriziraju T1 te radije ponovno gledaju T2, ali filmski konoseri znaju da je jedinica superioran film. Istina, T2 ima fenomenalne efekte za to vrijeme ( i mozda zaista ima bolji replay value jer je laksi film) te je stvarno vrhunski blockbuster za siroke mase ali T1 je dosta initmniji (odnos Kyle Reese - Sarah Connor) sa puno boljom atmosferom, a i ta borba covjeka protiv stroja mi je ipak zanimljivija (i strasnija) nego stroj protiv stroja. The Covenant- tema o kojoj sam ranije citao (hrpa Afganistanaca koja je ostavljena na nemilost Talibana nakon povlacanja amera) ali nazalost film je samo ok i nista vise od toga. Nekako mi je Guy Ritchie pogresan odabir za redatelja ovakvog filma. Blackberry- zanimljiv i zabavan film o usponu i padu nekoc najpopularnijeg smartphonea. I dalje cuvam u kutiji jedan primjerak tog legendarnog telefona na kojem je pisanje bio gust ali nazalost kao i Nokia nisu na vrijeme shvatili neke stvari. Conan The Barbarian - xyz gledanje. "Conan! What is best in life? To crush your enemies, see them driven before you, and to hear the lamentation of their women." A legendarnu temu bi trebalo pustati na repeat onoj trans ekipi da ima naraste brada, umjesto da se kljukaju testosteronima. Nefarious - nelos mali horror, da se pogledati. Gledam trenutno drugu sezonu From, mystery/horror serije. Kao i hrpa serija slicnog zanra, pocne dobro ali sve sto vise gledam to serija vise pada, iako je i dalje gledljiva. Jebiga lako je zapocet misteriju ali malo teze je odrzati kvalitetu a pogotovo kvalitetno privesti kraju. |

It's just a copycat exchange some people created with the (I read this) hope that one day they can sell it to Binance. A weird strategy if you ask me, considering that most exchanges are banned in Nigeria.
Dunno, to me more plausible explanation is that people behind this fake Binance tried to scam Nigerians out of their money, rather than selling this company to Binance. But I agree, weird move indeed, |

Those accounts are for sell and the prices are being listed but my concern is why would someone buy an already made account just because you seem so lazy to start from the scratch like everyone else? You kinda answered yourself: getting brand new account to high ranking one is long and tedious grind and some people would like to skip that in order to start making money via signature campaigns asap, while some need them for scam purposes. Either way, in 99% of the cases they will get scammed, but I have no simpathy for those who fall for similar attempt. |

I don't know if you are actually watching the game or just writing based on the game stats, but we (Croatia) didn't dominate the first half. Sure, we had some so-so chances but Spain had some too so I would say that draw at the halftime is realistic. Its gonna be a tough game until the end and one thing I don't like is that everyone in Croatia was so confident that we are beating Spain (relatively) easy tonight, forgetting how good they actually are. |

You can buy a Windows license key for $9. If the link does not open, then look at Just to note that those are not legit retail keys but instead ones obtained in many "creative" ways and usually shoulnd't even be sold. I mean, they do work and might be ok for private user, but for example if you have you own business and are using that cheap key and inspection visits you, you will get fined. But the question arises as to why people even pay for Windows if we know that at least version 10 was free to upgrade, and almost fully functional even without a license.
Why should I mess around with cheap keys or pirated Windows when I can get the retail key for ~100 euro? Imho that amount of money is not worth the hassle. It was when I was 14 years old and I had different priorities (like the amount of pirated games I can buy instead paying for Windows) but now I just want things working properly without any issues. |

What I don't get, and it could fully be because I am an idiot, but beyond everything else The Netherlands is part of the EU I was always under the impression that they all more or less followed the same banking / KYC / AML laws with only some very minor variations. So am I wrong on that or it there another thing going on here. I'm in the US so I don't know all the ins and outs of EU banking.
I am from EU (Croatia) and I also thought that we follow more of less the same laws because some services like crypto debit cards are usually available in all EU countries. Having said that, looks like last year Spian gave Binance the very same VASP license that Netherland denied and that caused Binance leaving the country so it looks like each country has its own standards. We are thrilled to announce that our Spanish subsidiary, Moon Tech Spain, S.L., has been granted registration as a Virtual Asset Services Provider(VASP) by the Bank of Spain. This registration will allow Binance to offer crypto asset exchange and custody services in Spain in compliance with the requirements of its central bank’s anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing (AML/CTF) rules. Da ali ja nemam previsoko mišljenje o sebi kao ona, a i ja nisam govorio loše o svima vama na lokalu, to je razlika, a i ja ne pomišljam o masovnom ubijanju.  Eh da je samo DS znao kako je on u biti grozan, sigurno ga ne bi godinama drzao u CMu.  Malo mi fali svađaona i likovi kao Seljo da dođu i zakuhaju stvar. Svi smo si jako dobri i uljudni ovdje.
Tako to ide kad smo mala grupa u kojoj se vec zna svacije misljenje o pojedinim pitanjima tako da vec mozes ocekivati kako ce tko reagirati a situacija je slicna i na engleskom dijelu foruma, ima puno manje drame na reputation boardu u zadnjih godinu-dvije otkad su nestali neki "kontroverzni" clanovi. Sad bi nam dobro došao čak i Snowshow/antikvark u svojoj novoj misiji spašavanja od upadanja u zamku nula i jedinica koji ništa ne znače Be careful what you wish for. |

I can understand it most probably would be account strength in the hope of getting more merits for when he took the account to Legendary but why would he do it now when he is far from that goal?
I am not sure why that surprises you so much, that someone who is far away from Legendary rank (activity wise) wants to reach that 1k merit mark asap, or that he wants to keep farming merit. I mean, we all know more merit earned in 120 days often means better signature campaign so its only natural for account farmer to keep on farming merit in every possble way he can, and he became pretty decent at that. |

From what i can see I am in 4:0 lead so you don't have any room for error if you want to win this. I believe we had a similar question like this last season and I went with a NO answer because I felt like someone was going to screw up at least once, but to my surprise, all of the favourites won by a large margin, so I went with a Yes answer this time because I didn't want to make the same mistake again. That's exactly my reasoning behind going "yes" this time as last time I went with "no" and it proved to be wrong. I hesitated a little bit though because of Latvia-Turkey game which in the end proved to be the troublesome one. |
