Why should I mess around with cheap keys or pirated Windows when I can get the retail key for ~100 euro? Imho that amount of money is not worth the hassle. What I don't get, and it could fully be because I am an idiot, but beyond everything else The Netherlands is part of the EU I was always under the impression that they all more or less followed the same banking / KYC / AML laws with only some very minor variations. So am I wrong on that or it there another thing going on here. I'm in the US so I don't know all the ins and outs of EU banking.

Da ali ja nemam previsoko mišljenje o sebi kao ona, a i ja nisam govorio loše o svima vama na lokalu, to je razlika, a i ja ne pomišljam o masovnom ubijanju. I can understand it most probably would be account strength in the hope of getting more merits for when he took the account to Legendary but why would he do it now when he is far from that goal?
I am not sure why that surprises you so much, that someone who is far away from Legendary rank (activity wise) wants to reach that 1k merit mark asap, or that he wants to keep farming merit. I mean, we all know more merit earned in 120 days often means better signature campaign so its only natural for account farmer to keep on farming merit in every possble way he can, and he became pretty decent at that. |

After Binance failed to acquire virtual asset service provider (VASP) license that is needed to meet AML requirements, which resulted in Binance having to leave Netherlands market alltogether so from July 17th user from Netherland will be able to withdraw only and no new users will be accepted as of today. Binance, the world’s largest cryptocurrency exchange, is leaving the Netherlands, after failing persuade the Dutch regulator to issue a virtual asset service provider (VASP) license, which attests that it meets anti-money laundering (AML) guidelines.
As of July 17, Dutch residents will only be able to withdraw their funds from the platform, according to a statement from the exchange.
“We regret to announce that Binance is leaving the Dutch market,” Binance said on its website. “This unfortunately means that no new users residing in the Netherlands will be accepted as of today. Starting from 17 July, 2023, existing Dutch resident users will only be able to withdraw their assets from the Binance platform. No further purchases, trades or deposits will be possible. We encourage those users to take appropriate action by withdrawing assets from their accounts.”
Binance said it has been in a comprehensive registration application process as a virtual asset service provider with the regulator. “Although Binance explored many alternative avenues to service Dutch residents in compliance with Dutch regulations, unfortunately this has not resulted in a VASP registration in the Netherlands at this time.”

Ako mislis da odgovaramo cisto zbog nabijanja postova, zasto si uopce otvarao ovu temu i pitao nas kakva su nasa ocekivanja jer kao sto mozes vidjeti svi aktivni clanovi ovog boarda su u nekoj od signature kampanja sto znaci da ce biti placeni za odgovore koje napisu ovdje. ..ali trebali bi razmisliti o argumentima koje cu vam navesti zasto je najisgurnije stedjedti u Bitcoinu . Pa meni je trenutno ~80% ustedjevine upravo u bitcoinu jer smatram da je najsigurnije u tome stedjeti ( uz to ima i najbolji risk to reward ratio) ali takodjer mislim da je diversifikacija pametna stvar jer se time smanjuje mogucnost gubitka svega. Je, bitcoin je super i dalje ocekujem rast, ali takodjer sam svjestan i rizika te iz tog razloga cu svakako dio bitcoina prodati na 100k+ te uloziti u neke druge stvari (nekretnina, zlato, luksuzni satovi etc). |

Is there an actual reason to have a Discord channel besides the forum? Or was it just an experiment that was worth trying but in the end didn't work out?
I would say that answer is "yes" to both. I see no harm in having a Discord server where members could chat (at least those who prefer faster type of communication) but unfortunately things didn't work as planned (or hoped) as majority of members eventually lost the interest. |

Treba uzeti u obzir i ekonomsku situaciju koja je dosta gora nego sto je bila 2013/2017/2021 ali mislim da cemo unatoc tome ipak vidjeti bull run, iako slabiji od 2021 a pogotovo od 2017. Ja bi bio sretan da dođe i do tog famoznog praga od $100k o kojem mnogi sanjaju. Otprilike tako i ja razmisljam te bih bio zaodovljan ako dodjemo i do toga u slijedecem bull runu. Iako, ispada da sam svaki put do sada podcijenio ucinak halveninga tako da se nadam da ce ista stvar biti i ovaj put. A i volim ja pilat naopako. Plemeniti metali možda. Nekretnina? Postavja se pitanje porijekla novca... Nekretnina mi se nekako cini kao najsigurniji ulog, samo je problem sto su cijene (makar ovdje, ne znam kako je u BiH) otisle u nebo tako da ce u slicjau da bitcoin ode an 100k trebati prodati njih par za ista solidnije. Meni je prvi izbor zlato ako cijena ne ode dovoljno visoko za nekretnine. |

For all those that have money stuck at Celsius, you might wanna know that you will be able to swao your altcoins to bitcoin and ethereum as their plan is pay the debtors in those two cryptocurrencies. The debtors intend to, pending court approval, have the ability to swap all coins that aren't bitcoin and ether into those two cryptocurrencies, according to a filing on June 14. This would not affect tokens held in Withhold or Custody accounts, and the sales would start from July 1.
This conversion would not affect any creditor claims, the filing noted. The debtors would also try to maximize the currency conversion where possible.
The debtors noted that the overall plan will include paying out cryptocurrency to creditors in the form of bitcoin and ether, except for limited circumstances.

The "pig butchering scam" is a type of cryptocurrency scam that has recently gained popularity. From what you explained, there is absolutely nothing new about this scam technique and it looks to me like a classic ponzi scheme where old investors are paid with the money deposited by new investors and it goes on for a while, as long as there is constan influx of new investors. Worst of all is that more elaborated ponzi schemes with lower ROI can go on for years before people actually figure out what's going on. |
