1681  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: NBA 2020-2021 betting on: May 11, 2022, 11:28:01 AM
For tomorrow's games I will bet on Boston Celtics -5.5 or -6.5. Even if the series is tied at 2-2, I still felt like this should've been 3-1 in favor of Boston if the Bucks haven't escaped that fateful game 3. This time the momentum is with the Celtics and Milwaukee will bleed without Middleton.
Bucks already won one game on the same court without Middleton, so I don't think they'll easily bleed, all the games are played competitively and Bucks does not easily give up.

Meanwhile in the other game, I felt so sad on what happened to Ja Morant. Even if I believe that GSW still win their series but it should've been more exciting and more playoff experience for Ja. GSW should be able to seal their series tomorrow.
They should and with that I will bet on them with the current spread.
On the last 4 games, only one game the Warriors cover the spread, so hopefully that will increase to two as they'll end the series.
1682  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Celtics vs Bucks 2nd round Series. on: May 11, 2022, 10:18:43 AM

The Celtics is indeed interesting to watch each game because they have that capacity to dominate even the heavy teams in the league right now and make them struggle, even if they are defeated, they will surely bounce back in the next game and correct the mistakes they did to have a must win as they cannot afford to lose a straight 2 games.

Now that they are back in Boston, the Celtics now have a higher hand when it comes to advantages while the Bucks are still undermanned. Last game, Al Horford and Jayson Tatum exploded while stating that they are not easy to defeat despite being the underdog.

I completely agree.

However, I just think that the Bucks have way more experience and will likely outlast the Celtics when it comes to a 7-game series.

Yes, they have a lot of talent and will be scary for years to come etc. but I think that Giannis will just be too much for them to overcome despite all the advantages that they may have. Giannis is just on a different level.

Celtics needs someone to have a very good game in order for them to win, just like in game 4, Horford made a playoff career high, so the Celtics won. However, if they would struggle, it will be the Bucks who will win because Giannis showed consistency in every game and he can carry his team to a win.
1683  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022 NBA Season on: May 11, 2022, 09:52:30 AM
The round 4 match of GSW and Grizzlies will be tomorrow I think the GSW will going to end it and won't let the Memphis get another win against them. My parlay against Heat and Suns was really good as they both win the game today, do you think my bet for GSW tomorrow will be a good call? I am not that fan of basketball but I am a fan of GSW.
Agree with that, they would not anymore give the Memphis a chance to have another game with them, they have won already on the road, they finish that series on the road. Morant is still unlikely to play, and though Memphis did great on the last game, but I still think Warriors will make sure they'll close this series.
1684  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022 NBA Season on: May 10, 2022, 09:50:04 PM
I thought for sure they were done once Embiid was injured, but he’s showing how much of a beast he is by coming back so quick.

And I'm a bit scared because of the line movement, it opened at -4 for heat, now it's only -2.5
Looks like the line is telling that the visiting will win and the 76ers will have their 3rd straight win, it's hard to tell but it seems like the sharp are on the 76ers now.
Why scared of the line movement? It's basically bettors opinion converted into numbers. Most of them are generally informed of what's happening or what's to come but we also cannot dismiss the possibility that they're just taking advantage of the odds. Sixers have the momentum but Heat have the homecourt advantage. Playing at home seems to be a big factor in this series.

There's a line movement because Lowry is out tonight.
https://www.si.com/nba/2022/05/10/heat-guard-kyle-lowry-out-game-5-76ers

This is huge for the Heat because Lowry has the experience in the playoffs and he is good defensively, not sure if Heat could win game 5 playing against a healthy 76ers now. First 2 games in the series, no Embiid, so it's easy for them.
1685  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: best coins to buy in bear market on: May 10, 2022, 09:32:23 AM
Ethereum (ETH)
Avalanche (AVAX)
Polygon (MATIC)
ApeCoin (APE)
The Sandbox (SAND)
Moonbeam (GLMR)
Acala Token (ACA)
Astar (ASTR)

Is this a good portfolio in general and during bear market or do you think that 8 coins are too much and i should try to reduce the coins?

edit: SOL is not in that list because it has been so unstable recently
Well, I don't suggest taking them all.
ETH, AVA, and MATIC are of good choices. And instead of splitting your money into 8 different coins, it was best to focus on the 3-5 coins. Earning a profit from investing will not matter its numbers but the quality of the project.

You have mentioned Solana is unstable but have you think those coins on your list are stable? No, they don't have and some of them don't have any profit potential either.
1686  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Am curious about bounties on: May 10, 2022, 06:31:27 AM
Don't confuse and curious with bounties, the current market conditions are very unpredictable, many large projects are dropping today, especially for new projects which are certainly difficult to get money from an ICO, IEO or IDO, of course, a significant impact on the bounty of participants who get small payments even when the project fails then gets nothing.
Forget about ICO and IEO as their time has already been done. We just talk about NFT and metaverses projects.

Participating in bounties many years ago is way better to make money in the forum, many people got rich. But unfortunately, it doesn't take so long and it looks bad now. It is really hard to find good projects that would give us decent rewards after the span of the campaign and sadly, most of them turn into a scam. In fact, even reputable bounty managers had no excuse, they also suffered the concequences.
1687  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Warriors vs Grizzlies 2nd round discussion on: May 09, 2022, 03:09:01 PM
can't believe it's game 4 tomorrow and it looks like the warriors are ahead and round 5 maybe a few more days to predict. maybe enough time to train. s curry and k tompson have superior points and I think they have more weight than the other athletes . hot dish and the NBA this time may produce some of the trick you crave. not that you will always be in a safe position in spurring a club. and some possibility there could be a development shift or a change in strategy. I'm optimistic this is good

Don't forget about Jordan Poole too, he is very consistent in the series and he was the next top scorer after Curry in game 3. Tomorrow, we will again witnessed the offensive firepower of the Warriors, so let's expect another blowout win now that Morant is out.
1688  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambler turns 60 pence bet into £157,865.59 on: May 09, 2022, 02:20:28 PM
This isn't impossible because it's gambling and you win by luck.

Personally, I love to try my luck as well in sports betting, and that is by putting plenty of parlays, sometimes my parlay would reach 1000/1 and I just feel comfortable betting on that since I don't spend that much money on parlay bet.

I can bet 1usd and aim to win $1,000, or even more.
1689  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Celtics vs Bucks 2nd round Series. on: May 06, 2022, 01:33:47 PM
I voted for Boston. I noticed that I just made the poll at a tie.

Now that it is confirmed that Khris Middleton is out in games 3 and 4, it will be very difficult for Giannis and his team to beat the Celtics even in Milwaukee. There is a big difference between Boston Celtics and that Chicago Bulls team. Boston can defend well and Marcus Smart might return in game 3. Giannis teammates better show their a-games offensively and defensively or they will lose these 2 homecourt games.
Oh they missed Smart last game but they still won the game. I know that this is Giannis house, but maybe the Celtics will give back the favor and still the game 3.

Although the statistics for Bucks winning after 2 games in a series is astonishing. But this time it is without Middleton, their second best scorer. So I'm still on the Celtics bandwagon in this series.
Lets go Celtics!!! Cheesy

I still go with Celtics with this one even though the Bucks stole one on the road. I believe that they will do again what they did in Game 2 where they won by a huge margin and that is shoot more threes and let Horford defend Giannis. Defending Giannis is hard we know but rotation is the key. Smart and Middleton, their best defender and top scorer is gone for the series so I think its a tie. Defense matters in playoffs and we saw it in the Nets-Celtics match-up. I think the Celtics will take one or might be both games in the road Cheesy.

Celtics might win but I don't think they'll be able to duplicate their win in game 2. If we will see a huge margin win here, it will be coming from the home team not the visiting team. We have our prediction that's why it's important that we will also put a bet on this game so we will have more fun while watching it.
1690  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: cryptocurrency trading courses on: May 06, 2022, 08:29:05 AM

For me that's the better way to seek professional traders that offers courses, unlike on google that you don't know if they're legitimate since mostly just providing links and not specific.
That was a good suggestion as these online courses and anything we found online has nothing to compare to someone accompanying you and teaching you in actual. So many different ideas that can be found online are somewhat confusing and even it bothers us which one is better and which one we are going to follow.

Trading is not because we learn and gain more ideas and have knowledge and skill, the results will also matter on how we respond to the market flow and do make decisions in every change.
1691  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bitgert Vs Shiba inu on: May 06, 2022, 07:51:08 AM
Is it true that what bitgert project has in store will beat shiba inu to the core? I've been hearing and reading all these rumours online for a while now what do you think about bitgert project? Anyone investing money on this project already?
well, the problem is we can't compare these two coins to which one is better and which one will still exist 10 years from now as they are closely the same as meme/shitcoins. And in fact, if we look into their price, we could still see many zeros out there. Honestly, maybe I was wrong ( and I hope not) that these two won't able to win the market. They must have to prove it first before we can tell that they are worth something in the market.
1692  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022 NBA Season on: May 06, 2022, 03:19:05 AM
Game 3 will be the deciding game, if Memphis wins, then maybe we can say that Morant and Memphis will beat the Warriors. Honestly, though Memphis won, but I'm still not so much impress because at the end of the day, I see they are struggling winning on their home court.

Yes, both teams have made their adjustment, so it's the Warriors time to adjust in game 3.
We cannot make the last game result as a basis to presume that the winner will also win the next game. Look at the Bucks in game 1 against the Celtics as an example, they dominated the home team but in game 2 celtics bounced back and also dominated them.
1693  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Canelo Alvarez vs Dmitry Bivol - May 7 on: May 06, 2022, 02:43:51 AM
^^ Yeah, it's hard to read the body language of a fighter if he is intimidated or not. But this is boxing, so for sure you have to think that you want to take the head of your opponent during stare downs,  Grin

But just like the rest who voted in this poll, Bivol is the underdog and it seems boxing fans are not giving him the chance to topple the king yet.

Does the face off matter whether who is intimidated?

I think so, a little. Final weigh-ins are normally done one day before the fight. So if you could effectively intimidate or even affect the mind of your opponent on that day, your opponent could not easily adjust anymore because it is going to be the fight day the next day. If you successfully get into the mind of your opponent at weigh-in, that might cause him a little trouble, perhaps in his sleep or whatever, that could affect him the following day.

I doubt that, they are professional and before they accept the fight, they know already what their opponent can do. The real battle is in the ring, and both boxers believe that they can win, but like any other competition, it's the better player that will win.
1694  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: A single trading tool is not enough on: May 05, 2022, 02:45:47 PM

Too many trading indicators means a lot of lines in your screen, I guess it's fine if you're using PC but if you're on your smartphone, then I guess it's a no because for sure you'll be confused on what you're looking. A neat looking chart is the best to spot what you're looking for before entering and closing your trade, using many indicators are cool but I'm not really sure if you need multiple to make profits.
Will, it confused me, honestly.
Too many trading tools are found and yet they are useless in real life. We'd rather use a trading indicator that we know was very helpful and seems it accompanied us. But, I don't stop people from using multiple trading tools maybe it also works for them. Is this really a matter of how we choose things that we could benefit from. If we think 1 is not good enough, then we have to add more until we find satisfying results.
1695  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: When will it happen ? on: May 05, 2022, 02:23:09 PM
So many newbies are curious about when they will increase their rank in cryptocurrency operation. Many of them tend to get discouraged when the task is becoming too much for them in bounty hunting.Majority get excited about the profits they have seen others making in crypto but the sacrifice they are not ready to make. I want to encourage Newbies that someday it will happen  but you have got to sacrifice and stay focused. Please  encourage someone new to crypto.

Do you mean help and encourage newbies to increase their rank so they will get a chance to get higher rewards?
Well, the fact is that they have that chance but the question is are they really doing great and the purpose of coming here and joining the forum is to learn or just for the sake of earning money? Coz if they wanted to increase their ranks, they will help to improve themselves first as their main goal, not just to earn money.
1696  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: PH banned online cockfighting - Worst gambling-related cases recorded! on: May 05, 2022, 09:42:49 AM
These things are just about money. Although the culture there is also very different than in Western countries in Europe. There's too much money involved. The fact that you can also bet on it at online bookmakers indicates that there is a huge market for it. The only ones who can stop this kind of practice are the government, but as indicated above, the country loses income. The Philippines is not a rich country either.
yes they are not rich, and to sacrifice the amount of taxes they are making from online e-sabong, that only tells the business does not help the people in general, in fact, it only made their life miserable. Lotto is okay but online e-sabong is no, that's my personal stance on this matter.
1697  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Hard earned money - Busted in seconds on: May 05, 2022, 09:00:28 AM
It was almost two months hard earned money. Got busted in few minutes. I don't know why I wasn't able to have me within the limits. Just started with a $3 bet, but it went upto $98 and ended with empty wallet. This is completely unlucky, because every bets were placed to roll above 20 which means the winning probability is quite high. Anyhow I wasn't in control and I didn't follow the rule gamble what you can afford to loss. It was a money saved to repay a debt. Now once again the interest needs to be paid so to manage the debt for some more time. Unlucky me  Sad Sad Sad
Why not try stopping bet and I think every body will success stop with betting and I have try it, the same like you like betting with small fund from $3 until $20 each sport betting games. But after active on ever weekend football match I stop with betting and keep use my money for trading. Right now just enjoying with football match only without see and care with how bigger odds giving on ever week football match. I think you can stop from betting slowly although is not easy but if you have spent money for trading or investing is better thing than keep waste all your funds for betting.
Stopping is hard for gambler, maybe slowly minimize until the time will come that you'll be able to control yourself. I do gamble and made mistakes as well, but until now I'm still gambling and I never tend on stopping, however, the good news is that I'm able to control myself now, 100%.
1698  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: NBA 2020-2021 betting on: May 05, 2022, 08:32:24 AM
Congrats on the Suns bettors.

That was great 4th quarter run, it only showed that Mavericks don't have a good defense and they are just a one-man team.
Luka was goating in the first half but got tired in the 2nd half, I smell a 4-0 here, just like what Suns did to the Nuggets last playoffs.

Anyway, I'm a bit sad because I bet on the under, I thought I will see better defense, but nah.
1699  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What if the fees aren't enough? on: May 04, 2022, 03:00:09 PM
Miners will keep mining as long as the market exists.
The continuous increase in hash rates will tell how hard to mine this time it takes longer to complete the transaction, and it accumulates more fees. I would think this is because of the low market supply or tough competition. Together with the massive increase in crypto adoption, miners have been also growing fast.

https://www.coindesk.com/tech/2021/02/05/what-does-hashrate-mean-and-why-does-it-matter/

I might be wrong but suspected having huge TRX fees in the future.
1700  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Celtics vs Bucks 2nd round Series. on: May 04, 2022, 01:55:42 PM
Are we going to see a 2-0 score in the series tomorrow?

Please react guys if you think Celtics has a chance to even the series, and how do you think they'll do it.
They have the same spread in game 1, IMO, still favorite and if they win I think they'll cover, but can they win? that's the question now.
I myself fall for the Celtics hype, Lol, but yeah Boston is still the favorite, but with the way Giannis handle all the defender, it will be a very difficult series now for the Celtics. And I think the goal of the Bucks is to steal at least one game at the at the TD Garden. They just didn't steal one game but completely destroyed the Celtics. So most probably we might see 2-0 tonight.

But they have a big lead against the Bucks now. Although Giannis is finding a way in the 3rd quarter, he was visibly frustrated in the first two quarters because of the superb defense the Celtics is now putting on him.

I doubt that we will see 2-0 tonight, most likely 1-1, but as you have said, they steal one game and be back at Fiserv. So it's time for the Celtics to bounce back at game 3 in the road.

The series is now officially 1-1.. Game 3 is going to be at the Bucks home court, so it's a good advantage for them. Let's see if they can handle the Celtics at their home court, I'm sure they can because they beat the Celtics in game 1, however, it's just a matter on how the Bucks will make the right adjustment after losing game 2.

This is a long series, I hope so, and if that would happen, every game is a chess match as the losing team will certainly make an adjustment. Celtics has responded already with the right adjustment, now let's see how the Bucks would adjust in game 3. Are they still going to implement playing their bigs, or will try to match the small ball of the Celtics?
