1861  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is the future of Binance bright??? on: March 11, 2022, 12:24:32 PM
Global crises never seem to end. This is showing a negative atmosphere in all stock markets. Currently in Gold-winning investments. Is there an investment in gold that you would recommend for cryptocurrencies? I followed BNB closely. As of the beginning of 2020, it had increased to $ 690 with serious attacks. He was sentenced to his fate between 350-400 dollars under the place where he was for about 2 years. I wanted to open this issue in order to understand BNB in detail and to interpret it correctly. There are many topics about BNB, but none of them have a serious future analysis. I would like you to comment on the expectation of 5000 dollars about BNB.
I think you have found it already. Please consider BNB as one of your crypto assets then. Though we can't assume that everything will be fine in the future, however, as BNB performing so well, we can't ignore its potential over the others and seems it was an indication to have a brighter future. I suggest for you to keep trusting BNB, buying more could be a great idea, take this chance while the price isn't high as I believe as that you will never regret.
1862  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What should I invest in? on: March 11, 2022, 11:55:48 AM
It is not a new question for noobs but I think you already have an idea. I'll give some hints, invest those coins that it was really profiting and for long-term investment. I don't suggest hyped projects, not even new projects as the majority of them are scams, never waste your time digging which is one is legit and which is not.

Looking on https://coinmarketcap.com/ could give you more information.
Bitcoin, ETH, and BNB...still more.
1863  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading should be supported by goverment on: March 10, 2022, 12:00:13 PM
All what i mean by that is to create system for us to not work its energy and resources efficent if 10% people of population only do the real work.
Others can be investors and traders.
Its a perfect way how the world should be
I think it has started happening now that when the pandemic hit and made many people lose their jobs, they started trying to develop their creative ideas through the internet.
Indirectly, some people have started using trading to make money.
This year is the year of moving from traditional to digital ways and has attracted many people to start trying.
Many people have well try to use the trade itself and it seems the government is giving support to the people.
Government regulations may be subject to change if more people join in and use trading to make money.
And that Government Regulations give no help, traders don't like seeing the government will take control of the market. If the government will push it through, everything will change as it is surely we gonna be pay taxes, manipulate the price, and so even our profit. I'm not sure if this it looks great and gives interest but this likely it gives the reason for the traders to leave.
We have seen many become a trader as the pandemic hits because they don't have other option to earn income, not because the government shows it.
1864  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: My Trading Strategy on: March 10, 2022, 11:15:21 AM
For many years of trading ,I have been looking for the perfect trading strategy , but I came to realize that there's no perfect trading strategy but you can create a rule base strategy that works when you decipline yourself and follow the rules even if at the end of your analysis and it finally becomes a lose trade, you're gonna be fine because you followed the rules base system you set for yourself and not trying to beat or out smart the market.
It is known that no one can actually predict the market but we can only react to the current market situation.

Actually, there is no right or wrong stategies. It all depends on your personality and interest. I believe that there is no single strategy that can be successful at all times, because no matter what you do there will be drawdowns. As a trader when looking for a succesful trading strategy, it is important to educate yourself constantly. Do a lot of backtest and find out which strategies is sustainable in a long run.

And as no one can predict how the market behave, it is important to know how you handle your strategies, your rules and style for different type of scenarios in order for you to become a successful trader. Keep learning.  Wink
Indeed. And it was because every one of us has a different market opinion and that's even making use of the same strategy still the results are different.
It is quite encouraging why others got a huge profit but first, we have to ask ourselves then if we can do the same as what they do. And the answer is maybe yes or no. Everything relies on us personally, no matter what strategies we are using for as long as it works find and profiting, I guess we have to sustain it and make use of this until the end.
1865  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: NBA 2020-2021 betting on: March 10, 2022, 07:40:48 AM
Miami Heat vs Phoenix Suns - No Booker, Cam Johnson at day-to-day status. Heat in 3rd hot winning streak. I'd rather take the Heat -7.5.
It looks like Booker was just confirmed in the lineup as the odds shift to the Suns and pushed the spread down to -3.5 and at the same time Butler won't be playing.
Yes, I was too early for my pick. A lot changed, Butler suddenly had an illness then Booker was done with the Covid health and safety protocol.

1/2 on my early picks and I added one more during a live game at halftime. Clippers ML against the Kings which was a close game but thanks to Batum 3 point shot to take the lead and they sealed the win. This game took like 3 hours before it ended and that's just the regulation, refs took their time reviewing every crucial call.  Grin

Finally, Bulls ended their losing streak. That was a good win as at the same time they also covered the spread. Sometimes it's advisable to not bet early as things like what happened with the Suns vs Heat game could have been avoided unless you are lucky that you were able to put your money on the right side.
1866  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022 NBA Season on: March 10, 2022, 07:01:41 AM
But he is able to play in only away games which is a big problem for Nets. I hope that he stops being obstinate and takes the covid-19 jab as soon as possible.

Just in case, the team will be in Finals, they will be at a disadvantage of homecourt. If the Finals format will remained as 2-3-2, that's a good advantage for the team as Kyrie Irving will able to play on 3 straight games. But prior discussing their supposed Finals journey, there are 3 stages first that need to pass and playing without Kyrie at home is really a disadvantage for them.

To worked on Kyrie's future missed games especially in the playoffs, others especially Ben Simmons should unleash their inner best.

Simmons needs to cover Kyrie in terms of moving the ball and attracting defense,

They've got additional scorer Curry, Dragic and Mills can do that damage while having a healthy KD, but I guess it's too
early for that, they need to qualify first in the playoffs and beat each team that they'll going to face afterwards we can
discuss that final with Kyrie's concerns.

Simmons’ biggest asset to the nets in my opinion is his defense and rebounding. Him and KD have crazy length and the two of them on the floor at the same time are going to cause problems for offenses. Not to mention both players are matchup nightmares for opponents on the other end. Now that they have Seth Curry to shoot threes and Ben collapsing the floor, they’ve got multiple attack options outside of their former big 3. I like the trade for them and I’m curious if it’s going to work out or be an absolute disaster. We’ll have to wait a bit longer to see, but it does seem like Ben and KD will be back soon.

That has always been his strength, however, he should not only rely on his defensive and rebounding skill, he also has to improve his shooting because we don't want to see him choking especially in the  playoffs because their opponent are playing hack a Simmons to beat them.
1867  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Casimero vs Butler ordered by WBO on: March 09, 2022, 03:50:22 PM

Butler on the other hand did the right decision to wait for Casimero for another couple of months, I guess Butler really want to prove something on Casimero or he was just after the belt after all.
Both, he wants to win to get the belt, otherwise, he would just fight the replacement but he won't benefit since there's no belt in a certain fight. Now is his chance, it doesn't matter if it's delayed, as long as he will continue his training and do the right strategy in the fight, he certainly has a decent chance to win.

Yes, I know that. Aside that he's after for Casimero's belt, maybe this is also a personal business for Butler because as I said, he want to prove something on Casimero and that's the main reason behind the waiting, the belt is just a second reason. Well, whatever it is, they will surely have a showdown next month and see who will win.

I like to see how he will prove himself to Casimero, hopefully, he will not be the same as Rigo who is only good at talking but not in the ring. If you saw the fight, you would really feel bored, so we hope that it will not happen here and it will be more entertaining if we will see a KO win.
1868  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Blame Game in gambling on: March 09, 2022, 03:01:39 PM
The blame game should only be on us, parents are to be blamed if they'll allow their children to gamble or if they have no idea their children are gambling. It's a matter of responsibility, we all know that gambling is risky, and gambling without understanding the risk will most likely result to a devastated life.
1869  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What will happen to the Bitcoin network if Russia blocks access to the internet? on: March 09, 2022, 02:04:36 PM
I am pretty sure that there will be panic selloffs from the Russian crypto community if that happens, thus seeing another market decline temporarily before it can recover once again in the future.
That really be going to expect from them. Major sell-off coming from Russia triggers a huge dump in major exchanges. Well, on the other side, investors from other countries have the chance to buy more and this is an advantage for us.

Quote
Putin has completely destroyed the reputation of his own country. The ones who really suffer are the innocent citizens of Russia (especially those who are into crypto).
He'd never realized it for now but sooner or later, he could think about what he's done. It ruins not only for his reputation but he brings the entire country to suffer.
1870  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Stick to altcoins or switch to Bitcoin or stablecoins? on: March 09, 2022, 01:11:07 PM
I feel myself more comfortable holding bitcoin instead of holding altcoins. And I see no reason to hold stablecoins, as their value with time will be the same. I prefer to gain some profit from bitcoin price changes, take profit and reinvest. Even though I dont panic when market goes deep red and I am an experienced holder, can hold altcoins until their price double, triple or skyrocket, I prefer take less profit and often, then one time a year or later.
That is because Bitcoin is known to profit compared to altcoins and besides, the entire market seems to rely upon Bitcoin. And whatever happens to Bitcoin, this will also happen to the rest of cryptocurrencies.
Bitcoin - long-term investment
Altcoins - mostly for short-term
Stablecoins - I convert my coins if the market dumps likely just an exit investment in order to secure our funds from not losing it.
1871  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: EBAY might accept BITCOIN on: March 08, 2022, 04:13:21 PM
Until they provide an address or a lightning invoice to send Bitcoin in their checkout it's just rumours.
Exactly, we have been hearing this kind of rumor in the past and until now it's still not happening. So for me, I would not expect too much about this rumor but I will remain optimistic that one day the number 2 biggest online shop in the world will start accepting crypto.
1872  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022 NBA Season on: March 08, 2022, 03:33:31 PM
They've just lost the second spot to the Memphis Grizzlies, but it's going to be a wire finished between this two teams.

Yes, they almost tasted victory against the Nuggets, if they were able to sustain their run on the fourth. Actually at the start of the last quarter they are in front by 7 point lead and Poole had a back to back 3's. But the Nuggets comes back, lead by Jokic, push the ball in the last 7 minutes and eventually got the lead.

Jokic was really extraordinary, the team can rely on him when it's winning time. Not a bad loss for the Warriors as they are not expected to win, but hopefully sooner they'll be able to stop their losing streak, it's not good going to the playoffs.

Jokic reminds me of the old Dirk. Though they are not the same but in terms of reliability, you can count them

to be there when the team needs them the most. Jokic continues playing as MVP he just making a point that he really deserve that

award and continue to bring enjoyment to his fans and the entire fans of Denver. Maybe while the playoff is nearing, he's adding good

numbers to his individual stats, it will give him the chance to win another MVP.

It's very possible because he is very consistent now. Luka and Jokic are the two best players for now IMO, but based on the stats, it was Jokic who has more impact to the game, maybe because they are not winning games easily.

Don't forget about Joel Embiid as well, he is also very efficient this season, in fact, based on the betting odds, he is the number 1 favorite to win the MVP this season.

Odds as of March 2nd at FanDuel

2021-22 NBA MVP Odds
Player   Odds
Joel Embiid   -110
Nikola Jokic   +330
Giannis Antetokounmpo   +550

DeMar DeRozan   +1200
Ja Morant   +1300
Stephen Curry   +1800
Devin Booker   +2600
Luka Doncic   +3000

Luka at +3000, that's tempting.
1873  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: NBA 2020-2021 betting on: March 08, 2022, 03:03:50 PM
therefore my pick is Dallas -2.5.

Against the Jazz, this should be like a playoff game, and the Mavericks will be tested as Jazz is also a great team who has a healthy roster. I'm not sure if Conley will play but even without him, Jazz could still win the game.

https://www.foxsports.com/nba/mike-conley-player (he will play).

Good news for the Jazz, at least they cannot make an excuse if they lose to the Mavericks.  Smiley

By the way, is anyone here betting on the Warriors vs Nuggets game?
Warriors are +8 and they are also in a losing streak, currently in 4. So what do you think about this game, will the Warriors upset the home team and would finally stop the losing streak?

If you take that handicap for GSW then you make something decent.

Warriors lost but they cover that handicap because it's  only 7 points that Nuggets have winning this game.

Jazz in the other hand lose the game and yes surely no doubt there's no excuse but it's really Mavs who take

this game against them. Another great game from young Luka, he really doing everything to win the game  Wink

The trade of KP was the secret of success of the Mavericks. Look at them now, with Spencer Dinwiddie the ball movement was pretty decent and they are very unpredictable. Althouh Luka was the top scorer of the team most of the time, but we cannot deny that the Mavericks are good shooters.
1874  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How do you know when to sell? on: March 08, 2022, 12:27:19 PM
I do regret whenever I sell.
Not, unless if you are selling beyond the buying price.

Quote
It's always having that feeling because I don't want to let go of my coins. But what I can do if I need the money to pay for the things that I'm obligated to?

Knowing when to sell isn't a problem but when you do, you should take it lightly and won't regret just after doing it.
Sometimes we have to let them go. We can't make money if we just hold them, that was the reality. But knowing when is the perfect time to sell, that was our own decision.
For sometimes I do regrets as well, not because of selling my coins but that was because I miss the chance. I know sometimes we do holding, yeah I did for my Bitcoin but this never be forever.
1875  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: PROFIT must not be top priority in trading, instead of LEARNING first. on: March 08, 2022, 11:36:03 AM
Before deciding to trade of course we have to think about the right capital which is cold money,
because in trading the risk of losing money is very large so by using cold money at least we are not too sorry if you lose money,
Cold money or not, it's better to trade with the amount you can afford to lose.

most importantly we must also be smart in managing finances
That's easy to say but not everyone would have that mind of being smart in finances. But I think it's already attached if you're a trader, you should also be good in finances as you trade.
It was hard because we are not focusing on that, we often ignore it while giving more focus on how to make a profit. Very unlikely, but these pro-traders had made changed their mind due to their experience. It was supposed to be our doing but sometimes we have been brag by our emotions and leads to the other direction instead of following the plan.
This is the result if we don't have a concrete plan and enough knowledge about investment, and about trading as we are very close to losing than to make a profit.
1876  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC Sentiment Poll for March on: March 07, 2022, 01:34:34 PM
Hey guys...  Here we are again and it looks like the final day of Feb could be giving us hints of what’s in store for the market for the month of March.  Grin  And it’s obv looking really good!  Nothing like a long green candle to get those dopamines going.  Lol.

Anyway here’s a chart.  Same levels of resistance as last month, both at around 45k and and 51k.  I’m feeling good about this one tbh.  Leeezz gooo!

When viewed from the graph, this shows our pessimism about the coin's journey, the graph is not heading towards the green, but instead going down to the red lane, how can we complete this graph going forward, but on the other hand I feel optimistic going forward, this development will be a point a revival for crypto as a whole, if I'm not mistaken this scheme will run in the middle of the year, to get the charts back on a green path
That remains unpredictable. We thought that after the corrections the prices surge back again, yet that never happens as the war begins which makes the market prices drop back. As per to see the market is still green but can be possible it turns red if the momentum won't change. But I expect this really be going that way as just a huge selling happens in Binance. That might trigger huge dumps, plus the conflict between Russia and Ukraine.
1877  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Some questions about the Ripple. on: March 07, 2022, 12:13:43 PM
Hello,
Is the future of the Ripple bright? Change Ripple to the Polygon make more profit or HODL it?

Thank you.
I can't see which of the two has a brighter future but if I have to choose one of them, Polygon is my bet. It can't deny that Polygon is moving fast like BNB before, although XRP has been in the market for many years, however, their issues seem to affect their reputation that drives people to become doubtful and this is a factor why investors haven't chosen them.
But if I have Ripple in my wallet, I don't sell them. We can't just assume what happens someday, who knows the issue will be done and the price jumps ATH.

^

I think I'm going to stay away from the Phoenix Suns today, missing Chris Paul alone seemed to be a issue for them but now with Booker out as well, I really don't know what to expect and I don't intend finding out the hard way.
Great decision, you cannot expect a win without the two superstars, so it's better if you have no doubt on a team when you bet on them.

I'll jump on the 76ers trend on -6.5 and Utah Jazz -3.5, and elsewhere I've the Milwaukee Bucks -5.5 against Chicago Bulls, the line had increased drastically from -1.5 or thereabout when it first opened.

I've got these 3 on parlay on Sportbest too and the odds is enticing enough imo
https://sportsbet.io/sharebetslip/309385c8-f4f9-4f8d-bb51-377b054d0dfc

Goodluck everyone!

Good luck on your parlay, as of now, I am not doing a parlay, I'll riding the trend as well, Sixers should win and cover and Cavaliers wil continue their losing streak. Harden getting at least a double double every game has a big impact to the team, it's not necessary that he'll make a rebound but his assists is really a huge thing for the success of the team.

If we expect at least 1 year of the bull market, I think we should get ourselves ready with a possible bear market. The current price is close to dropping below $40k, and even if it will dump I think it's not yet the dip yet as this bear market will stay longer.

We've reach ATH twice already, that is really a huge bull run after the halving in 2020.
And we all know that after a ATH, the market is going to correct itself and possibly start the bearish market. And this is happening right now. It has corrected itself that right now the price drops against to $40k and possible that it will continue to dump this week.
[/quote]

Yes, just based on the history of bitcoin, the bearish market will usually follow after the new ATH is hit, that's what we called as a correction and we should not consider it as a bad thing as it only strengthens the market. it's only bad for those who do not understand the nature of crypto because they always think of an uptrend and most likely they fail the sell their assets during the bull run due to greediness or panic due to the huge dump they are witnessing.
1880  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto prices are starting to strengthen again on: March 04, 2022, 08:12:44 PM
Coinmarketcap reports that today the 10 largest market cap crypto assets have started moving back into the green in the last 24 hours.
And this morning the most shining altcoin was Terra (LUNA) which passed 8.2% at $55.3 dollars.
Then Solana (SOL) also rose to the level of 87.32 US dollars or rose 3.5%, and Binance Exchange (BNB) which rose 3.4% to $373.4.
Likewise, the price of bitcoin is now in the position of $38,184, up 2.4% compared to the previous day.
And there are several other altcoins such as Cardano (ADA), ETH, DOT, and Dogecoin which rose 1.06% to $0.13 dollars.

Hopefully there will be more progress for all crypto prices.

referring to Cmc https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/bitcoin/, it's true that today the price of Btc is moving less than it was a few days ago. however the current price still has its ups and downs in every crypto market.

It's still unpredictable as of now, it's not bullish anymore so we should not expect a new ATH. Based on my personal opinion, I believe that the market is having its correction since bitcoin is not as bullish as it was compared to the last year, and since bitcoin reached a new ATH less than a year ago, I expect that we will not easily see a new ATH this year, instead a correction of price is most likely what we are going to witness.
