1981  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: November 03, 2017, 07:10:31 PM
However, their attempt to kidnap the bitcoin name with a hardfork with no replay protection and their poor dev team makes the majority of users dislike them.

Not sure about the RP information diffusion because I see a lot of users talking about dumping B2X like they never read about RP in the first place, and why the lack of it is dangerous.

It seems they want to dump it despite the constant repetition that the lack of RP can create a dangerous situation for their own BTCs, as a malicious miner can replay the transaction on the mainchain.

They want to dump it simply because of the image of Garzik portrayed as a megalomaniac by the general consensus, or because it is "free coins". They forget the technicals or simply ignore it.

And this is happening at the same time as the sharks come in with their wallets full of fiat money to speculate in future markets.

1982  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: November 03, 2017, 05:07:03 PM
So, did you guys already dumped the "gold" coin? Is there any exchange that accept it? Since the BCH I like these airdrops, lol

They dont have a wallet yet.

1983  Local / Português (Portuguese) / Re: Qual a espectativa de preço após o Fork do 2x? on: November 03, 2017, 04:57:43 PM
Expectativa***

https://support.bittrex.com/hc/en-us/articles/115002320451-Statement-on-Bitcoin-Gold-BTG-

1985  Economy / Speculation / Re: [Bearish] The Dangerous Reason Why Bitcoin Just Hit Yet Another New High on: November 03, 2017, 10:17:17 AM
So is the wall street already in or will they enter later? Is that Pump coming from them?

They are already in. Everytime a whale dump his coins, a shark buys them. That's why the price is going higher so quick, despite the B2X drama.

Dimon was even sued by the swedish state for market manipulation, because JPM was buying bitcoins at Nasdaq Stockholm, at the same time he said that bitcoin is a "fraud".

They will surely spike the price higher, it can come to six digits by next year. But they can crash it afterwards, doing to it the same they did to gold and silver.

1986  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wow Bitcoin continue increasing it will hit big value soon more than 8000$ sure! on: November 02, 2017, 11:05:57 PM
$8000 is the roof until the fork.

After that it will have a small correction (around 6200 as the new floor) or a big disaster (in case people dump B2X without RP, which will bring it down to B2X futures price).

He's counting his silver coins... wait, that's R0ach...
1988  Local / Português (Portuguese) / Re: Preço não para de subir. Nada mais pode ser feito. on: November 02, 2017, 06:16:47 PM
Grin Grin Grin Grin

To rindo a toa kkk

As demais, nunca funcionaram. Fiz inscrições, rodei nodes para bitsend e mastercoin, e nada de airdrop.
1990  Economy / Speculation / Re: Segwit2x in November on: November 02, 2017, 04:16:40 PM
It's completely unbelievable that nobody speaks about the fork...

I'm concerned about it. I see more posts about lambos than about the lack of replay protection on B2X.

I have read this article today and devs on both sides are trying to find a solution for it: https://bitcointechtalk.com/replay-protection-schemes-in-segwit2x-45cba620006b

1991  Economy / Speculation / Re: Finally we hit the 7000$ level on: November 02, 2017, 12:48:46 PM
After the 2x activation, I'm seeing that maybe we can see a dip because traders will really dumps a few and will go back to their altcoins because they are really dumping it in favor of bitcoin because of 2x. But once its get activated, they will shift to altcoin again. So I don't think that its possible to hit $1000 yet. Maybe first quarter of 2018, but not this year though.

So we will have a dip to around $1200? Thats the price of B2X in future markets. It will be dumped to this price, and since theres no replay protection...

1992  Economy / Speculation / Re: Peak and correction coming on: November 02, 2017, 12:42:47 PM
It’s way lower than that.  I’m prepared for it to retest 2013 peak of $1240.  Blood. in. the. streets.

That is perfectly possible, but not in 2017. That could be the absolute low of a year-long bear market. I am however skeptic that we'll see these levels again. First the $2900-3000 support would have to be broken.

With one exception: If with the Segwit2x fork something goes terribly wrong - for example, 51% attacks from miners (very unlikely, as they would destroy their profit) and dump attacks on both sides of the Segwit2x front (more likely) then we can see this price regions earlier than we want.

For now, however, I believe the bulls will try to attack the ATH again. The downward pressure seems a bit weak.

Well, B2X is around $1240 in futures markets.

Since theres no replay protection, people are exposed to replay attacks. So, if they dump their "free" B2X for $1240, and this prompt replay attacks, their BTC will also be sold at this price point.

Miners would have to switch to the B2X network to not lose their profits, since the difficulty would be readjusted for the initial B2X price.

1993  Economy / Speculation / Re: 72 Hour from 6,300 to 7,048 on: November 02, 2017, 12:33:30 PM
To rise on a pace of 1000s instead of 100s it would need one more digit, that is, it is possible after we reach 10k.

We will be reaching from 13 to 18 and back to 10 in a matter of hours.
1994  Economy / Speculation / Re: Peak and correction coming on: November 02, 2017, 12:30:49 PM
Where is the floor actually?

I think it might be around $5800-$6200, what do you think?

I think this would put it below mining costs.

1996  Economy / Speculation / Re: Finally we hit the 7000$ level on: November 02, 2017, 09:00:01 AM
I think we're going straight to the fibo level limit before a correction, that is, $8000.

1997  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin breaks $6,500 on: November 02, 2017, 12:01:08 AM
I think we are going straight to $8000. Thats the limit on the fibo channel.
1998  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin just jumped $200, and then dumped $100... on: November 01, 2017, 12:48:07 AM
Just another day in bitcoinland, OP. Nothing to worry about.

Looks like is trying to consolidate a $6000 floor.

1999  Economy / Speculation / Re: Does hoarding really hurt Bitcoin? on: November 01, 2017, 12:45:05 AM
No, quite the contrary, it is good for it, since it increases the price by decreasing the available supply.

If we consider its potential to become a global currency that would substitute fiat, bitcoin is still very cheap.

The more people hoards it, and the more the demand increases, the higher the price will go, and that is all we want.

2000  Economy / Speculation / Re: Could b2x be the future? on: October 30, 2017, 11:03:46 PM
I cannot wait for all this fork shit to blow over.

They will just start another, and another, and another... we have to get used to it.
