Now how do we get to 9k by end of month?

Feeding FOMO.
1883  Economy / Speculation / Re: Why i think the CME listing Bitcoin Futures is actually a bad thing! on: November 19, 2017, 02:36:36 PM
To do this they'll need large reserves, which due to Bitcoin's scarcity will entail spending lots of money up front and driving up the price in the process.

And if they already have those large reserves? Lets suppose they were buying in all those dips since August. A whale dump his coins for a short profit, the institution buys it cheap from him. Fork wars are created as a distraction, and they silent infiltrate the scene. Then they announce futures contracts.

I hope they dont have enough to short the market early. Lets hope the price go above 25k (and not 10k) before they try to do it.

I say this because of this parabolic curve: https://fs.bitcoinmagazine.com/img/images/Figure_2_14.original.jpg

According to this pattern, the correction can go from 10k to $5500.

Corrections will be massive after these guys (officially) hops in.

1885  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Gold (BTG) on: November 19, 2017, 12:36:37 PM
Hi, I'm trying to synch BTG in another Windows. I've had copied the blockchain from the bitcoin QT folders, until the month of september, to fasten the synching process.

However, it seems BTG QT is not recognizing it, as it started to synch from zero, and rewrote blk00000, which was 131mb in QT and now have 16mb in BTG blockchain folder.

What to do?

Also, I want to know if BTG is using the same registry data as bitcoin Core, in Windows.

Good to see all the major Cryptos are in the green except for BCH.  Cool

LMFAO.  Cheesy
1887  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin will increase to $100,000 says expert on: November 19, 2017, 01:33:33 AM
If it keeps doubling each four months, we will be at $500k by the end of 2019.
1888  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: November 18, 2017, 07:28:40 PM
That BCH pump is rather a flabby one

I still have a few to get rid of, I'm sort of disapointed.

Me too. I thought I was going to dump the BCH still remaining.

For a moment I thought I was in rutracker.
1891  Economy / Speculation / Re: Its possible bitcoin going down under 7K this weekend? on: November 18, 2017, 03:14:15 PM
I think not. Ver and Wu are smart and they know they cant do the same trick twice.

But I was hoping they would.
1892  Economy / Speculation / Re: What Else Will Bring Bitcoin Price Down and Keep It There on: November 18, 2017, 01:32:55 PM
After seeing what bitcoin has passed through especially recently and still rebounds and rise even higher. I am now forced to wonder, what on earth would bring the price of bitcoin down and keep it there. What do you think will do this?

Only when it is adopted by 6 billion people, worldwide, and all state-controlled currencies die.

Which might happen in a hundred years. In this case, the value will be one billion dollars for each coin. And of course, there will be no more dollar at the time.
1893  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: November 18, 2017, 01:25:42 AM
Can someone tell Ver and Wu to pump another fork so I can cash them out too? Maybe a nice BTG or BTX pump? Thanks!

That would be nice. They can program it too. Every weekend they can dump BTC and pump some forkcoin. Then they release a new forkcoin each three months, easy retrievable with a cold wallet.

You receive freely, dump it on the high, and use it to buy more BTC which would be low. Then BTC rise on the monday and everybody will be happy. Rinse and repeat.

1894  Economy / Speculation / Re: if you were ever in doubt about the scale of money prinitng going on.... on: November 18, 2017, 01:16:59 AM
Hahaha this is crazy, have you ever noticed that a lot of people are laundering money through those paintings? I heard about a painting from a unknown person who was valued on 2 million dollars, it was created by someone who was a normal person like you, and me.
But there are some organizations who are entire dedicated to try to launder money by this way, i doubt that this case is one of those, but it is pretty weird to see that they are putting a price of 592 millions just for a painting.

Very common, but not for the media.

For the media only bitcoin is for money laundering. All the rest, they turn a blind eye.
1895  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: November 17, 2017, 11:53:33 PM
So, where is the Ver fucking massive dump?

I just reserved some fiat to buy this weekend.

1896  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: November 17, 2017, 05:39:27 PM
Will Emperor Wu spam the network this weekend too?
1897  Local / Português (Portuguese) / Re: Notas da CVM e do Bacen ref a ICO e Criptomoedas on: November 17, 2017, 05:25:55 PM
PETR4 dropa fucking 10% e a midia caga e anda...
Ok...

1899  Economy / Speculation / Re: Derivatives like futures will be great for bitcoin, before they destroy it on: November 17, 2017, 03:30:35 PM
These people who sold at the bottom are funny.
1900  Local / Português (Portuguese) / Re: Notas da CVM e do Bacen ref a ICO e Criptomoedas on: November 17, 2017, 09:56:16 AM

A blockchain é internacional.
