We are not even in 1% adoption, not even in 0.5%.

And the bears still wants it to go lower.
1642  Economy / Speculation / Re: Biggest Bank in Japan making its own Exchange??? on: January 16, 2018, 07:21:45 PM
This is bullish. Imagine if other banks go in that direction.

Do you really want to sell your coins?
1643  Economy / Speculation / Re: Big Marketcap Crash?? on: January 16, 2018, 07:19:08 PM
This always happens in January.

1644  Economy / Speculation / Re: Crash is over, nice call on the bottom guys! ATH will come quickly on: January 16, 2018, 07:13:12 PM
This is not the bottom. We are going to 8k, that is, the price before CBOE opened.

1645  Economy / Speculation / Re: $800-$4000 will be the bottom. on: January 16, 2018, 07:07:20 PM
You're being too much optimistic, OP.

A true bear boss would put something between $1 and $10.
1646  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: January 16, 2018, 02:26:44 PM

Nailed it. It happens every year.
1647  Economy / Speculation / Re: IT WILL HOLD 11800 !! - it is just NORMAL correction - just use MATH on: January 16, 2018, 09:55:51 AM
OP seems desperate with the price.
1648  Economy / Speculation / Re: opinions on downward trend on: January 15, 2018, 06:52:40 PM
I dont believe there's a downward trend. Bitcoin is inside both a bearish channel and a bullish channel, so it will be swinging up and down. This can be good for trading alts, if they follow a opposite pattern.

Seems that sgbett was right, after all. Bitcoin will be swinging between 12k and 16k. That is, until LN is implemented.

I dont plan to use LN myself, but if this unclog the network, mining fees can go back to 100k satoshis per kb, which will be good for those who plan to move his bitcoins to a new wallet (to claim forked coins, which will be by the hundreds in some months).

1649  Local / Criptomoedas Alternativas / Re: Pax Crypto on: January 14, 2018, 03:15:27 PM
Pela matéria, parece ser de comum acordo que o Brasil tornará o comércio de criptos ilegal.

Qual é a posição das exchanges brasileiras a respeito disso? Vão acatar com a decisão estatal, ou vão hospedar seus sites em outro país?
1650  Economy / Speculation / Re: Rise, Fall, steady, why Bitcoin is solid at $14,000 ish right now in my opinion on: January 14, 2018, 09:01:23 AM
I'm starting to believe this is the year of the altcoins, in the same way as last year was the year of bitcoin.

We can use this to increase our bitcoin stashes, trading altcoins in sites like Bittrex. If the price of bitcoin stays stable at 13-15k range, it will be possible to do that.

Maybe they can alternate from year to year. One year for bitcoin, another for altcoins. It would be a win-win scenario, you could increase your bitcoin stash and in another year, the price of bitcoin would skyrocket.
1651  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: January 13, 2018, 01:45:38 PM
226 bytes x 470 bytes / 100.000.000 x 14400$ = 15.29$.

And that's for the fastest type of transaction.

At 130 sat/byte you get a confirmation in ~3-4 hours and the fee is 4.2$.

Someone is miscalculating your fees, or you have a lot of dust amounts.

Do you have to assign a segwit address to get those fees?

Last time I sent from my QT wallet, I paid 0.00179btc for moving 0.18btc. By the current price this is 26$. It was a standard 6-block confirmation fee.

WTF, somebody is crazy here. Is it me, or you, or them? You just can´t let that standing here, and walk away.
Guess, "luckygenough56" has a serious problem there. But could be his own, ahem, stupidity ? I mean, as a last resort  Smiley  Smiley

Its 378k sats per kb to send a transaction. The transaction fees are extremely high. In some cases, they are more expensive than a international wire transfer.
1653  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin, the big short is already here and it could get far worse on: January 13, 2018, 01:01:24 AM
To be a "big short", bitcoin should have few people interested on it.

On the contrary, the demand is growing higher, specially on asian countries. In South Korea it is 17k dollars each.

Its not the same case with real estate, which nobody can buy because it is expensive, and cant be bought in fractions.

Also, the cheap altcoins are bought through bitcoins, so even if people dont want it, and prefer a cheap altcoin, they still need to go through bitcoins.

1654  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: January 12, 2018, 03:52:24 PM
Bitcoin is under heavy attack from German (jew) Media. I smell fear.

Just bears playing Beethoven.

Nothing to worry about.

1655  Local / Português (Portuguese) / Re: Zuckerberg Estudará Criptomoedas Visando Descentralizar o Facebook. on: January 12, 2018, 03:39:11 PM

US$ 3,4 mil on: January 12, 2018, 03:22:47 AM
Isto é uma boa notícia. Quanto mais concorrência pro Jihan Wu, melhor.
1657  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: January 12, 2018, 01:33:05 AM
There will be a solution to the scaling issue. I don't think it's going to be lightning network OR a blocksize increase. It will be using a new algorithm and turning the chain into a tree/sharding. There will be something. I dont care if I have to code it myself. It's not like we're locked into this crappiness.

Hashgraph? YouTube bot is always indicating videos about it to me, but I never care to watch some.
1658  Economy / Speculation / Re: Crypto Market and Wallstreet on: January 11, 2018, 11:13:57 PM
They are shaking the market first, to buy cheap coins.

Most sheeple can be broken with fear, or so they thought.

After that, they will pump it, to tempt the hard hodlers to sell.
1659  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bears over Bulls? on: January 11, 2018, 11:11:28 PM
Already on it. But it is not multi-year, it will last one or two months.
1660  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: January 11, 2018, 09:32:07 PM
