A witness said "Zanardi" was filming with his phone during the accident, it has not been confirmed yet.
His situation is still critical but the more it will be critical without having more problems the more he will have the chance of surviving but also is rumored about some brain damage and brain operation.

The event will be hosted in September only a week after the Italian Grand Prix in Monza. And that is the only sore point for me. I wonder if there will even be enough interest in such events like this running back to back under the current global conditions... Would people even watch? On the other hand, I can pretty much sense the palpable excitement of the racers! This season would have nine races in just 11 opening weeks.

That's something for sure. Pretty sure that people will lose interest halfway through though, except the most avid fans.

@masulum I don’t think that there’s any new update regarding his contract, hence we will have to wait for a while till an official announcement comes from Ducati. Further there’s some good news too as Ducati feels that he’ll be fit just in time for the opening race which is in three weeks from now, but it’s also worth mentioning that he’ll be rusty and he will not be able practice before the race begins due to his injury.

Yes.Finally some action will start in one of the most beautiful tracks of F1 in Austria.In the past races a lot of overtaking happened so I am hoping to see the same action or even better action to happen there during this weekend.If some rain is added to the race it will be the perfect starting race of the season.

yes, for the moment there is indeed no information about Dovizioso's contract with Ducati, but, at this time the issue has been blown if KTM plans to bring it. After this covid situation we will have finally must say race. And it will be double race in Austria. Reading lot in past few weeks and lot of thing to discuss.
Hope to see something big this weekend but we will see.

In past few months seen many replay in my sport channel on cable tv  and must say that 2012 season in F1 was amazing to see once again. To be honest i would like to see half of that season.

One thing I never liked about Mercedes was their grey color in their cars.The grey or silver color was always associated with Mclaren which was called Silver Arrows indicating their fast cars in their glorious years.I like now that the silver color will not be used anymore by Mercedes and not should be allowed to be used by any other team.

I am not sure that a track which is good for Moto GP is good for F1 as well.
There is strong difference in their aerodynamics.
I believe that vettel was forced to make such statement from Ferrari in order to bring another race in Italian soil.
