Does anyone have tips on how to get notifications (via e-mail for instance) when a bot successfully makes a BUY of SELL?
I should hope you will have better success than that!  Grin I mean it seems that unless you are only expecting very few successful transactions in a day a person may want to avoid that much email traffic. I have thought about it and I know of no way to get the alerts, from my prospective any add-on or screen scraping and email etc would be an unnecessary security exposure, one more open port for the hackers.

I prefer telegram notifications, it should not be difficult to implement for LeonArdo developers.

Hi,

thanks for suggesting it. We are already on it.

All the best,

  Rene

Hi,

that is a feature that is also on our list Smiley What notifications would you prefer? Telegram? Email? Other options?

All the best,

Personally I really like pushover; it's very easy to setup. If you don't want to commit to one specific app, I'd suggest to implement an e-mail feature. Pushover, by the way, allows users to create dummy e-mailaddresses to which apps can send e-mail, which is then delivered via the pushover app, pretty handy.

The contents for such notification would be the stats from the trade, basically the same info as presented via the UI / graph when mouse-over on an historic buy/sell marker.

If there's anything I can do, let me know.

Hi Team

Can anyone please explain what each of the additional options do in the MArgin Strategy? eg. Stop-loss has 2 options, relative and absolute. I didn't really see much insight to these advanced settings in the tutorial videos.

Thanks

Hi,

when setting up a margin maker strategy, you can set an absolute stop loss level or a stop loss level relative to your buy price.
Just try to setup a strategy and play around with the parametesr and you will see how it affects/ not affects the levels.

And you are right, more info and tutorials would be great. We are working on a re-launch of our webplatform and will have some new content soon.
If you have any further questions, just let us know!

All the best,

I have a problem with ping-pong bot. Sometimes they just stop all on one coin. Buy orders remain, but if they are implemented, then the sale order will not be made. I have to manually restart the bot by pressing stop start. In the older version this did not happen

I have the same problem. The bots are stuck and nothing works anymore. In all strategies.

It could be that the API of the exchange you were trading on went down? Without some more information I can't say right now.

Can you contact us at support@marginsoftware.de with some more info?

Thanks,
Jonathan

I'm using Bittrex and there is no trailing orders options anywhere (manual or a bot strategy). I believe that such trailing order features can be programmed into the leonArdo itself -- independently from an exchange used. It would be nice to have them both in manual and auto-trading modes.

We support them already on Bitfinex as they are supported by the exchange natively. We are improving leonArdo constantly and are working on offering more of those advanced features!

All the best,

  Rene
