EDIT: my thoughts: currenlty 2 things might make a difference to the upside:

• possible influx from goodwife episode
• bitcoinica USD reserves becoming available (however that would work)

I am a technical indicator.

Is the OBV one of the main indicators for you?  

I like those OBV charts you post, if I could only interpret what they mean

At one point, a next rally leg will most likely come, and it should be very strong.

I think the asterisk on bitcoinica means that we will be headed down before we can head up. I am beginning to think that his business model only works in a declining market which is why we have seen so many problems when the price rose. The only thing people can do at the moment is short so this is causing a lot of downward pressure at the moment.

What is your take of bitcoinicas effect on the market?

There seems to be somewhat of an ascending triangle forming from that graph which is usually a bullish indicator. I am cautiously optimistic for the mid term at this point.
