starting to have 2nd thoughts about all this mining thing. perhaps its not for me..
just got my 2nd sapphire rx 480 8gb ref card and flashed it with the 32mh.s bios. which gives me 31.4 or so.. unlike the other identical card which doesnt give more than 28.5 using the exact same bios. problem now is that after some time the mh/s of this  31.4mh/s card drops to 0 and i get an OpenCL error, then the pc hangs and nothing works.

can some1 recommend me of a good card/brand with more consistent results that doesnt require so much annoying time waste?

This will set clocks to 1150/2150. You may find that 2200 is stable for the memory too. This is based off stock ROM, not the high power one.

I'm using Claymore 7.3, doubt that'll make much difference. I also use the very latest Catalyst drivers, so 16.11.4 here. Make sure your Virtual Memory is set to 16GB+

I use MSI Afterburner to change the clock speeds more.
