I go with (HW*100)/A
HW error % = HW/A+R+HW where HW = number of hw errors A = number of accepted R = number of rejected with 0.97 I got something like 10-11% after almost 20 hours, whereas before the same miner running with 0.95 I used to have 5-7% Thanks. That changes mine from ~4.4% down to ~4.1%. Although it doesn't agree with BertMod: Device Hardware%=4.9875 Device Rejected%=4.1048 Pool Rejected%=4.3372 Pool Stale%=0.0000 thanks, that means I am still at 21%, spinning my wheels it feels Did you try firmware 0.90 then enablecores.bin? Are you forcing air onto the BBB? A warmish BBB will drop your hashrate. SOY, I THINK YOU MIGHT BE A GENIUS....although I am alittle concerned about temps.... here are the numbers for my saturn that was currently underperforming.... new stats at server miner_knc 258.17 GH/s 30,875k (99.82%) 52608 / 525k / 2176 noticed immediate change cgminer stats KnC 0: | 305.2G/268.6Gh/s | A:73728 R:3840 HW:5897 WU: 4240.8/m yay HW ERROR ARE FIXED BUT temps went from 40c,45c to now 45c and 52c (alittle worried, should I be?) watts went from 231w to 381w per bertmod

The increased temps is increased hashing. The warm BBB is overloaded and backing up I suppose which makes work just sit blocking new work from getting done is a possibility.

But I don't understand why if the warm BBB backs up Merc's why it wouldn't back up a Jupiter 4x as much.

Perhaps the warm BBB is changing data and the pool is communicating back the work is wrong.

soy are these temps and current outputs ok?
are they similar to your stats?
how long have you been on .90?

I agree... It just doesn't make any sense... I think it's the VRM's getting cooled by playing with the cardboard, etc... as mentioned earlier..

I don't have an answer for your first question, as for the rest it's posted a few pages ago.

No, in fact my arrangement probably warms the VRMs a little as I've now got a kind of wind tunnel to the ASIC module and that first passes over the BBB - note the small 120vac 3 watt at the wall fan pushing in from the far left and the two front fans. So, the ½ fan width cardboard down over the BBB might be better buy I ain't fooling with mine. ...trying to get on the dreadmill.. KnC 0: | 130.2G/135.7Gh/s | A:7589658 R:346355 HW:441631 WU:2091.4/m not sure but I may have seen a 136GH/s avg earlier. That first figure cycles up and down.

just now... Just as a little test... I gently just pressed on the vrm's on the slo sat, and rocked them side to side a tad with the tip of my finger. One of the vrm's gave a little "Click". within 30 seconds, a couple cores were re-enabled in cgminer... and it has gained about 20 WU's in about 5 minutes, and 2-3 gh/s Will keep updated...
few mins later... couple more WU. 1 more gh/s

Things get lost in here though yeah, I know, but the slo sat is at the bottom of the stack, and hard to reach the vrm's, and I wasn't going to tear the thing apart for a test... so I resorted to doing it live & running... I know.... seems to continue to rise... more WU & another GH/s...

Sats should manage 280 at least then from that? Maybe more in time, it's only been a week after all.

I think it's time KNC allowed for us to play with some volt settings within reason so we don't fry our units but yet get to squeeze more out of them, they can take it....per .90

Yes, I have one Sat that stays rock-solid on 280... so maybe 560 for Jupiter?...anyone got a Jup with better? edit: still climbing WU's & Gh/s on the slo sat.... slowly was 253/3920 now 262/3973 still going...
