I have asked to cancel my order for a refund as the product does not meet the specification and is potentially dangerous. Also there was no mention the product was non refundable anywhere on their website.

It's OK we all get your up set with KNC's products and that you feel by the looks of it that you need to be compensated in some way, but I recommend you do it is a constructive way.

What is the latest sent Titan order?

Interested in that one too - can we get some numbers?

My Titan (March 19th - 7:40AM - Order #1976x) shipped yesterday and is scheduled to arrive tomorrow. 

Side note -- I was just woken up by a phone call from UPS.  They needed a tax id for the shipment because the declared value was over $2500.

Order 1990x hasn't budged from "paid" status.  I made this order 8 hours after the pre-order press release on March 19th.  Looks like Q4 is showing up with knc dropping the ball on that Q2/Q3 promise.

There's a quick fix to get the advanced page working.
Issue is that querying the hardware takes often longer than the timeout is.

SSH into your miner (user pi or root) and edit file

/var/www/pages/advanced_settings.html

in line 172 you can find the timeout for the fetch-values cmd
further in line 331, 339 and 347 is the timer controlling after what timespan the next query will be issued.

Do not reload. If two queries are issued to fast, there will be a timeout.
If you want to reload the advanced page (for ex. to load new modifications of advanced.html), switch to another tab like 'mining' wait as long as your timer is set in file advanced_settings.html before switching back.

Fine tuning works without web-interface as well, just edit file

was march 19th the launch date for sales (if so i'm way back ..march 27th was my misguided attempt of batch 1 Neptune to Titan...then again not sure if it would have

No, not for me at least. I had bad luck in this game-of-dice. (?)

Most of the cubes show weird behavior.
Some Dies kick in from time to time, with the right voltage for them but then causes errors and bfgminer crashes.
Additionally there are frequent restarts (5min interval) due to some dies are off.
And the restarts decrease your avg hashrate even further, because bfgminer needs more than 1min to get up to speed.
