I know this thing is supposed to peak out at about 15Gh/s but for some reason without me doing anything its over 26Gh/s. I'm please but have no idea why this is happening. any explanations?

What frequency are you running them at?

Howdy - I received my first 2PAC the other day and it's running well on a RASPI 3B - connected to SlushPool. I'm ready to order more 2PACs but, since I'm new at this, I'm unclear on how to set up Raspbian and what commands to issue to run multiple USB ASIC miners/workers. Can someone point me a document?

btw: just hot plug the next one in

If you add a different type of ASIC you will probably have to recompile cgminer with another --enable-...
So it is best to keep both the compile and execution commands in executable scripts

Hi All new issue - running cgminer on Raspbian with 2PAC miner- when trying to create a config file I get a segmentation fault. Sounds like a memory issue - but not sure how to resolve.

When you start having more than 1 or 2 2Pac, you may need to invest in an external USB HUB. My Dell desktop can handle two 2Pac even at 200Mhz without the USB stick dying most times... But soon as I added three, I had to go to an external USB Hub like Unplugable USB 2.0 7-port "60W" Hub. Running 6 now and it is definitely not 6x the hash rate. You have to get them to hash reliably and it is tricky to get them to all play nicely and zombie out.

I ended up using multipool.us because they give you the coins and don't handle crypto conversion. I keep reading some people losing 20%+ on zpool payouts, so I'm hesitant to use zpool ever.

I have the same issue. I created a config file in an editor and I start cgminer with the default-config option.
Just look into the git folder. There is an example config file you can use as template.

Hi,

I finally got my 2 2-pacs running stable at 300mhz. 0 R and 0 HW. Not easy with no voltmeter. It took me 3 weeks of slowly bumping the freq up, and adjusting the voltage until HW was at 0 for an hour.

Today I started playing with difficulty on slushpool, running it from 128 to 2046. I saw no change in scoring hash rate, but the last share contribution was fluctuating like crazy. From 175Gh/s to 11Gh/s. I turned it back down to 128 just to stop the fluctuation, but it was fun to see the big numbers on 2 2-pacs.

I've got a raspberry pi, older model, a powered USB hub (Logitech), and a gekkoscience 2pac.

Today I spend a few ours to install raspbian onto the pi, as well as cgminer.

It is still not ready, however I followed the descrption on the fisrt page of this topic.
My questions would be:
Can I mine to an online wallet? if not how can I create a local one to the pi?
When I need to add username/pass - what sort of username and pass should I add? (I mean in this line: cgminer -o http://localhost:8332 -u username -p password --btc-address).
Is it normal when I plug the Gekkoscience stick into the Pi it gets really warm. Without even mining?
Sorry for the noob question, I am challenging myself with this project..

I just got the GekkoScience 2pac and I'm running into some trouble.

So I tried it on windows, installing the driver and running it with cgminer,  and it worked.

However,
 
On my raspberry pi 3 running minera, I follow the instructions with git cloning the repository, compiling it, moving the cgminer to the custom folder, and running it, however I don't get any hashes. https://kek.gg/i/33dHPR.png

Do I need to install some driver on my raspberry pi?

Start from the top to get the right software then when you get to the bottom you'll get some troubleshooting steps.
Don't skip the top.

I have moved the compiled cgminer to the custom folder and selected it on the webui but I still run into this problem.
