And a Coinbase listing tomorrow -- https://blog.coinbase.com/yearn-finance-yfi-is-launching-on-coinbase-pro-af730b9c5ef0

"On Monday, September 14, transfer YFI into your Coinbase Pro account ahead of trading. Support for YFI will be available in all Coinbase’s supported jurisdictions, with the exception of New York State. Per previous launches, transfers will open during business hours, Pacific time."

Coinbase just keeps adding more and more shitcoins to its platform, but still after many years can't manage to make the Coinbase debit card available for U.S. based users.  Roll Eyes

Banks and credit card companies are doing their best against that happening.

Coinbase has been doing everything in its power to separate you from your coins and that has not changed. They have also been sharing your private data (Goldmann Ballsacks got mine from them).

Banks and credit card companies are doing their best against that happening.

They will resist anything that will give you control of your keys and an on/off ramp as that gives you freedom.

Watching Coinbases moves over the years paints a picture of working with the institutional system to control bitcoin users.

I find it extremely frustrating when true bitcoiners are blind to this fact.

Good morn Bitcoinland.
Ten two seven eight dollars
(Bitcoinaverage).

Bouncing up and down,
Still continuing sideways,
It is so boring.

All I can say is,
"Come on Bitcoin, do something".
Something up that is.

Go go Bitcoin go
Go Bitcoin go Bitcoin go
Go go Bitcoin go!

How to end up with 10 BTC trading altcoins:

Step 1. Start with 150 BTC
Suicide LOL

Good afternoon WO!
Observing @ $10,320

At some point today we have $10,501+  which means those who picked $10,501-$11,000 lost by a day only.
Congratulations to the ones who picked $10,001-$10,500

Sure, but the BTC price has not yet closed above $10,501, which "closing" was asked in the poll.

I will admit that I may have gotten a wee bit too excited too, in my below-captioned post from earlier... .The contents of my below post did not age well...:

Spread the word around,
King just turned five digits old,
in all his glory.

#haiku

We may never be able to purchase BTC for less than 5 digits again, ever.  You heard it here, first. #nohomo

Furthermore, I am not even clear if the various (perhaps 5-ish clusters, give or take 1 cluster) short-term sinkenings below 5 digits between 9/3 and 9/8 would have "officially" counted as sub 5 digits, since the BTC price never did close any daily candle below 5 digits.

In other words, if no daily candle had closed below 5 digits, did below 5 digits even happen?  #justasking   Lips sealed

As I type this post, I get an eery feeling that I am about to witness supra $10,600 in the near future, aka soontm #justsaying  Wink

I had also made another post suggesting that the weekly candle has to close higher than $10,300 in order to be green.  I am looking at this week's candle a bit closer now, and I see that there are actual measurements on the candle, rather than my attempting to guess.  So, to be more precise, it appears that this week's candle has to close above $10,258 in order to be green - and there are only about 6.5 hours left in this week's candle in order for us to verify whether we are going to be greenie, or not.  Just saw $10,215 hit as I am typing this post... so downwards pressures currently, and it is even possible that there could be a battle for closing in the 4 digits..... #justsaying.  I am the messenger, not the message.   Tongue

PS.
I feel less bad too, when I see some disproportionate purging of some froth from shitcoins -to the extent that any of my hopium regarding ongoing purgening in that direction will be lasting is seeming to be not very material..

"Be a bank", he said,
And released a piece of code,
And made it happen!

The smart guys mined it,
While the establishment laughed,
And ridiculed it.

Then it picked up speed,
Silk Road helped by selling weed,
And Gox fucked it up!

Fat French spanked, price tanked,
All because of what he did,
He lost some weight too.

Bitcoin kept ticking,
Went from basic to ASIC,
And number went up.

Two-thousand-fifteen,
Year of opportunity,
For those who saw it.

If after all this,
You still have coins in your stash,
Be fully prepared.

Life will be so sweet,
Stop at Gucci, Louis V,
To dress your rich ass.

Haiku overload,
I know, I overdid it!
Dreaming of $1mil.

Dreaming of $1mil.

Dreaming of $1million per BTC or $1million total stash value?

$1 million per BTC may take 2 or 3 cycles more.. so maybe 6 years at best, but more realistically, maybe 10-14 years to really have a bottom, such as the 200 week moving average, that is at $1million.

Reaching a stash that is at $1million is a lot more reachable, but $1million would hardly give any kind of meaningful status of richness - although $1million would work for quite a few normies - especially since there is a lot of problems all over the world in terms of being able to accumulate even bare minimum levels of wealth.

Many normies have difficulties holding onto a liquid $1k in value - let alone having $1million and being able to keep their grubby little paws off of such investment portfolio while it is growing to reach that $1million or whatever level of value...  Many normies will get tempted along the way to pull a bit of value out, here and there, along the way.  I really could use a better car than a used toyota (that is running well), the brand new mercedes would be nice.... blah blah blah... or it would be nice to go on that trip and stay in a nice hotel, I deserve a treat, blah blah blah.... or new furniture would be nicer than older looking furniture (especially having a BIG screen TV), blah blah blah.

$1mil./BTC of course!

What's $1mil. of total stash? Not much in this day & age. It's not a bad amount to have some fun and buy some things I wouldn't normally buy, but it certainly won't change my life to a significant degree. I think a total stash amount of $10mil. is really starting to become life-changing. Even $5mil. I'd say. I'm a man of relatively modest needs, so, even $1mil. could free me from certain life burdens, such as having to work for a living, except that I really love what I do for a living, so I would do it anyway...

I think for me it's more of a psychological issue, i.e., knowing that I have the equivalent of $5+mil. is so liberating. I don't think I would ever go on a wild shopping spree. Not my character. Wouldn't really stop at Gucci or Luis V as I say in the haiku. I just happened to listen to a song by DJ Khaled while writing the haikus, which had a similar verse in it. LOL.

All good, even $1mil./stash is sweet, but $1mil./BTC is... Oh... Dreaming of Toxic's photo of Kate Upton now...

This story goes better when she is mesmerized by the sight of the UTXO, the immutable mark of the carnal transaction in which she laid herself down as a sacrificial offering to the god of Bitcoin.  She feels that she herself is forever hashed into the blockchain; it arouses her anew, it enthralls her, and she becomes addicted to accumulating bitcoins through ciphersex...

... until the bigblockers came around one day. Roll Eyes
[—graphic shitcoin horrors!—]

As a psychological principle, an erotic scenario must evoke what the invariably female reader desires, or what she secretly wishes—or maybe what she would secretly be glad to have happened, after it happened—at least in the realm of fantasy.

Whereas no woman in the world wants to be molested by a bunch of creepy big-blockers.  Ewww.  That’s just gross!  It’s like an erotic story about being ravished by tapeworms.

(In the extreme, I once knew—yes, knew a woman who fantasized about various horror-film villains.  She was fun, and a little bit freaky...  There are probably women out there who have a crush on Cthulhu.  But big blockers?  Nah, they are too small to be useful even for erotic horror.)

For a story exposing some poor girl to the rapine depredations of big blockers, here is an improved version:

The big blockers capture our damsel in distress.  They obviously intend to hardfork her without consensus.  But then, they can’t actually do anything to her:  Their big blocks are all empty and flaccid, and then their hashrate plummets and their DAA gets confused, and she just winds up giggling.  Why, she almost feels sorry for them as they desperately try flippening her.  LOL.

Then, the Bitcoin Man steps in.  Although our damsel doesn’t really seem too distressed, she is thrilled because—Bitcoin!  He perfunctorily dismisses the idiots who were trying to bother her, just because the script seems to require it.  She swoons and sighs and makes come-hither eyes and whispers, “HODL me”...

...fade to black; for I am not inclined to write actual porn in WO unless somebody pays me good BTC for that.
