P106 Hashrate drop with PhoenixMiner

Hi,
Sorry for the bad English.
I am using 12x P106-090 Manli brand. (6GB 192 Bit Samsung GDDR5 Memory With 5SM GPU)
The Manli website states that it is 21-22MH / s, but I can't exceed 16MH / s with Windows 1903 and HiveOS, and if I overclock, my speed doesn't increase above 16.5MHs. I have tried the most up-to-date nVidia 430.50 WHQL and Manli with the original stock driver. I downloaded P106-100 REV 1 driver from Gigabyte and the problem persisted. I completely uninstalled the drives with DDU, tried with Phoenixminers 4.7c and old version.
disabled driver signatures. Where's the problem? Please help me and thank you very much.

Problem is in your cards. The P106-90s has lower hashrate with ETH DAG of actual size.

Just upgraded all of my polaris rigs from 4.2c-4.5c to 4.7c encountered some weird issues:

1) for unclear reason running 4.5c on a particular rig of mine with 11*polarises will produce way less bad shares than on 4.7 (6+% vs <1%)
2) also another rig with 12*polarises will NOT generate dag on a single particular GPU under 18.6.1 or 19.9.2 drivers. but it works just fine with 18.2.2

I think you didn't find best -gt vaules for each card. Just press "z" during mining and wait about 10 minutes. After finishing auto-tune process you can see best -gt parameters for adding them to .bat after pressing "s" key. On the detail statistics you will see this string:
"Current -gt 34,36,42 etc."
Add this parameter to command line.

Has anyone been able to get any further stability at 60mhs with Rx5700's? I haven't tried in a few weeks.

Do you mean 60mh/s with -opencllocalwork setting?

Yes exactly. It was a big deal when first discovered. Wondering if anyone has gotten some stability?

Guess it is useless, these numbers are not real. First time i saw that in ethminer, i can get incredibly high displayed hashrate even with polaris cards, but the real hashrate will be even less than regular.

Sorry buddy but you are wrong. Plenty of people including me got our Rx5700s to 60mhs with the opencl and kernel options in Phoenix but with about 30-50% rejected share rates. My question to anyone else is if anyone has achieved stability above that since then?

Tried, with any -Gt value 480's hashrate low, if leave it with empty it comes back to 32+ hashes.alrady tried miners best finding gt values.Strange stuation.

Having issue after windows update, miner can no longer restart itself when thread crash or manual restart time. Miner shows restarting waiting 15s but after 15s CMD closes. I also have had random CMD closure after a few days or sometimes less than 12hours of running.

Dear developers. Do you know why every month the ETH hashrate decreases a bit on 1070-1080Ti video cards? About 2-3 MX per year. On AMD cards and on 1066 - this does not happen, everything is ok there. Thank you in advance!

Hey Guys,

read today that ETH will fork to ProgPOW on Dec, 4th

Hopefully you can deliver a great update for us with a great performance :-)

You read too fast and missed the dates. ETH will fork maybe to ProgPow with Berlin upgrade somewhere in 2020 according to Cointelegraph.

I also wants to know answer this question. In the first half of this year my 6 1070 have 192Mh. Now they have 183.8Mh. Moreover I decreased MC, because with MC I used before, hashrate is even less. But there is nothing incorrect shares, so looks like hardware works good.

May be it will help you.

I had some experiments.

1. Used Claymore 15.0. Still slower then PM. PM now have 184.2-184.5. So back to PM.

I had the following settings:
   PM: 4.7c
   CV: +0
   PL: 64
   CC: +0
   MC:
      1: +540 - 31.01
      2: +540 - 30.94
      3: +450 - 30.33
      4: +510 - 30.79
      5: +540 - 30.95
      6: +450 - 30.39
      -------
      184.41 (PM shows 635W)

Each MC was setted up for each card.

Remember? I told that a half year ago I had 192Mh with MC +640 for all cards!

2. Changed PL. After increasing PL from 64 hashrate became growing.
With PL 100 and MC +650 for all cards I have now 192.5Mh (PM shows 905W power).
With PL 80 and MC +650: 192.4Mh (792-803W).
With PL 70 and MC +650: 191.5Mh (696-701W).
With PL 69 and MC +650: 190.6Mh (685-690W).
With PL 68 and MC +650: 189.4Mh (672W).
With PL 67 and MC +650: 187.9Mh (668W).
With PL 66 and MC +650: 186.1Mh (660W).
With PL 65 and MC +650: 184.2Mh (644W).
With PL 64 and MC +650: 182.5Mh (636W).

So after 2.5 years of mining my optimal working PL became 70, but was 64.

Same problem here.

I prefer 63% PL, 0/500 (core/mem) for 1070.

I got 184MH last month (10/2019), but now I just get about 180MH, same settings.

Maybe because of DAG size and new phoenix miner 4.8 will fix this?
