Not drinking vodka, but we do have more limited support on weekends, both for responding to and resolving requests. We are in the process of hiring more support agents so we can have better support on weekends.

We have replied to all the tickets we received about uncredited stellar deposits and we are working on resolving the issue. I don't know how long this might take at the present time, but we will update you through your tickets when further information is available.

Hi Kn_os - I'm sorry for not mentioning XRP. We are aware that some XRP withdrawals have failed. Here too I unfortunately don't have an ETA for when these will be resolved. I will update you here when I have more information.

It took me whole night to withdraw BTC's instead of one hour or so. But no problem. I like Kraken more and more.
