Great news! things are moving FORWARD!
I have 6.58% back.

Ukyo and Danny, thanks and keep it up.

It'll be interesting to know what happened technically for this to happen.

Wow, i just ask myself what is great about still 93.xx percent stuck and not to know when these will be available

I have 6.58% back.

Sorry, but your math is wrong. You got 6.175% back like the rest of us.

You probably just looked at the numbers on the claim site and calculated the percentage:
Code:
withdrawn/stuck=6.58%

The problem is that the amount you have withdrawn is no longer a part of the stuck amount.
The actual percentage is calculated like this:
Code:
withdrawn/(stuck+withdrawn)=6.175%

TWO DAYS AGO
No news
No communication

NOW

Not the end of the tunnel but positive news, in my view.

6.175% seems to be the magic number...I look forward to the future when the remainder is paid.

I appreciate on the portal site how it keeps track of the remaining that is stuck. It's reassuring that the record keeping side of things is still legit.

To all the people moving towards getting a lawyer, please just settle down. He clearly isn't going anywhere, he clearly was/is at Neo headquarters, things seem to be moving in a direction of resolution (a lil).
Chill out. It's getting tiresome. The more time spent with all those shenanigans the less time he/they will have to come up with a solution.

I am patient. With that said, I want what's mine.

I guess you dont wait since 2 months checking the forum daily for news and you dont have much at stake. If i risk one bitcoin only i would be relaxed too.
Ukyo never spent much time on shenanigans when he had work. Obviously he cant do much yet.
I check this forum daily, and have contributed thoughts and comments along the way.
I have a considerable amount tied up myself, but choose to go the higher route.
The 'shenanigans' I speak of would be pertaining to piling court documents and added stress into an already stressful situation. This in my opinion would solve nothing at this point...it would only prolong and get in the way of what I hope will be a 100% solution.
Let the man work. I'm getting my money back regardless.

Because parting people and their coin should be stress-free and effortless.
Because waiting and waiting and waiting some more has always paid off big up 'til now.
Because if there's anything we can take away from all of the previous scams, it's "wait FTW!"

BTW, thanks for making scamming pleasant & painless here.

Hi,

On Monday, I received the following error message when I tried to witdraw: "Bitcoind resources currently overloaded, please try back in about 10 minutes."

Now, I am able to login, but the "amount stuck" shown is 0. I didn't receive any bitcoins so far...

Ukyo: Can you have a look at that? I PMed you my username.

Thanks.

What you and others accomplish is nothing.
Like I said, I'm getting my money back, regardless...take that however you want to take it.
Good luck to you getting your coins back as well.

Claims site now showing
Code:
Balance Stuck	0.00000000	Available	0.00000000	Withdrawn	0.00000000
Doesn't look good.

That's probably some site glitch. I'm more worried about my remaining 94% than the number on the site that Ukyo can change anyway he wants.

You can trace at least some of the 6.125% payment back to BTCGuild mining.

I wonder if he simply bought a bucket of hardware with our BTC? Tongue

Isn't it possible that somebody mined that coin and deposited into WeEx. I guess, it depends on the date. Do you know when it left the btcguild address?
