I don't understand. I have logged in but all I see is a statement of my stuck balance and how much is available, but no button to withdraw anything.  Huh

Initially that was the case for me too. Then I closed the tab and logged in again and the withdraw option was there. I could withdraw and I am now waiting for the confirmations.

What the heck?

Is that in weexchange itself or in the claims portal? Your balance in weexchange itself shouldnt matter at the moment.

For anyone out there doing the math, everyone is getting about 6% of their money back, and there are 386 bitcoins that were available for distribution.  This means that in total, about BTC6433 are involved - with 6047 remaining involved after the payout of the 386.

That's US$4.5 million still outstanding.

It just goes in circles for me. I can log in at the link, but at the withdraw page when I enter my password,  I sometimes get password error, sometimes a captcha, sometimes it just shows the withdrawal page again. However the amounts do not change. I use keepass for my password. I also have tried to re-login. All to no avail.

Also, for those users with 2-factor reset requests.
Use the password recovery tool for each website you need this done for.
When you get the link / code in the email, do not click/use it.
PM it to me here on the forums and I will disable it.

Ukyo, I just withdrew my 6%, thank you for providing some very much needed information....maybe if you can give a bit more information on what exactly the problem is / was, maybe there are people here who can help you fix things.

I really really hope to be able to get the remaining 94% of my funds as I am sure everyone does. Please keep us posted with updates Smiley

On a dev copy of the live db I was able to reset the pass, login, and execute a withdraw.

They are being recorded properly.
The issue is that Bitcoind is not responding as fast as the system would like.

your math is right with 6%, but you should be more precise, as my percentage is 6,175%, This means that in total, about BTC6251,01 are involved, that's a big difference, 6433-6251= BTC182
