Is Hitbtc delisting any coins from their huge messy coins list? even more than 200 coins is not making 500 usd volume per day. And everyday they are listing 3-5 more coins and most of them are scam coins. It already became coin graveyard. I don't see any altcoins with volume. Most of the big volumes (95 percent) is going with the main biggest coins like BTC, ETH, LTC, XRP etc.... Hitbtc has to clear so many coins from their list and to be more selective about listing new ones to get better reputation....

WTF is going on with Hitbtc? Withdrawals are Suspended for almost a month now? Is Hitbtc preparing for an Exit Scam now? I had checked support forum but you guys have disabled new thread postings and also there is No Thread after March 22 so its 20 days since you disabled new postings and my funds are Stuck on hitbtc. I am not able to withdraw my ICX for almost a month now. HOW LONG WOULD YOU TAKE TO RESUME WITHDRAWALS FOR ICX IF YOU EVER PLAN TO? |

all very slow. they come here once a week, and all responses to email as well as on the site are much delayed. apparently there are several persons committed, but are they inundated with requests? i think that they have to revise their procedures. |

Don't use Hitbtc, never, really. In every time many people said that hitbtc is a scam, but now a lot off traders shared on reddit that theirs account were blocked.
Mine account too. Support ticket is - #264376
Support team asks impossible things:
1) my Monero wallet data (i don't know which one, i have only private key and i won't give it them)
2) They told that they want to contact with service which i use, i told them 3 times that i use my own wallet with my private key. They don't read it and just repeat the template phrase.
10 days they've kept my money. And there are many traders with the same issues.
i have verified account on bifinex, kraken, wex, bittrex, binance. I sent to them my document and photo and it was enough for them.
Hitbtc wasting time and every time clarifying something new. They don't read messages in ticket, they just send templates phrases.

Why is the Bitcoins withdrawal fee still so high ? It is currently 0.001 BTC for each withdraw. It would have made sense few months ago but at current status, a transaction gets included in the next block for just ~10sat/byte fee or ~2600 sat per transaction fee. Why are you giving that extra money to miners when the pool is quite empty ?

Do not you take a risk in exchange like this, which has a slow response support. Especially about Neo coin, a lot of big exchange is more secure than here. For an exchange like Bittrex or Binance takes 24 hours to process tickets, it may take 2-3 days for Hitbtc. Be patient and move all your coin to a bigger exchange. |
