O.k. so after all the bad luck 46 of the last 47 shifts have closed at 8 or more....... Grin
Now... no pointing fingers if that changes... but we have also had pool speed above 9000 Th/s for a healthy portion of the time Grin

Shifts were bumped from 7b to 7.5b when the speed went back up, so it's now ~9.4 blocks for neutral luck instead of ~8.75.  Of course that'll change with the next diff change in about 8 hours Sad.

So how many blocks for neutral luck now that we in a new difficulty?

Yesterday sucked but were, me anyway, already 10hrs in to the day and found 12 blocks !

Edit: Looks like today's gonna be another sucky one... only 3 block found in the last 6 hrs. Had high hopes around 10am when I made this post ;-/

To be decided...

Yeah, I didn't go to sleep as early as I wanted to last night because I wanted to see just how high that shift was going to end.  Nice to see a new high point on the charts.

I'm glad good luck is back at Guild, and hope it continues! The pool is almost up to 10PH!

Not an orphan, had a small issue on the hot wallet (which is also used to check for blocks).  Looks like it froze up and needed to be restarted.  Everything should be back in order now.

A few automatic withdrawals (3 sets) failed, and 2 batches of manual withdrawals failed due to bitcoind timing out the requests.  These stalled withdrawals will be re-issued shortly.

I want this to be very clear since I seem to get at least one email a week about this:

If you are trying to sell your hash rate to somebody else through "mining contracts" or whatever imaginative term you come up with, I am not going to waste my time getting involved everytime somebody scams you by doing a chargeback.  I will not release any details on users unless required to do so by court order/warrant, or if that user is showing clear signs of illegal activity (botnet).

If you want to sell somebody hashing time, you're doing it at your own risk. Don't come to me when you inevitably get ripped off, expecting me to freeze a random user's account or spend time trying to get involved in your paypal dispute process.

Nice to see things getting back to normal:

Approximate Pool Luck* (24H / 3D / 1W / 2W / 1M / 3M / All Time): 115.573% / 113.963% / 100.053% / 90.445% / 89.184% / 90.585% / 98.426%
