just for info, my 2 cards 1080ti & 1070 are rock stable with gminer all versions on equihash algos, but they have issues on grin: hangs or major hashrate drop in minutes, requires to reboot to solve (e.g. 1080ti drops to 0.15 G/s on grin31)...

Win 10, core i7, reasonable oc, latest drivers, bminer stable on both card on grin (7.2 grin29 1.25 grin31 @ 75% power)

well it made around 0.87 grin in last 24 hour, with 33g/sec average hashrate, while with miner 28g.sec hashrate it should made around 0.836 grins according whattomine calculator + 3% pool fee + rejected shares around 2% , so fidelity definitely increasing average hashrate both bminer and gminer, as for f2pool it is quite stable and i had no problems yet both with regular grincoin payments in bitforex and pool overall stability (i'm using european server now), but at the moment inflation is eating all the grin income (it's same with beam mining), maybe i switch to mtp and zcoin later

luck was more or less same at least on f2pool (i'm mining grin for few weeks), it always made more than miner reported hashrate, as for stability it is rock solid using c29 and TDP 70%+500 memory oc and some core oc settings, it was same using bminer, as for hashrates gminer 1.34 has higher average hashrate than bminer 14.0 which is still fastest bminer build for my rig (not 15.03), equihash 150.5 is rock stable as well with gminer, but i mined it only few days

It's still sending "SwapRefMiner/1.0.2" as the agent when connecting

to the Gminer devs:

- I know why you chose that name, but it's no longer neccessary and those pools who have not fixed that will work with "Swap" in any part of the agent string "Gminer/Swap" will work too in that case.

- are you sure you calculating hashrate correctly? because at swap it's a 32 cycle not a 42 cycle.

- also the miner seems to disconnect on this pool response :

"{"id":"Stratum","jsonrpc":"2.0","method":"submit","result":null,"error":{code: -32503, message: "duplicate"}}"

have a nice day!

maybe have a look at this solo pool https://github.com/swap-dev/swap-micropool

i haven't tested yet, does Cuckaroo29s (Swap) has same hashrate as C29 on grin or it is different ?, maybe i will try it later, since grincoin profitability is dropping

different

grin needs a 42 cycle , swap a 32 cycle.

there is a 1/x propability for a solution in a random graph.

every 32th graph will have a 32 cycle
every 42th graph will have a 42 cycle

when you estimate gps by solution rate and use the formula for grin, the result will be 24% off.

Any updates coming soon for the new GTX 1660 Ti GPU, being able to mine using Gminer? I prefer it over Bminer, better hashrate at least that is what I see for my rigs.

Here is the Error, Gminer doesn't seem to detect the GPU or recognize it as a compatible device:

Power calculator:   on
Color output:       on
Watchdog:           on
API:                off
Log to file:        off
Selected devices:   GPU0
Temperature limits: 90C
------------------------------------------------------------------
22:20:03 Failed to initialize miner on GPU0: MSI GeForce GTX 1660 Ti 6GB:
22:20:03 No devices for mining

Any data I can send to community leaders to help, just let me know also if anyone is interested in the GTX 1660 Ti mining performance I posted my current data on Reddit, but still testing and being updated.

One trimming iteration - one graph, miner doesn't estimate gps by shares, miner just count iterations per second.
However latest version contains wrong logic for new jobs for swap, miner drop all previous job once received new job, however it may be submitted because jobs has correct height. We will fix it in update, hope it will increase hashrate on pool side.

I guess your OS is Windows 10, right? Grin29 not work on 6GB cards under Windows 10, I can suggest switch to Windows 7 or Linux.

When I mine Grin29 on 1060 6GB under Win7 only 1,5 of video RAM are taken. And it seems that the intensity is pretty low... Is it normal?

seems you mine not with GMiner, because GMiner minimum requires 5.5GB VRAM for Grin29

i will wait for fix then, meanwile i will use 1.34 gminer build for mining swap, since SwapReferenceMiner-1.2.0 has much lower hashrate than gminer, i will report pool average hashrate after few hours of mining

well i started mining swap on swap.ingest.cryptoknight.cc and first impressions is quite good, it has same 27.8-28g/sec in miner, while in pool it needs some time to reach maximum amount, but  i already made 1 coin in 30 minutes, i use hotdex.eu swp wallet and already received first payment, swp volume is good as well to exchange it for bitcoin

https://i.imgur.com/gGggO2W.png

i will post pool hashrates later after 1-2 hour mining, i'm using exact same oc settings with TDP 70% and pill and it uses same amount of pagefile as mtp, C29 and Cuckoo29 algos, for my 5 GPU rig it is around 32gb and i have around 10gb free space left on 55gb windows 10 1709 partition (it is crap free enterprise build)
mining temps are also same:
https://i.imgur.com/NWr3syK.png

i think even pool is showing wrong average hashrate since i already made 2 swp in 1 hours time

https://i.imgur.com/ffzQgXL.png

lets see if i reach 50 swp in 24 hours, or at least 45

gminer please fix hashrate report, it reports 10-15% more than on pool side on at least 5 different machines and with no rejects and good connection.

you can not say from 2 hrs, pool may be just lucky during this time. Wait for >24 hrs and report i have 10-15% less rate on pool on every machine and discussed this with pool owners. No such problem with reverenceswap miner

Could you raise the intensity of Grin29 for GTX 1060 6GB? It seems now pretty low as I may judge by the GPU temperature...
