Yes, he is! Not sure what he does in ODI world cup. He will get selected and he might play exceptionally well. At the moment it feels he is struggling after IPL. Nevertheless it is a bad sign for him and a negative signal for the selectors. As of now Indian team looks struggling and they way they are batting give me a signal that they are trying to draw the fianl match. It is day 4, a lot more can happen if top & middle order can bat. India started well today. But they are not able to maintain consistency. At 90 I saw India collect 1 wicket. After a while, I checked the scoreboard and saw that they had lost 3 wickets for 100 runs. Rohit Sharma batted a bit better today. But if the other batsmen of the team do not play well, it is not possible for India to win the match. India still needs 344 runs to win. It is very difficult. Yes its a Controversial decisions in cricket like Shubman Gill dismissal can evoke strong reactions. Both Rohit Sharma and Shubman Gill expressed their discontent with the decision. While my opinions is different but it's important to respect the umpires judgment and the integrity of the Cricket and its final decision. I think Assessing the catch by Cameron Green may be subjective considering different angles. Lets foster a positive environment appreciating the overall excitement and competition in cricket.

It's actually hard to deny that the catch made by Cameron Green match defining moment. There's controversy it was a poor decision to call Gill out. While we may impress our feelings,but  it's important not to be too quick to judge.
