One more daring declaration from Stoksey and that too on a flat deck. Pretty much against the traditional wisdom but that's what Stokes and Maccullum promised when they took charge.

Yeah and tbh they needed some sort of new approach for the test cricket because a couple of years back they were in shambles and continuously hitting the new bottom in every single match.

Also, i still think, this type of aggressive cricket will only succeed on flat or batting friendly decks. Having said that if they succeed for 1 complete cycle on challenging wickets then one can look back and say yeah it was amazing.

It was understood that Bangladesh would win after watching their first innings play.  Because Bangladesh's quality of play was very good and Afghanistan performed poorly both in bowling and batting. Winning the match by a margin of 546 runs is a huge achievement as it is not common for a team to win by such a big margin. Bangladesh is really gaining a great reputation in cricket.  The way Bangladesh are playing feels like they are playing a T20 or ODI match.
