Batting first is a bad decision. Bangladesh captain Tamim Iqbal also expressed the same feeling, stating the wicket wasn't what they expected. In every department, Bangladesh fell short of expectations today against South Africa. As a result, South Africa won the second ODI by seven wickets and 76 balls left.

With two contrasting matches i am waiting to see what will be the result in the next match as Bangladesh have a few tricks up its sleeve in this tournament as they are able to trouble some of the South African batsman and if they do not make blunders even after winning the toss if they did not understand the nature of the pitch then there is a chance for another surprise from Bangladesh.

If something happens often then it isn't a surprise. I don't think the upcoming matches will be on the side of Bangladesh. In the first match Bangladesh got good grip on the match, and they grabbed it at every moment. In the second match South Africa took it so serious and the result changed. I'm not sure of the upcoming matches, yet South Africa will not leave it as the first match. Because, it'll create trouble to the players losing the series in home country.

After a great victory in the first match, Bangladesh decided to bat after winning the toss in the second match. Now it seems they were overconfident today. Overconfidence is never good. Bangladesh lost two wickets for only 8 runs. Tamim returned to the dressing room with 1 run and Shakib with 0 runs. Mushfiqur and Liton are now at the crease. If they can't prolong the partnership then Bangladesh will lose badly in this match.

Bangladesh did won the first match but this does not mean that they will keep winning all the matches against south africa. The heroes of the first match Tamim Iqbal, Litton Das and Shakib Al Hasan all of them are out cheaply and i think that bangladesh will put on a modest total today.
For sure, you cant take south african lightly in their home ground, first match was an exception though. I would call that match an upset.

Bangladesh team has always remained in criticism. The appreciation remained for a short time. Let's not be hard on them they have their strategy and they are trying hard to come back as a strong team. Just a little support will go a long way.

South Africa Pink day big won by 7 wicket with 76 balls renaming. They played really well 2nd ODI against Bangladesh. Bangladeshi Top order bats man and Middle order batsman was flop but lower order bats has been batting really outstanding. 23March 3rd ODI,Now series Level 1-1.I hope This series will be win  in Bangladesh’s.

The reduction of overs meant that the players could play a lot more freely than they generally would have. Actually, I think Pakistan is certainly going to go for it anyway because you know, they have nothing to lose right now.

Surely reduction of overs have the biggest impact and toss was also big factor specially after rain it is every time going to hurt team which bat first and same happened with West Indies which done amazing job in first two matches as they beat England and New Zealand.

But, sadly lost now 2 out of 3 matches they merely win against high-flying Bangladesh in last match but today lost and now they hare on verge of elimination from this world cup because no they have last matches against South Africa which is very good right now and England having two easy matches against Pakistan and Bangladesh so with this now most chances Australia, South Africa, England and India can qualify for last four teams in this mega event. With host, New Zealand is already out of this event after losing four matches.

During the qualifying tournament, it was Thailand who finished up with most points (6), but the ICC decided to give qualification spots to second placed Bangladesh and third placed Pakistan (4 points each), since they are part of the ranking system (as an associate nation, Thailand is not ranked by the ICC). I hope that next time Pakistan will be able to qualify in a fair manner.

@Sithara007 once again ICC decision came down on the big audience and money factor, and it’s clear that Pakistan had big audience which would in turn help ICC make more money hence they were promoted ahead. Lastly team Pakistan actually played well, and I just wonder why they didn’t show such spirited performances earlier, but I hope that next time they’ll compete more fiercely and give us more entertaining matches to watch.

South Africa Women have scored good total but Australia Women chess it very easily. Specially doing very well batting Meg Lanning.She was very talented cricketer and most expensive batter.She made a century. Australia women won by 5 wicket with 28 balls renaming. I hope these rules were prior to qualifying rounds not after the qualifying round was played. If rules were changed for Pakistan to take part in icc women WC then its unfair otherwise the criticism is unfair.
Meanwhile Aussies women just like men cricket team are too good in this WC and are unbeaten so far. There latest win is over SA. Chances are they will lift this WC.

Yes, your prediction is quite correct because I don't see anything else happening in this tournament. But for me, the actual question is going to be if the Australian team is going to be beaten.
