Just started mining XMR and I am getting 1730ish on rig with 5 270's and 2150ish on rig with 6 270x's.  Both using the -a 3 setting.  That sound about right?

that's sound about right, although i'm using -a 1 switch with 4x270(1.1v/1050/1475) setup.

Highest Hash i could get out of a 280X:

1,2V
1180 core
1800 mem

4x 280X = 2175 hash

544 Hash per Card ! Smiley

people, 6.1 miner sucks.
it shows a couple % more hash in miner itself, but pool says 20-30% less, and you get 20-30% less xmr in your wallet.

also, clay added two more dev fee adresses for you guys that are using older minerproxys.

4.0 miner + minerproxy works the best.

5% is just too much.

Demios you're absolutely right, I test 6.0 and 6.1 miner and with them the general theft. In the Miner 3% higher while the pool 25% less than a Monera much as 30% less in the wallet. Since the Claymore out rude and artificial blowing speed on versions 6.0 and 6.1 are all going back to 4.0, together with a proxy so you will not get a single Monero.

I'm getting a lot of those similar errors while mining of minergate. Make me want to go back to 5.1, even with the memory leak.

Problems with Minergate are on their side, hope they will fix them soon.
You can check the log to confirm it, right now Minergate sends "blockexpired" error for current job but does not send new job for some reason, so miner cannot update job and sends stale shares, and Minergate responds "invalid jobid" for such shares. I sent a message to them two days ago, wait for answer.

Please read Readme and FAQ in the first post of this thread before asking any questions, probably the answer is already there.

we are not the same person.

we're telling you for your own good.
if you don't believe us, just try it.

for example, if you have two same rigs or even two same GPU-s, put them on the same pul.
just change miner rev, 4.0 on one, 6.1 on other, and put them on different adresses.
i can bet that you'll get at least 20% less hash on pool and also 20% less xmr in wallet with 6.1.

so, the question is: is this just sucky miner version, or clay raised fee?

Wow these numbers are insane for the geforce 750 Ti, i m so jealous.

I think the era of AMD ends with Maxwell. But it was nice while it lasted.

Why DevFee on Minergate always=444?

Why this is not possible all the rest?

Seem Seem Boolbery with cryptonight algo.
Why rig AMD 280x  speed mining at 950khs for BBR but 450hs for XMR, XDN...
Why speed of CPU Core I7 at 270hs, GPU AMD 280x at 450hs. Not much difference.

I think, Certainly there will be things to discover yet.

BBR is very heavily modified (newer) CN coin, it uses a "wild keccak" PoW abomination of the Keccak algorithm.

In other words, it can't be compared hashrate-wise to more traditional implementation CN coins like XMR/XDN.

I'm running 13.12 drivers with LBR's mod from https://litecointalk.org/index.php?topic=11761.msg85946#msg85946 to get 6+ cards running under windows 7. I'll stick with 3.4 for now but anyone else having similar issues?

many rigs with 5 cards and 14.6 drivers. no problem.

That's nice but I have 6 card rigs that all work mining x11/13 etc with no problems and getting 6 cards to run under windows 7 I have only seen the LBR mod allowing them all to work with 13.12 cats.

Anyone using more than 5 cards, running windows 7 or 8, what drivers?
