Murray beating Zverev is either a very good performance by Murray or a very bad performance by Zverev. I didn't watch the game, but with all issues Murray now had down the road and also his age, how can Zverev lose against him when he otherwise is trying to become a number 1 in the world? After 8 months of not being able to play in the 2022 French Open due to his injury, it is completely understandable that he still needs time to be back to his old level. -------------- Agree, Zverev is not fully back to his pre-injury form, that said Murray as one of the commentators pointed out while I was watching has "court craft" his experience is key, he is able to call on his skill to make different shots and opportune times and knows when to use them especially when under pressure. This will only go so far because another tool which players must have is "fitness", thats mobility, flexability and stamina which Murray's is compromised. Christopher to face Medvedev in the next match. Will he able to play same as what he did with Bautista.
I don't think Medvedev will lose against O'Connell it will just be an easy match for Medvedev, O'Connell will probably put up a tough fight later but Medvedev will handle it, and it will be very interesting to see Murray take on Medvedev in the final but before it happened Murray needed to beat Rublev who is the favorite to win here. Bautista lost against O'Connell. Which was obviously very unexpected. But anyway, the next match is going to be O'Connell vs Medvedev. Medvedev should not lose this match. At this point, it is really hard to actually say anything. Because the last match of O'Connell was also expected to be a loss for him. But he was able to win. I don't think any surprises are going to happen in this match. But there is always a chance for that as well. Murray vs Rublev is actually going to be much more interesting. Rublev is the one for me to win this match. Of course, there is no 100% chance that he's going to win. I assume that this match is going to be much more competitive compared to the Medvedev one. Murray v Rublev - im not betting on this one, Rublev can be very unpredictable, but can be really good. It will be interesting but really I dont expect Murray to progress.

See I seperate Bitcoin from "Crypto", like pooya87 i agree 100% about "Crypto being an ineffective store of wealth" because to me and many others Crypto is just $hitcoins.
Currently with how Bitcoin is valued its still "too small" for a lot of the mega wealthy to be interested. When it starts to get into the same realm as the likes of Microsoft in terms of value then its will be interesting to them.
Its true that Microsoft has had a relatively smooth road to travel in 45 years whereas Bitcoin has been attacked year on year.....and is still here and getting stronger year on year.

Doha is where the action continues, most of the big names are there, Medvedev, Zverev, Murray, Griekspoor, Felix AA.
I'm not sure Murray is going to get past Zverev, it will be a battle royale I think.
I also assume that. It will be a close match. I think Murray will try to play long rallies. Then it will be more difficult for Zverev. His physical fitness is not perfect yet and neither is his confidence in himself. With long rallies, Murray can provoke more mistakes from Zverev. Bautista had played against Fucsovics yesterday. Bautista won but had difficulties and needed 3 sets. Well, he got the job done, won the first set tie break, got beaten in the second set 6-2 and broke Zverev in the third to win that 5-7. I only caught the last set, IDK I get really frustrated by watching Murray, he can be so negative and lets his emotions out winning or losing, I know thats the way he manages but I find it so frustrating/annoying. Anyway he is through to the last 8, and there is still some serious players to potentially get past, Rublev, Felix AA, Medvedev and Davidovich Fokina, all seeded players.

While its obvious that its preferable to stay away from potentially reversible trades and that CASH IS KING, that means you have to trade with someone local I assume? Usually yes, although Bisq also has options for cash via mail or cash deposits at someone else's bank. Oh - I would never have considered such options before TBH. This weekend I plan to formally setup an account on bisq and research a bit on who is in my area or even within a few hours of driving distance. @o_e_l_e_o because of your standing on the forum and the fact that you have had such positive trades on bisq, can I ask what types of trades you have done? i.e Cash via mail, cash deposits, personal exchanges or even bank transfers etc. TBH sitting here in the comfort of my home I think I would be a bit reluctant to do a face-to-face exchange.

Ahead of the Six Nations this weekend it seems like the game between Wales and England is under threat. There is still a bit of hassle with the signing of financial contracts for the 4 Welsh clubs. Wales have postponed announcement of their team today. Reading through this article > https://www.skysports.com/rugby-union/news/12321/12815751/wales-six-nations-squad-announcement-delayed-due-to-uncertainty-of-player-involvementIt seems clear what the main concern is of the players "The players want three terms to be agreed by the WRU and this surrounds uncertainty over future contracts.
"Those three terms are this. The 60-cap rule is scrapped. That is the rule where only players with 60 caps or more can play their domestic rugby outside of Wales and still play for Wales.
"That is set to be scrapped or amended so that will be met.
"The second term is the players have representation on the Professional Rugby Board.
"That at the moment doesn't happen. That is also set to happen.
"The third term is the sticking point, it is around contracts and the new contracts are set to be brought in at the end of this season.

On the 22nd of February, he is going to play in Qatar Open. It is still not decided who he is going to face.
He will play against Liam Broady. Have not heard anything from him yet. I do not think the game will last long. After that he will probably meet Bautista. More interesting are the matches between Rublev against Griekspoor and Zverev against Murray. All matches will take place on 22nd of February. Doha is where the action continues, most of the big names are there, Medvedev, Zverev, Murray, Griekspoor, Felix AA. I'm not sure Murray is going to get past Zverev, it will be a battle royale I think. Medvedev v Broady....can Medvedev carry his top form into this competition?
Over in Rio where Alcaraz is playing, Musetti seeded 3rd has been beaten by Jarry? 4-6, 1-6 - thats an big upset.

Interesting thread.
I have very recently become interested in bisq and its nice to get o_e_l_e_o's recommendation for AgoraDesk and HodlHodl also.
While its obvious that its preferable to stay away from potentially reversible trades and that CASH IS KING, that means you have to trade with someone local I assume?

This is my new account, I've locked the other discussion. I cannot provide solid proof I'm a 16-year-old or that I even own the bitcoin in the first place. I'll repeat what I said in the other discussion. 2/3 of my bitcoin are held in the stockpile.com app and the other third is with my dad. I'll talk to him about moving it all into one wallet but as of right now, it's not in one place. Not sure how I'll post proof of me being 16 in a safe way since one of the people in the last thread said it's dangerous to post any videos of myself after I posted them (that's why I deleted the video). Is there any safe way to prove that I'm 16? Also is there a reason why it's not safe to post vids of myself? This is your first thread so I don't know what you are saying about locking of other discussion. Is it that, this account is your altaccount? If yes what is the name of the other discussion thread (account). And also nobody is interested in your age. If we know your age what are we going to do with it? Op anyone can own any amount of bitcoin so for as a 16 yrs of age owning a bitcoin has nothing to do with the forum members. I don't know how f any one is interested of that. I will advise you of giving real information instead of beating around the bush. Ok, thank you. I was just scared that I was gonna get banned cuz people said I was faking it and stuff This forum can be a tough place at times when you are a newbie account, even when you are 16 or 60. Too many accounts have turned out to be scammers or only interested in ranking up. Welcome to the forum, as mentioned by many others, age in not important, neither is location or race, we all most of us have the same thing in common: Bitcoin. Its great that you made the move into Bitcoin, your timing is good. Tips: Take full control of your Bitcoin with your own wallet with your private keys. Dont panic if Bitcoins price suddenly flashes down to $18k because LONG TERM its going in the other direction ↑

TBH if I had been paying more attention to the games I would have gone with last years ladder toppers and this is what I suspect I'll do when the premiership starts... although remember the start of last season, the Eels and Rabbitohs in particular had a mixed bag, Rabbitohs lost 4 from the first 7 games, Eels the same I think but they came good and reached the final.
Its a tough one to call!

Just looking at the game schedule in Rio I dont see too many serious contenders for Alcaraz. Norrie, Musetti, Cerúndolo and Swartzman being the top and seeded 2 to 5 with Alcaraz being number 1!.
It will be interesting to see how he progresses here.

I wouldnt say Sinner was unstable, he was actually quite stable in his mentality as was Medvedev actually.
The match for me was actually closer than the second and third sets suggest, Sinner in the end had far too many unforced errors which I am putting down to the long rallies, medvedev is comfortable enough hitting baseline exchanges, sinner was too but they took their toll on him in the end.
Great match all the same, I didnt bet on either.

I heard people keep saying don't sell when the price rise a little, or when it starts dropping! I don't get, why are you holding it for long? As long as am concerns is just a matter what you want, long term or short term. Bitcoin is not your Goldsmith or some banks you build at home that you can control anytime you like.
To me bitcoin is there to gives you money when you're satisfied to take the money or take your if can't wait when is dropping. I can't hold for too long is personal or I will never take investment in a short is till personal.
Whether you hold or not what will happen in bitcoin will still happens, is good to hold but too long hell no, because am not the future, future is expectations real life is in the present.
My questions is people keeping bitcoin for too long and begins to hear story? What's the secret that's different from taking profit? Is that long term bitcoin don't experience losses?
You are the sole owner of the bitcoin in your wallet and if you do not want to hold that long then no one can force you. However the recommendation of holding your coins for as long as you can comes from the fact that bitcoin keeps going up in value, it is true it can go down as well but on average it only goes up, and if that is the case then why sell an asset like that? The most logical move would be to keep it and use fiat which does the opposite process whenever possible, by the way this process has a name and it is called the gresham law and it has been a known process for a very long time. Thats it, because Bitcoin is unlike anything else, meaning its deflationary and its adoption grows this contributes to its decreasing supply and increasing demand. This also means in the long term its market prive increases. What's the secret that's different from taking profit?
This question has been asked many times here on the forum. Not everyone can or wants to time the ATH to take profits, others can and do, it can be very tricky and hindsight is 20/20 vision. As mentioned by others, Bitcoin can be many things and when you have complete control over what you own in your own personal wallet you are free to do what you want 24/7 365 days of the year.

So far South's win over Saint George is my only winning pick. I'm going to try to watch a game in a little while.
The Sea Eagles soared against the flightless Roostrers while Newcastle collapsed against Parramatta who are looking to make amends for their crushing defeat last season.
The Penrith Panthers must have been smarting in their loss to St Helens yesterday going down 12-13. The Broncos beat NQ 20-18 while the Rabbitohs blitz the Dragons 42-24.
Today will be a full day with no less than four games being played this afternoon.
Luckily neither Rollbit or Nitro had the Panthers v Saints listed, I would have lost on that result and I recon they would have made on it also. Golden point seals the deal for the Saints. What can we take from the preseason or is it just a warm up for the premiership proper?

^ I would agree with you, Medvedev is likely to win today, I think/hope it will be close, both players have shown enough to suggest this.
I'm a fan of both players but I would love to see Jannik win today. He has been working towards this and everyone has been talking him and his abilities up all last year.
He was pushed to the limit yesterday against Griekspoor but kept his usual persona and focus to take the win.
In the WTA in Qatar yesterday Swiatek announced her return to the 2023 season by beating Pegula 6-3, 6-0 - too easy.

finally Sinner is showing a minimum of continuity in his results and against Tsitsipas, it was not so easy to predict a victory with this effort... who knows if Sinner will be able to reach the final again
I've only seen part of the first set. No idea how it stands now but the first et was a big punishment for Wrawrinka who only won 1 game in the first set. It's bound to be an easy win for the tall Sinner. He can certainly make it to the final, but I suspect it won't be easy. He still faces quite a bit of resistance. Medvedev is also still in the tournament. We also see the Greek track against Gijs Brouwer in another quarterfinal, which I had not added to my list. We now have to wait for the next Grand Slam in the summer, a pity that there is always so much time in a year. Sinner got the job done in 2 sets and a bit over an hour. A fairly straight forward match really, 6-1 in the first set, Stan made a bit of a bigger challenge in the first half of the second set but Jannik was stronger, he has definitely carried that focus and momentum from yesterdays win against Tsitsipas, he just needs to keep carrying it to the final. He really is looking like a contender for the title based on those two matches. Both Medvedev and Sinner have easy matches for the final especially Sinner that can win easily. Still want that final between Medvedev and Sinner and i think we are really close to see and epic match betweem these two players. But Medvedev plays against Dimitrov so it wont be that easy Yea both should win today to set up a final. The final itself if and when Medvedev/Sinner meet should be epic eventhough as Trofo points out the 4/0 H2H, I believe it might start to change in Sinners favour. Medvedev is building and from match to match we can see his confidence growing. Sinner has reached a new level and unlike in the past he seems to be able to maintain his professionalism, mentality, focus and high intensity. Will it be enough to potentially beat Medvedev? Todays matches will reveal a bit more, in theory bothvshould win in 2 sets.

^ Ok I wasnt aware of the funding mechanics both in the WRU and the country in general, sounds to me like a form of oppression, economic oppression.
TBH I have no idea on how the funding works over there but I imagine Wales and Scotland would be treated the same but Scotland this year have had two great performances in the Sin Nations and Glasgow Warriors beat Ulster last night in the URC.
Contrastingly the Ospreys were slaughtered by Munster last night.
Anyway I would be interested to hear a little about funding both Rugby and nationally.
That article from Wales Online did seem bizarre alright, as you eluded to if the union got proper funding and players healthy contracts there would be no need for extreme measures like amalgamating with an English club.
RUGBY LEAGUE NRL Pre Season
Looking at the teams and their standings and the odds for the remaining games in its just odd!
I have Storm and the Sharks to win later, the odds are not great though and neither Rollbit or Nitro are listing the Panthers v Saints game?
Anyway a 2 round "competition" is a bit skewed anyway.

I might be interested in some LP's. From your list above I would be interested in some Tull LP's, is it all Rock you have? Would also be interested in some Thin Lizzy, Rory Gallagher and Horslips thats a long shot I know...
Also where are you shipping from, Europe, US, GB, Australia/New Zealand?
If you are in Europe I would be even more interested, that way I wont have to pay tax and duty!
